128: Chapter 111 Shattering the Stars 128: Chapter 111 Shattering the Stars “Oh,” Xu Yang wanted to say that he didn’t have such an ugly child, but he wasn’t sure if these Remote Seasiders could understand his speech.

It would be troubleso if these creatures possessed extrely high intelligence.

He walked over to Farosa and saw that the Remote Seasiders were howling, still unfamiliar with everything.

Their true father had been killed, and the new woman made them feel both familiar and in awe.

“How adorable,” Farosa gazed at them.

Under her gaze, each Infant Haiyi appeared shy and timid, not daring to co out and attack her.

“They can’t fight yet.”

“They’re much stronger than the average person.

When they get a bit bigger, they can tear tal apart.

Oh, perhaps to so extent, this can recreate my era.”

“What do you want to do?” Xu Yang looked around at the waterlogged environnt.

“Starting with the Ocean Descendants, I’ll create an unprecedented, deep-sea army that belongs only to ,” Farosa said, feeling the moisture in the air, and softly called more smaller Haiyi that swam over from under the water.

My wet children, you now have a new mother, a new master, a new god.

“Roar!” A defiant Haiyi straightened up out of the water and glared at Farosa.

It was larger than its siblings.

“What you should do is submit, not test powers you’re unfamiliar with, provoking your creator,” Farosa stretched out her hand, gray killing power ready to be unleashed, making the young Haiyi shrink back in spirit substantially.

Wrath and fury vanished without a trace, replaced by submission and obedience.

The young Haiyi affectionately clung around the platform, its large scaled head sprouted four luminous tendrils, lighting up with white lights alternately, as if weaving the language and script of the Haiyi.

The original giant Haiyi that had lived through countless tis knew of the shaful betrayal that had happened once, when soone plotted and attempted to steal the father god’s power, hence their anger and vigilance.

These new generations, however, knew nothing of history.

In their eyes, Farosa radiated the mark and Divine Power of the ancient father god, proving her extraordinary status.

“Take the children to the seafloor outside,” Farosa instructed.

“We need to drain the water from here.”

The young Haiyi understood and dived into the water, leading the other Remote Seasiders away.

With these strong, ambitious Haiyi, further exploration of the deep sea could be initiated, Farosa thought.

Especially for Zenith’s side, these little ones could scout ahead.

Though they were not mature yet, they were much stronger than the usual marine animals, truly apex predators of the deep-sea food chain.

“I really would like to have a genuine offspring with you,” Xu Yang watched the Remote Seasiders leave.

Offspring…

Farosa had never envied won burdened with children, their energies worn thin for their offspring, losing the possibility of self-realization.

Though witches had complete organs, they had no nstruation and couldn’t reproduce.

“Take your ti thinking about it,” Farosa urged.

“Drain the seawater, there’s sothing else in the mine.”

“This isn’t just an ordinary seabed ore deposit?” Xu Yang was curious.

“I just have a feeling,” Farosa wasn’t sure what attracted her.

An object, buried beneath this place, made her yearn to get closer.

It felt like… coming ho.

Lila, entrusted by Xu Yang, detected below.

The area was rich in minerals with a bright developnt prospect, and most crucially, there seed to be a large teorite that had fallen into the native ore deposit, greatly enriching its teoric iron reserves, along with many other rare tals available for mining.

Perhaps this teorite was what truly attracted Yongsen Technology to develop here.

Three days later, Xu Yang imported a batch of industrial robots through Jun Comrce’s supply channels, hired Li Xiaomin as a professional driver, and transported the robots to the industrial park to repair the water drainage equipnt, completely draining the accumulated seawater beneath.

The previously flooded area was laid bare, filled with seaweed, coral, barnacles, and fine sand.

Li Xiaomin made another trip, moving food and furniture among other supplies over, sprucing up the old industrial park.

With Li Xiaomin bringing in supplies and the availability of many empty rooms, they even moved the whole group from Rat Village over, so they didn’t have to stay there.

Once the seawater was drained, Farosa attempted to delve into the end of the mine.

Thanks to Yongsen Technology’s prior drilling, there was now a built giant vertical shaft.

Going up and down required a rusty elevator.

Xu Yang followed Farosa to the bottom of the mine; this was the interior region of the teorite, which was not pitch-dark but instead illuminated by amber Phantom Light, the environnt damp, as if being inside a giant egg.

“The power of the stars,” Farosa felt dizzy with fascination.

She was called by the mysterious power, stepped out of the elevator, and walked toward the core area of the teorite.

The surrounding stone walls were jagged and shattered, and the seawater had not been completely cleared yet, reaching up to her calves, but she didn’t care at all.

Xu Yang closely followed behind.

He looked up; the entrance was now far off, and only the moist, rusted large elevator and tal braces accompanied them, bringing a sense of safety with human technology.

When he looked toward Farosa, he saw her completely enveloped by the dreamlike specks of light on the stone wall, as if she were in a tangible fantasy, not as though they were in the center of a large teorite, but walking at the pinnacle of the stars.

