Honma Noriko has reinforced an area spanning tens of thousands of square kiloters into a steel defense line, with artillery, missiles, mines, and anti-aircraft arrays everywhere. Giant robots, power armored soldiers, and drone swarms fill the entire region.

"Who is Bubble? You’ve ntioned her several tis." Laila said.
"I’ll introduce you to her after the war." Xu Cheng took out a locator from her pocket — it was too far away, already useless. She’d have to wait for her dad to upgrade it.
"The last battle, the last battle." Laila closed her eyes tightly, then opened them again.

During the previous battle of Anchorage, Delaney had once thwarted the witches. Her magic power could cause the fundantal basis of real events and things to collapse. Although she is a powerful Reality Manipulator, Honma Noriko could not allow her to switch sides in battle.
"We don’t have the ti or materials to upgrade the control chip now, so we hope that Lord Dilnai can lead her back on the right path." Honma Noriko said as she reached the witch containnt area, where the witches had been drugged, most in a highly sedated state.
Delaney was shackled to the wall, wearing a muzzle to prevent speech, and a collar, like the other witches, now in a half-asleep, half-awake state.
