David turned toward the sound of footsteps and spotted Jotaro Shohō strutting into the club. His arrogant deanor scread authority as his sharp eyes surveyed the bustling lobby.

With a casual gesture, he signaled to one of his n, who quickly escorted him to a VIP booth near the dance floor. Settling into his seat, Jotaro lit a cigar and popped open a bottle of champagne. Monts later, a tall, elegant female companion joined him.

As the music pulsed through the club, Jotaro began to sway to the rhythm, his hands shalessly exploring the woman by his side. This was the typical behavior of the Tiger Claw Gang's upper echelon—indulgent, reckless, and untouchable.

"David, did you notice the chip in the card slot behind Jotaro's left ear?" Lucy's voice ca through in a low whisper, her tone calm but focused.

David's eyes narrowed as he examined Jotaro more closely. Sure enough, there was a small chip embedded at the base of his skull.

"That's the key to his office," Lucy continued. "Later, I'll hack into the nervous systems of his two bodyguards. That will disrupt their signals temporarily. When that happens, you'll have a brief window to grab the chip without anyone noticing."

David nodded, his expression resolute.

"We'll sneak into his office afterward to copy the data," Lucy explained further, her gaze shifting toward the surveillance caras scattered around the club. "Don't worry about these. The Phoenix Club uses low-end LAN-based systems. I'll disable them all when it's ti."

Her cybernetic blue eyes flickered as she analyzed the network. "As long as we avoid drawing attention from the Tiger Claw guards outside, this operation should go off without a hitch."

"Understood," David replied.

They continued to sit at the bar, sipping their drinks while observing Jotaro's movents.

The plan required patience, and neither David nor Lucy could afford to act rashly.

Suddenly, the club's entrance opened again, and a group of new guests entered.

Leading the pack was a tall, imposing black man dressed entirely in black. His dreadlocks were tied back, and his chest was adorned with a necklace made of animal teeth. The intricate white tattoos on his dark skin, combined with the dense neural implants visible beneath his clothing, marked him unmistakably as a mber of the Voodoo Boys.

This notorious underground gang, known for their unparalleled hacking skills and mysterious practices, rarely ventured out without an agenda.

Trailing behind him was a group of heavily augnted individuals. Their exaggerated prosthetic limbs and crude enhancents suggested they weren't part of the Voodoo Boys but rather hired muscle—likely a temporary alliance.

The group quietly slipped into a dark corner of the bar, ordering drinks and blending in with the crowd. To an untrained eye, they appeared to be just another group of patrons enjoying the nightlife.

But their presence wasn't lost on David.

"The Voodoo Boys," Lucy muttered, her tone laced with unease. "Looks like we're not the only ones after Jotaro tonight."

David glanced at the group, noting the leader's cold, calculating deanor. He didn't need to ask to know they were here for the sa reason.

As the night wore on, the music in the club reached a fever pitch. The dance floor erupted in energy as custors threw themselves into the beat. Even Jotaro, now thoroughly intoxicated, joined in, climbing onto his booth with his companion and swaying wildly.

"It's ti," Lucy whispered. Her cybernetic eyes flashed red as she initiated her hack.

David didn't need further instructions. He rose from his seat and moved toward the dance floor, blending seamlessly into the crowd.

As he passed by Jotaro's booth, the two bodyguards flanking him suddenly clutched their heads, their faces contorted in pain. Lucy's hack had successfully disrupted their neural systems.

In the chaos, David activated his magnetic ability.

Click.

The faint sound of tal releasing was drowned out by the booming music. Jotaro, too preoccupied with his drunken revelry, didn't notice as the chip behind his ear was deftly removed.

David slipped the chip into his pocket and glanced at Lucy across the room. Without a word, they exchanged a quick look, their silent communication honed through countless missions.

Both of them casually made their way toward the stairwell, slipping out of the lobby unnoticed.

anwhile, in the dark corner of the bar, the leader of the Voodoo Boys, Disol, leaned back in his seat.

"That's him," he said, nodding toward Jotaro's booth. "The one in the white suit. When do we make our move?"

One of the heavily augnted n beside him frowned. "You paid us 10,000 euros for this job. We're not sitting here all night. Let's get this over with."

"Relax," Disol replied with a sly grin. "Timing is everything. Besides, I don't intend to let your clock run out."

He gestured for a waiter and ordered another round of drinks. "Sit tight and enjoy. When the white mouse finishes his work, we'll be ready to swoop in and take what we need."

Disol's gaze drifted toward the stairwell where David and Lucy had disappeared. A predatory smile spread across his face.

Outside the club, in the shadows of a nearby building, another group of scavengers watched the Phoenix Club through observation instrunts.

"100,000 euros for docunts in Jotaro's office? What could be so valuable?" one of them muttered.

"Who cares?" their leader snapped. "We're here for the money, not the details."

"But it's the Tiger Claw Gang," another scavenger protested. "You think this is going to be easy? Look at the swords those guards are carrying. One wrong move, and we're dead."

"Quit whining," the leader growled, taking a long drag from his cigarette. "If it were easy, it wouldn't be worth this much. Just keep watching. When the opportunity cos, we'll move in and grab whatever we can."

Elsewhere, other rcenary groups had also set their sights on the Phoenix Club. From the vantage points of nearby residential buildings, their telescopes and observation drones monitored every move.

"We're sure about this, right?" one rcenary asked nervously. "A 100,000-euro reward for stealing data from the braindance Experience Club?"

"Positive," their leader replied. "Our hacker confird it. Now shut up and focus."

The Phoenix Club had beco the center of a silent battlefield, with multiple factions vying for the sa prize.

Unbeknownst to Jotaro, his empire was crumbling, one calculated move at a ti.
