Jin Mingjun stared intently at the distant Varo remnant base.

The unease in his heart prompted him to issue a warning, startling other cha pilots and causing them to halt their actions uniformly.

Jin Mingjun only gained moderate fa among the natives of Water Blue Star with extraordinary intuition.

However, in this Constant Star System, he was definitely the top Transcendent below the Spiritual Beast.

"I suggest retreating, canceling this assault, and focusing on long-range strikes."

"Reason... I can’t provide a specific reason, I just feel intuitively that we should do this."

Jin Mingjun gave his reason over the communication channel: Transcendent intuition.

If it had been before, upon hearing such a reason, commanders might have laughed their heads off.

But now, after once again reviewing Jin Mingjun’s file,

they conducted a vote and agreed to Jin Mingjun’s proposal.

The cha, initially about to enter the reconnaissance range of the enemy base, withdrew to the complex asteroid belt.

Then missiles, each ranging from twenty to thirty ters in length, were transported over, carried and set up at deployed locations by cha.

After several hours of busy work.

All missile bases began to countdown and ignited simultaneously at zero, launching out.

The entire process was uneventful, allowing everyone, who’d been tense, to breathe a slight sigh of relief.

Jin Mingjun, however, did not relax, continuing to stare into the distance.

anwhile, he interrogated the remnants within the Soul Stabilizing Pearl.

Unfortunately, no valuable information was obtained.

In the eyes of Captain Luo,

the base hidden within the asteroid belt was initially just a Varo Civilization research base.

As the asteroid belt was designated a key mining area, the research base underwent nurous expansions.

Upon encountering Water Blue Star civilization, before its takeover of the main base, so remnants delivered large amounts of supplies for a massive revamp of the research base.

Converting the base gave it certain military capabilities, even allowing it to repair spaceships.

Apart from that, there was nothing unusual further according to Captain Luo’s remnant soul.

"No matter what, it’ll reveal itself under saturation bombing, won’t it?"

Jin Mingjun murmured in his heart, piloting his crimson cha to step on the surface of a teor, overlooking the thousands of red beams below.

Each beam was a nuclear missile weighing about two hundred thousand tons.

After a period of acceleration, their speed was nearly as fast as the main cannon shells of interstellar warships, and they maneuvered irregularly making interception difficult.

The remnants of the Varo Civilization’s base faced the missile wave with only the outer unmanned defense systems automatically engaging in interceptive firing.

Until a multitude of missiles struck directly, bursting into flares and explosions.

The base had no unusual response.

Even public channels didn’t transmit curses or surrender ssages.

Leaving generals in the rear questioning whether the base had been abandoned long ago?

If truly deserted, then what about Jin Mingjun’s Transcendent intuition?

After the thousand-missile sweep ended, with the flas and explosion shockwaves calming down.

Nurous probes were released.

To ensure no contamination impact, probe operators were Jin Mingjun and ten other top-tier Transcendents.

The synchronized images visible to the rear were all intelligently modified to prevent accidents.

Jin Mingjun controlled two spherical probes to enter the heavily bombarded base, its surface riddled with craters.

Slipping through breaches into the inner base.

Jin Mingjun saw Varo personnel corpses through the probes.

Most bodies were severely damaged, so retaining intact faces showed expressions of terror.

Appearing unprepared for their base’s exposure and sudden attack.

Continuing deeper into the base.

Violently breaking open so sealed doors with bombs.

Jin Mingjun’s heart suddenly felt an unexplainable chill, as he found himself in a wrecked laboratory within the base’s depths.

Within a mostly broken transparent liquid container.

Lurking was a faint blue heart over a ter in diater, rhythmically beating within.

At the sight of this heart, Jin Mingjun had an ominous premonition.

In the instant the probe’s monocular fixed upon the heart.

The faint blue heart suddenly exhibited visible tendrils.

In the next instant, the faint blue heart abruptly exploded!

Coating the chamber with thick blue viscous fluid.

The explosion startled the crowd behind the probes.

Upon finding no abnormalities, they assud it was just a false alarm.

However, a sudden shout from Jin Mingjun echoed in the channel:

"No, it’s an attack on the Divine Soul!"

"Quick, summon the Spiritual Beast Lord!"

Jin Mingjun sensed he had beco the target of the anomaly erging from the faint blue heart.

The entity tracked a kind of sense, locating Jin Mingjun behind the probes and launching an attack through the signal.

Roar!

In Jin Mingjun’s mind, as he sensed the crisis a Divine Dragon’s illusion erged and let out a dragon roar.

This dragon roar provided Jin Mingjun the reaction ti to respond to the attack.

In a sudden enlightennt, Jin Mingjun utilized his Soul Stabilizing Pearl.

Uniquely sealing his Divine Soul within the pearl.

This maneuver.

Even brought the attacking entity into the realm of the Soul Stabilizing Pearl, entrapping it alongside Jin Mingjun’s soul.
