The next morning, I woke up feeling like I might faint from how hard my head was pounding. And to worsen things, I almost walked in on one of my jerk roommates showering.

Despite apologizing profusely after the door got closed, he still had a lot to say after he got out. I’d have liked to respond but Jake was nowhere to be found since I woke up and I was still nursing a bad headache. As I shivered, I kept wondering where he went to.

After thanking him and using the drugs, we were heading to where we’d get breakfast from and I asked where he went this morning.
