"Do not falter! We can defeat him if we work together, and then the Blessed Qi will return to us!" The Sect Leader shouted, but so Sect Leaders still ran away...

The Immortal sighed one more ti before drawing a line with his fingers.

An unimaginable explosion occurred as the very boundary of the world shook and the space tore apart.

Half of the Cultivators died just like that, but that move also consud a lot of energy, weakening the Immortal.

It seed like the Sect Leaders also had so good Divinators, which were able to divine his first move.

"It seems like mutual destruction is the only way..." The Immortal sighed again and the Sect Leaders' Souls shook.

Unlike the Immortal, who was not scared of death, they were still in their pris and had a lot of things they wanted to do.

Nobody wanted to die, but they also couldn't back down from this kind of battle.

Everyone rushed at the Immortal. It was a long fight that destroyed large parts of this continent.

The forrly glorious and huge continent was reduced to a fraction as their fight extended for a few years.

At the end of this road, everyone was too exhausted to continue, but the Immortal was gravely wounded and would not live for too long.

It seed like they were successful in their goal...

"A pity..." The Immortal murmured. "It seems like my own greed got the best of ." He sighed as he lifted his hand for one last ti.

"STOP HIM!" The Leader of the Sect Leaders shouted and everyone understood what would happen if they failed now.

The Immortal was aiming for the last Heavenly Peak, ready to cut it down.

His hand drew a line, but one group of female Cultivators set up a sacrificial ritual in advance.

"For our Peach Blossom Sect!" The female Elder shouted.

"""For our Peach Blossom Sect!""" And the other Elders and Disciples shouted in unison, before everyone slit their throats.

"NO!" The Leader of Sect Leaders was shocked. He didn't expect this kind of outco and that his wife would be done like this.

The sacrificial ritual shone and projected a barrier that was in the path of the Immortal's hand slash.

The barrier creaked under the pressure of the laws, not being able to completely withstand it.

The Leader of the Sect Leaders stepped in and clashed against the weakened slash.

He was unable to destroy it or block it, so he only slightly diverted the slash.

This was still enough to protect most of the Heavenly mountain, but as the price, one of his arms was cleanly cut by the Immortal.

The Immortal's eyes dimd as he failed to achieve the best outco.

The Leader of the Sect Leaders collapsed as a large quantity of blood poured out of his wound.

It seed like they protected the Heavenly Mountain, but in reality was a lot different.

Soon the mountain creaked and scread as the upper part of the Heavenly Peak slowly slid down the mountain.

The Blessed Qi thinned even more and everyone felt lost.

They didn't think that the outco would be like this. From the most Blessed Lands to one of the poorest out there...

Everyone was shocked.

This battle was pretty much pointless as none of them earned anything and only lost things.

...

"That's it?" One Beast asked as Aiko paused.

"If you want to read the rest of the story, you should learn the Runic Language! You think this shit is easy to translate?!" Aiko glared at them. She was already reading for 3 days and 2 more Elders joined them as this was a lot more interesting than youngsters fighting.

That Beast Elder imdiately shut up and didn't say anything any more. He was unable to understand Runes, much less Runic Language. If he kept going, it would feel like shooting an arrow through his foot!

Aiko cleared her throat and recited strange incantations in Runic Language.

The huge doors quivered and shone, shocking everyone.

The city lit up as energy gathered in a single point between the doors.

A small light shook as it slowly ford a White Jade piece.

It slowly, but steadily floated in front of Aiko.

"Finally sothing nice for reading stories." Aiko smiled from ear to ear and i was likewise shocked.

There was no way to create Jade, much less White Jade, but here in front of her, this strange place was able to do just that!

One envious Fox Elder suddenly spoke, interrupting everyone's awe.

"This should be owned by the Fox Village." The Fox Elder said haughtily.

Everyone turned towards him and glared at him. Especially i, who wished to study it.

Moon Aiko chuckled. "Sure."

She extended her hand with the White Jade, and the Fox Elder tried to snatch it.

However, no matter what he tried, his hand just passed through the White Jade.

"Y-you, vixen!" The Fox Elder shouted.

"What? You need to recite the Incantation if you want to touch it. It's not my fault that you are stupid." Aiko rolled her eyes.

The Fox Elder was clearly angered, and i raised her eyebrow. In front of them was not Moon Aiko, but Nightmare Aiko slightly distorting reality, so that it seed like nothing changed.