Within the mine, within the rock, Farosa kept walking downward.

There were traces that had been excavated by industrial robots.

Yongsen Technology had found this teorite smashed into the native ore deposit and had attempted to explore its mysteries.

“Slow down,” Xu Yang called as Farosa almost disappeared into the Phantom Light.

“This is the source of the Witches’ power, the land of a Witch’s dreams,” Farosa’s voice sounded so ethereal.

Xu Yang looked up again, this ti far from the entrance, no longer able to see any signs of human civilization.

Under the sea, beneath the rocks, Xu Yang felt lost and detached from the world and reality.

At that mont, he suddenly felt that nothing else mattered, the world consisted only of him and Farosa, traveling through emptiness and light and shadow like two travelers at the end of ti.

He followed Farosa until he passed through the light, and there she squatted at the end of the hollow teor core tunnel, in front of three abnormally grown rhombus-shaped crystals.

The first crystal on the left shone a dark green, its spotty pattern reminiscent of biological cells; the one in the middle was intertwined with constantly twitching electric arcs; the one on the far right was dusky pink in color, its outer skin tender, puffing like a piece of flesh, displaying the dual characteristics of inorganic and organic.

The two crystals on the left were both damaged and worn, while the one on the right remained intact, sparkling and translucent.

“Look,” Farosa murmured, “our power cos from the stars, and now a piece of the stars has fallen.”

“This is the ‘star’ that empowers Witches?” Xu Yang felt incredulous.

“This is why Witches were born among the Ratn,” Farosa pointed to the worn Star Crystal Stones on the left, “The two powers of Sally, electric pulses and life, co from these.

It’s happened before; when a cot falls, a Witch is sure to arise from the nearby villages.

But usually, there’s only one type of Magic Power.

Look, this celestial body contains three types, extrely rare.

They ‘infected’ a little female mouse, turning her into the Ratman Witch.

Oh, no wonder, how did the Ratn mutate into Witches?

Indeed…”

Sally becoming a Witch was the result of this fallen star.

Xu Yang thought to himself.

Only the Ratn would live in such a secluded place and be fortunate enough to receive the Galaxy’s blessing.

“It would be great if we could harness the third Magic Power,” Xu Yang observed the last crystal, “Why does it look like a piece of at?”

“If I’m not mistaken,” Farosa licked her lips, “the Magic Power hidden within this crystal is sothing like ‘immortality,’ ‘rapid self-healing,’ or ‘infinite life force,’ anyway, sothing that could turn a person into a Witch that’s very hard to kill.”

“That’s powerful too,” Xu Yang said.

“It’s a sha it wasn’t inherited by Sally.”

“It’s rare to see a Witch with Three Types of Magic Powers,” Farosa had always been proud of her two powers, “Sally is lucky to have dual powers.”

“It should be possible to bless another Witch,” Xu Yang said, “the other two are damaged.”

Farosa took out her Magic Blade hilt, prepared previously when buying equipnt; it now ca in handy.

She charged the hilt, and a spiral of red Magic Power surged out, forming an invincible Magic Blade.

Aiming at the base of the flesh-like Star Crystal Stone, Farosa carefully carved it like a stonemason against its base until it was completely separated from the inside of the teorite.

“Collected,” Farosa sighed in relief, “almost made it lose its function.”

The flesh-like Star Crystal Stone wriggled slightly in Farosa’s palm, constantly self-degrading and regenerating, emitting endless regenerative Magic Power.

“It can’t be used on a Witch because the Magic Power is already set.

But it can be used to bless a woman or a baby girl,” Farosa curled her lips into a smile, “this perfectly separated Star Crystal Stone can be used on a woman to transform her from human to Witch and inherit this power.”

“Humans can turn into Witches?” Xu Yang was startled.

“Yes.” Farosa stowed away the flesh-like crystal, “In the future, I will find such an interesting woman, one who longs to beco a Witch or a woman who desires immortal Magic Power.”

“Is it through a certain ritual, or do you use it directly?”

“It’s mainly the ritual,” Farosa nodded, “I’ve morized the process before.”

A woman who wants to be a Witch…

Xu Yang pondered.

Does such a woman exist?

Who would be a human yet eagerly wish to beco a Witch?

Farosa walked through the teor core; she loved this place, which proved that the Witches’ power indeed ca from the cosmos.

Only the technology of humans of this era could dig into the heart of a star, reaching the source of power.

Fortunately, the humans who had previously discovered this place were completely clueless about the true purpose of these three crystals and did not deal with them.

Star Crystal Stones were very scarce and difficult for Middle Ages humans to mine and utilize, but for this very reason, people had conducted quite thorough research on the few pieces they found.

According to ancient records, Farosa knew that Star Crystal Stones could also be used on n, transforming n and male infants into Witches, but that was a bit perverted, so she kept it to herself.
