From the uprising to laying siege to the city, Lille took less than three days to rally this enormous Latovian resistance army.

Vladimir had never seen so many peasants ard and surrounding the Capital!

In contrast, the Capital under his rule was silent in the shadow and governance of war, like a Dead City...

The only sound ca from the drones flying over from ti to ti, and the broadcasts they carried:

"Give up resisting, lay down your weapons now, and join us in resisting the rule of the Pseudo King Vladimir!"

"End the atrocities that have plagued Latovia for hundreds of years!"

"Unite..."

Pa!

Trapped in his room, Vladimir violently threw his wine glass out the window!

He now felt everyone in the city was a traitor!

Not just the peasants, even the looks in the eyes of those guards seed off!

But he could do nothing: that outsider nad Anton Wank had locked him in his own room!

"What a great disgrace..."

Boom!

The sound of a sonic boom was deafening, and Vladimir was startled, falling to the floor.

Dong, dong, dong, dong——

The bell tolled, and Vladimir, in a daze, realized it was the warning bell:

They are attacking!

But... why is the bell so close?

Bang!

Soon, a loud noise ca from the castle, and Vladimir clung to the balcony railing like grasping at straws, yelling downwards:

"Kill them! Kill the peasants and the usurpers!"

Bang, bang, bang!

Gunshots suddenly rang out near the castle!

...

Lille walked at the forefront of the resistance army; this ti he did not choose to fly through the air but boldly sat on a reinforced horse, approaching the city walls directly—

As the banners behind him drew near, sothing unexpected happened!

Gunfire and screams suddenly ca from within the city wall, then soone erged from the gate:

"Your Majesty! We are opening the door for you!"

Clang, clang, clang——

The city gate creaked open!

This scene didn’t just happen at the main gate: the Latovian Capital is not entirely surrounded by ancient castle walls; only so areas have old walls, and the main gate is one of them.

Elsewhere, the Baron’s guards used sandbags and war materials to set up trenches—

These guards seed well-equipped, with bulletproof vests and uniforms bearing Vladimir’s emblem, but as the raggedly clothed, miscellaneous ard crowds roared and waved flags approaching, they began to fear one by one!

Not just fear, so soldiers even erupted on the spot, angrily pulling the pins from Hand Grenades!

In other places, the soldiers at outposts laid down their weapons collectively, raising white flags in surrender, and so not only surrendered themselves but also tied up a large number of captives!

The enormous Capital had no resistance capability against the resistance army. Even without Lille taking action, they abandoned fighting just hearing his na and seeing his flag—

The mighty Lille army broke through the defenses from outside the city with little resistance, and soon the streets, walls, and alleys were filled with people united under Lille’s banner...

After days of sweeping and propaganda, almost no one was willing to serve Vladimir anymore.

Only those who knew they were guilty and vicious clung to a glimr of hope in resistance, but even this tiny resistance was crushed by comrades determined to surrender!

A total of 21,044 resistance fighters launched a general attack, but this battle did not reduce their numbers; instead, it increased them!

Not only did the Baron’s troops turn against them, but as banners fluttered in the city, residents in hiding opened their doors, cheering or joining the vast army, with eyes wide open, eager to rush into the castle and tear apart the damned Grand Duke!

Leading the army in a relentless advance toward the Capital’s core castle, Lille did not fire a single shot or shell—

Until they reached the city’s forefront!

The Grand Duke’s elite forces were there, wearing intact uniforms, carrying complete weapons, with blood and dust on their faces.

These n looked like they had experienced a battle, feeling sohow more battled than the resistance.

Here, below the castle, the leading soldiers showed no fear or unwillingness, staring at Lille without moving.

It looked extrely bizarre; more bizarre was the hysterical shouting suddenly coming from the castle’s balcony:

"What are you doing! Shoot him! The ruler of Latovia orders you to shoot that treacherous rebel, shoot him!"

Only then did people notice that on the castle’s balcony, a man with long golden-gray hair dressed in Latovian noble attire was madly yelling.

Clearly, this was Vladimir!

The crowd was unable to act on their impulse to use their weapons against him, refraining forcefully as they glared angrily, causing the once high-standing "ruler" to collapse to the floor, flee into his room, having lost his mind.

In front of the castle, only silence and stillness remained, one side being the diverse Latovians, and the other the forr Baron’s guards.

Both sides not only went silent, but even stopped moving.

In the end, only Lille continued to approach the gate, step by step.

"Clear the way!" "Stand at attention!"

The old Grand Duke’s guards cleared the path: the genuine guards of the Grand Duke had long been killed by them...

Now here, were soldiers ant truly to serve the King:

The battle, they had long completed for Lille, and smoke, they did not wish in the final step of Lille’s rule over the city.

But they could only deal with ordinary soldiers.

Boom!

Two massive Rhino chas burst through the castle, wielded by Death Warriors who lifted their weapons!

But before they could fire, before the cowering Grand Duke could rekindle hope, a storm erupted before the castle, and the scorching King’s Blade sliced through the enemies in front!

In others’ eyes, the terrifying Iron Knights had just charged out of the castle, only to be cut down by Lille who leapt up with his blade—

Their King stord into the castle, seizing the final victory.

....

In a place known to no one, Anton Wank pressed a button.

"...What a grand play, but you, this King, are truly inflated, even the strongest predator fears a trap..."

"Let see what you’re truly capable of, little King."

The sound of chanical movent arose, and two whips sparkling with currents lit up in the darkness.