The Fox Elder had a good mory, since his Cultivation progressed well, and slowly recited what the Vicious Cub said.

Once he finished, there was no change and he still couldn't snatch it from her hands.

*Rumble!*

Suddenly, lightning passed through the cave city and struck the Fox Elder until nothing remained.

"Ah, I forgot to say that if you make even a slight error in the Incantation, you will die." Nightmare Aiko no longer used Illusions to make herself seem like a good Fox. "Well, it's better to say this late than never, right?" She smiled with that sadistic smile.

The Beast and Human Elders shivered. This was too much of a change in deanour for them and they felt fearful when looking at her.

So Elders even pursed their lips, since they were trying to recite the Incantations in their heads.

"Nobody wants to try any more?" Aiko tilted her head. "Sha..." She shook her head gently.

She stood up and slowly walked towards the path leading to the Heavenly Peak.

Her team closely followed her, still wondering how Aiko was able to achieve that lightning.

i was satisfied by this turn of events, while the Blood Fox recorded the Elders with greedy expressions.

It took the Elders a bit of ti before they recovered and cleaned the place.

...

Aiko walked on an empty path towards the Heavenly Peak.

"Isn't it nice when we are alone~" Nightmare Aiko humd.

"Aren't you just happy that you got sothing shiny out of just reading a story?" i narrowed her eyes and teased Aiko.

"Hmpf" Aiko snorted unhappily. She was definitely happy that she got sothing out of that, but she wished that the lightning would leave behind the Elder's Treasures.

Not only did the lightning burn his body, but it also destroyed and erased his Treasures!

Aiko didn't like that at all and was quite pouty because of it.

"But it's a nice view, at least." The Blood Fox chid in, trying to cheer Aiko up.

"I suppose." Aiko was a bit bored by the view, since that story was a lot more interesting.

The Blood Fox walked next to Aiko, gently swaying her hips.

That attracted quite a few glances from Aiko, but no action.

That was strange and it seed like Aiko was really upset about that outco.

...

They walked quietly until they approached the Heavenly Peak, or what was left of it.

The path was filled with greenery and flowers, so Aiko was able to calm down after the long walk.

After all, it took them half a day to reach it.

"You are late." One Fox Elder said. "We had a whole issue about the accusations, but since you were not here, everyone voted to kick you out."

"That is fine, we have gained more than what we could from this Tournant." i said softly.

"Good. Make sure to rob them well." That sa Elder then glanced at the Vicious Cub, who was known for her ways.

"Already did." Aiko smiled.

"Good, good." The Elder happily nodded. "Now go sit sowhere, this place is a ss and it will take us a few days if not weeks to finish this." He shook his head before gesturing.

"We will do just that." i nodded slowly. It was unfortunate that the Blood Fox or Twins couldn't participate, but it didn't seem like the Fox Elders, other than that strange one, were negative about them being late.

'It seems like Aiko's attitude spread quicker than I expected.' i knew that Elders saw her in a good light, even after she did sothing bad.

And that was definitely because of the Massage Chair business, since they didn't need to take part in the Heavenly Massage Parlour sches.

They might not openly visit, but behind the doors, they were willing to take part and get massages.

It might not be as effective since their Cultivation was high, but that didn't an they didn't get any benefits.

For example, the Elder that they just talked with, was one that benefited most from it.

His stagnant Qi in his body cleared, allowing him to use more of his Beast Core, which propelled him from the weakest Elder, all the way to the middle.

As such, he was very grateful and accommodating when it ca to i's requests.

"Oh, and tell if you don't like any furniture on the flying ship. There is still plenty that I can exchange." He smiled happily.

"It's been a pleasant ride so far." i chuckled.

"Good, good." He nodded happily again.

The group went to the Fox Village side and sat down. The Foxes gave them plenty of room, since they were worried about the Vicious Cub's wrath.

That didn't an that they would not observe the strange and only group that had multiple Demonic Foxes!

They were the most interested in i, who seed like leading the group, but a lot of them fell in love with the Nightmarish Vicious Cub.

Her proportions were just right, so many Foxes, both male and female, sent flirtatious glances towards her.

At first, Aiko didn't mind, but that soon got old and Aiko was very bored.

It also didn't help that the battles on the podium were pretty slow and boring...
