The mothership entered the swirling vortex of light. It was swallowed as if it was plunging into an ocean.
What appeared before them was a dark tunnel. On the other end of the tunnel was a bright light. This bright light looked like a star.
There were figures of stars flashing past them in the background as they approached this bright star. It gave them the sense that they were moving very fast.
Kelvin wasn't looking at any of these. Instead, he was looking behind them at the image of the colossal tree.
The tree wasn't stable in his vision. It was shaking and shifting position constantly. It was as if there was a problem with his eyes.
His eyes were hurting him as he watched the tree. They hurt so much that he was having a headache. His forehead felt like it was cracking open.
He had to look away from the tree. When he did, he thought to himself, "What did they use as the foundation for the tree of Yggdrasil?"
He had been given the seed of Yggdrasil in exchange for a world, which he has to deliver in 100 years. But thay seed lacked the foundation of Yggdrasil.
From what he sensed from his ability, the ability of the seed itself was to replicate sothing and grow into it. Then it will be able to produce fruits that possess the characteristics of the original that it replicated. That's how his shadow clones were born.
His shadow clones can be likened to the fruits of the ring of paragon, while the slaves of the first division can be likened to the fruit of whatever the foundation of the tree of Yggdrasil is. It made him wonder what that foundation is.
As he was thinking about this, the mothership reached the end of the tunnel. It collided with the bright light at the end of the tunnel, which made the whole world turn white.

The star was a white dwarf. It is a star that is at the end of its lifespan. This ans that it couldn't produce a lot of light.
The umbra world is also far away from the star. All of these combined to make the planet dark in the dayti.
A world like the umbra world should be a frozen world. It is cold, but it is not frozen.
There are living things in this world. There are even advanced races with a language and a civilization. But living in this world is very difficult. It is why the inhabitants of this world are weak and don't have a true god.
These living beings have indeed noticed the weird star that appeared in their world. But they didn't assemble to stop the invasion because they were busy resisting the vampires and because they were the ones who reached out to the Yggdrasil.
The Yggdrasil civilization is ant to be allies in this war. So there was no army waiting to resist them when they arrived. There was only an entourage to welco them.
In the Lignum world, a demigod had attacked them as soon as they appeared. But this ti, a demigod was leading a group of people to welco them.
Since there were no enemies to resist them, they didn't need to use drop chutes to reach the ground. The mothership also wasn't in any danger and didn't need to be ready to escape, so it could land on the ground without any issue.
Scouts were sent out first. The army had to confirm that they were not walking into an ambush, so they sent soone.
Of course, they couldn't send just anyone to confirm sothing so important. They had to send a demigod, as only a demigod could ensure that they were not being fooled.
One of the commanders was sent to confirm the situation. This didn't take long. The commander was back in less than ten minutes.
After the situation was confird, the side of the port opened for the soldiers to march out. They were marching into no danger, but the world was still hostile to them. This ans that the expedition had officially begun for the soldiers.
Kelvin sighed as he left the mothership, "I miss Lignum world. At least they had the decency to try and shoot us down from the sky."
He was joking, of course. It is good that they can land and set up their base in peace.
This is what the soldiers began to do. They chose a location, cleared it, and began building their base. They did this together with machines and bots.
While so soldiers were busy with this, others accepted missions to go out to scout. In the anti, the superior commander and so other commanders of the army went to et the demigod delegate.
Arthur had accepted the mission to scout the surroundings. It is a dangerous mission, but it pays more than setting up the base. It has to pay more or no one will willingly go out to scout.
