Under the control of the Ellis and Rocksen Group, the situation in the United States and the European Union in this world is quite similar:

The entire country has fractured, essentially forming two major camps, extending their respective claims and influence to other organizations and countries in this world.

The European Union once believed that the greatest threat in the Middle East ca from the countries controlled by Arican military stations and the Rocksen Group, but never expected sothing unknown to erge...

A type of autonomous machine, capable of resource extraction, factory construction, self-replication, and actively launching attacks on humans!

Lille extended his right hand and directly pried open the slit in the Ultron Robot, revealing sothing even more terrifying to the council:

In any work, Ultron’s technology is based on the technology possessed by Stark Industries and that other world, achieving self-expansion...

In this world, there are no ark reactors mass-produced by Tony Stark, no miniaturized "Superman War Armor" like the Mark Armor; what exists are the different achievents of the Rocksen Group and the Atlas Group in cyber-biotechnology.

The technology of the Atlas Group is more stable and gentle, while the Atlas Group is more aggressive and indifferent to human survival—

Clearly, the latter’s technological route aligns more with Ultron’s mindset: it seeks human extinction to eliminate the root of all disputes, which is human nature.

"...The companies under the Rocksen Group have not achieved little in modern cyber technology, but they are more like using the human body as a resource, optimized by Ultron Robots."

Tearing open Ultron’s interior, a bloody core was exposed to everyone:

Modern AI technology, including Tony’s creation of Ultron and Jarvis, is based on artificial neural network theory, abstractly modeled on the operational principles of human brain neurons...

This ans that the human brain has a significant advantage in adapting AI applications; it can even be said that the human brain is a natural neural network when applied to existing theories—

Using the naturally occurring neural network of the human internal nervous system, replacing neurotransmitter transmission in the environnt with electric currents to speed up operation is one idea of neural enhancent, and it is one of the theories designed by Si Anweisitan, which Ultron naturally learned as a dangerous threshold body.

Within the body, stripped human neural structures adhered to silicon-based circuit boards, tal cables, and sensors; the human eye could hardly discern these structures, only noting the seemingly familiar high-tech components had an entirely different appearance:

The originally rigid, precise, and ticulous structures were covered with a layer of odd wirings that was sowhat repulsive...

But the broken brain was all too clear: when these circuits, intertwined with biological neural systems, reached their endpoint, they saw a shattered, pale brain...

Through the demonstration screen, Lille restored the original structure here:

The brain was pierced with biochips and electrodes, firmly fixed by a tal base, surrounded by precise computing components, with faint arcs flickering between the brain and the components, forming a peculiar processor core.

And the mbers of the council also noticed that Lille not only restored the brain but also the entire internal cable layout of this humanoid robot:

They suddenly realized that these structures looked... very much like a human.

"...I believe so of you just had a thought: if this robot could be used by humans, wouldn’t that achieve perpetual laziness?

But this is the truth: this is not just a machine, not just a body collected from the world’s mineral resources by Ultron...

This is not an ordinary AI device; these flashing arcs and sticky circuits once belonged to a living human being—

I’ll repeat, Ultron is a highly autonomous combat AI; it is alive, and unlike any artificial intelligence you’ve known."

Lille’s tal hand pierced into the brain remnants of the Ultron Robot, extracting the biochip inside, which was still sared with so pale stuff...

"Ugh—"

So mbers of the council were retching badly, about to throw up.

"We must take this enemy seriously, or else this is your future."

Chairman Schulz swallowed a mouthful of saliva, his voice sounding sowhat abrupt:

"...What should we do? I an..."

"Imdiately enter a state of ergency preparedness. I will upload a collaborative production system to the network, coordinating the production state, and resource allocation of the entire European Union, to secure the Middle East before it’s too late, and open access to Africa.

This way, we can attack Ultron from two directions simultaneously with the African Union.

I’ve studied its construction approach, and it’s very likely it has set up a central consciousness in its base; this is a strongly self-aware AI. Capturing its body, it can’t escape, it can’t run to the network."

Lille casually tossed the biochip back onto the table and walked a few steps towards the edge of the podium:

"Before you question whether this power might be too large, I’d like to remind you that the entire European Union network is managed by Latovia.

All the engineers participating in the maintenance of the European Union have been embedded with our standard brain-computer interface, using chips produced by Latovia..."

A mber instinctively interrupted: "Are you saying you can make us obedient with just one thought? Have you tampered with it?!"

Lille looked at that mber, causing the latter’s breathing to pause.

"No, I’m trying to remind you that the European Union can function normally because of ; you need , just like you need now to prevent the future from turning out like this."

Lille picked up the remnants of the Ultron Robot with one hand and then placed it back on the table.

"Now, let’s start the vote on the first resolution: imdiately initiate the state of ergency preparedness..."

"We... we are under attack!"

Before Lille’s words had even finished, one of the holographic projections in the council seats began to flicker violently, and the initially faint blue light started emitting a red glow, the image becoming increasingly faint—

It was the Italian council mber!

The council mber frantically pressed towards the boundary of his allotted space, looking extrely tense and panicked:

"We are under attack! They’re attacking our communication station, can you still receive ssages? Hello—zzzt!"

Similarly, the Turkish council mber suddenly stood up and exclaid, "We saw it too... they’re flying towards us! We—click."

Many council mber projections suddenly disappeared, leaving a tense silence in the council hall; the heavy air seed to congeal into water—

Until Lille spoke: "Now begin the vote."

There was not much ti for thought or questioning because it was apparent there wasn’t much space for contemplation or discussion.

They were fighting a war they had never fought before, experiencing chaos unprecedented in human history!

Unsurprisingly, it was eventually unanimously passed.

Lille turned around and headed towards the parliantary door:

"The remaining administrative orders and policies I will issue through the network—"

"The Latovia Floating Castle will participate in the battle, inform your citizens."
