As the spaceship approached the surface of Planet Nia with great speed, Khal watched with starry eyes as a completely new sight erged before him.
Although the sight of space filled with colorful planets and bright stars was a first-rate experience for him as this was his very first ti traveling through the cosmos, nothing beat the excitent the mont he realized his feet will soon touch a new surface!
Of course, one could say he already traveled through space, through a wormhole when he ascended, but that was not different from jumping into a pool and swimming across an underwater tunnel before erging on the other side. The experience and the sensation he was feeling were two, entirely different things, there was no question about that.
"You seem pretty excited. Well, I don't bla you at all as everyone who gets the chance to land on our planet looks the sa." Darla who sat all this ti next to Khal spoke nonchalantly, attracting Khal's gaze away from the scenery outside.
"I am not exactly excited, it's just this is my first ti traveling to another planet." Khal didn't keep this fact as a secret and told Darla right away.
"What? You have never traveled in space before? That's impossible!" Darla widened her pretty eyes slightly wide, looking at Khal with a suspicious gaze.
Khal only shrugged at her and forced a smile, "Believing it or not, that's the truth."
"Then how did you advance to the next Stage? Although Planet Katrov is filled with many herbs and magical plants capable of increasing one's physical strength and opening all of your ridians, that place has an extrely low quality of Realm Essence, so achieving a breakthrough there is simply an impossible wish! Or did you beco a Body Refiner through a special thod?"
Khal understood completely from where Darla's suspicion ca from, as he was absolutely clear how one could advance stages in the Second Realm.
One needed to train their bodies through different ans while also improving their Blessings by the sa standards as they did so far in the First Realm.
Naturally, when he talked about training one's body, it was not as simple as doing push-ups or running around the planet day and night, believing that will be enough to surpass the Cultivation Stages, as it was much more complex than that.
For Instance, when one ascended into the Second Realm and beca an Awakened, one needed to open and connect all of their so-called ridians in their bodies which were the exact sa thing as the human's Essence Paths with the sole difference that Essence Paths were much thicker in size than other races' ridians!
In this area, humans were obviously half a step ahead of the rest of the races as they opened their Essence Paths way before the Second Realm, right in the First Realm, and ascended just like that!
However, the real challenge only ca after that!
All the races, including the Human race, have to start consuming pure and special particles from their surroundings which can be found everywhere, known as the Realm Essence!
Realm Essence is not similar to the Essence Particles or World Essence from the First Realm at all. While the forr improves one's Blessing with the latter one being a completely different source of energy, which can be only used through unique techniques, Realm Essence can increase every living being's Body Essence almost infinitely!
Only when one accumulated enough Body Essence and increased their Blessing to the peak will they have the chance to reach the Second Cultivation Stage and start training their bodies from the inside out for real through different thods as Darla just said!
However, exactly because of this, Khal decided to just simply smile, obviously showing that he wished not to talk about this topic any longer.
Darla frowned when she saw this, but knowing that everyone had their own secrets, just like how she had hers, she didn't push the matter any further and averted her gaze onto the azure scenery outside the window.
Once the spaceship was in the planet's atmosphere and descend into a huge crater where it landed after a slow descent, a huge barrier appeared atop the barrier, sealing out the blood-freezing cold that was present on the outside.
"Co." Roice gestured toward Khal casually to follow him, which at Khal nodded and walked after him with an indifferent look.
Soon, when he walked out of the spaceship, several soldiers saluted at Roice respectfully before they surrounded him and the two on his side, escorting them through an underground tunnel that lead slightly downward.
After several minutes of silent walking, Khal watched as the sight before him expanded and they arrived inside an extrely huge cave, which couldn't even be called a cave as everything around him was filled with green!
Big and healthy trees, erald grass with colorful flowers, and an enormous and majestic looking palace with a size twice as huge as the spaceship! Everything around him made him feel as though he was looking at a holy land filled with life instead of a creepy and dark cave below a frozen wasteland's surface where life shouldn't even exist!
Just like a scenery popped out of a fantasy world; a fairyland!
"Glamorous!" Khal muttered with a startled expression under his breath as he looked around.
"Thank you. Although it's not only you who said such words, I appreciate your praise." Roice showed a smile and lead Khal into the huge palace that stood majestically in the middle of a huge erald green field.
"Welco back my Lord, Young Lady, and also our dear guest." A man in a crimson robe appeared on the side, bowing to Roice, Darla, and Khal with deep respect.
"Astro, this kind gentlen is Khal Nevio, a friend of mine. He wishes to trade his Space Orb for sothing similar in value, so please bring us 'that'. Roice said calmly.
Astro's eyes flashed with great surprise when he heard what kind of treasure Khal wished to trade with and couldn't help but give a glance at the young man on Roice's side.
However, his glance only took a single second before he bowed once again and said, "Please wait here, my Lord. I will bring it here right away."
With that, Astro vanished into thin air like a ghost without any sign of warning, taking Khal completely out of his guard.
