As the commanders departed, only over one hundred and fifty soul warriors remained in this vast field. They divided into more than thirty teams and each discussed their next action plans. After a heated discussion, a dozen teams decided to venture deeper into the forest to explore the unknown territories.

The remaining teams made various choices; so stayed in place to observe, hoping to find clues from the actions of other teams. Others chose the high road, nimbly climbing tall trees, leaping and weaving among the treetops like monkeys and wolves.

Luo Chen’s team was one of those who chose to stay put. Carefree ng Lan didn’t appear anxious. She calmly observed the surrounding teams, as if waiting for sothing.

"Aren’t we leaving?" Luo Chen couldn’t help but ask, looking at Carefree ng Lan with so confusion.

"Let’s wait a bit longer and see which direction those three teams choose." Carefree ng Lan said with firm eyes fixed on the direction of the Trey Clan’s team.

Luo Chen followed her gaze and indeed saw Youming Nan’s team also waiting and observing other teams. He was puzzled, not understanding why they should move last.

"Why wait until the last to move?" Luo Chen asked, unable to resist.

Carefree ng Lan smiled slightly and explained, "By waiting, we can see which direction is the most popular. We’ll choose the direction with the fewest people, reducing our chance of encountering strong enemies."

Having heard this explanation, Luo Chen nodded slightly, his confusion dispelled. He had to admit that Carefree ng Lan’s decision was wise. In this forest full of unknowns, reducing encounters with strong enemies would undoubtedly increase their survival chances.

However, just then, Ling Yueyun let out a cold laugh, "Not understanding even such basic common sense, it’s laughable that you’re a four-star soul warrior." His words were filled with sarcasm and disdain, clearly questioning Luo Chen’s knowledge.

Luo Chen didn’t pay attention to Ling Yueyun’s sarcasm. He knew well that he still needed to improve his skills and experience. This special training was a perfect opportunity, allowing him to learn from Carefree ng Lan and other team mbers and constantly enhance himself.

As ti passed, more and more teams began to take action. Luo Chen’s team remained as stationary as ever, waiting quietly for the optimal mont. Carefree ng Lan’s eyes remained fixed on the Trey Clan’s team, seemingly searching for so kind of opportunity.

Finally, after most teams had set out, the Trey Clan’s team also began to move. They chose a relatively secluded direction, seemingly intent on avoiding other teams.

"The ti has co, let’s move," Carefree ng Lan decisively commanded upon seeing this, "We’ll follow behind them at a certain distance."

The team mbers nodded in agreent and prepared to set off. Luo Chen followed closely behind, filled with anticipation and tension. He knew this special training would be a severe test, but he also believed he could erge as a true strong warrior.

As the team ventured deeper, the scenery of the forest beca more mysterious and magnificent. Ancient trees towered skyward, leaves were dense, blocking most of the sunlight. The ground was covered with thick fallen leaves and dead branches, which rustled underfoot.

In this dense forest, Luo Chen and his team must always remain vigilant to prevent unforeseen events. They not only needed to face the beasts and traps in the forest but also guard against ambushes and attacks from other teams.

However, it was in such an environnt that Luo Chen and his team gradually learned how to cooperate smoothly with teammates, how to utilize the surrounding environnt for combat and defense. Their strength improved continuously, as did their trust and tacit understanding of each other.

The days of special training passed one by one, as Luo Chen and his team went through nurous challenges and tests. But no matter when or where, they always rembered Carefree ng Lan’s advice: "Unity, courage, wisdom." These three words beca their motivation and belief that propelled them forward.

"Isn’t that right, just a re facade." Ling Yue Mu said with a disdainful smirk, his eyes lazily scanning the ground, his tone full of contempt. Luo Chen’s eyes narrowed as anger quietly rose in his heart. However, when he saw Carefree ng Lan’s dissuading look, he forcibly suppressed his inner rage. He took a deep breath and coldly glanced at Ling Yue Mu and another companion before turning his head away, ignoring them.

Carefree ng Lan sensed the tense atmosphere and quickly broke the silence with a smile, "Alright, we’ll just follow the Trey’s team. It’s safer that way." With that, she led the four of them, closely trailing the team ahead as they entered the lush forest.

Walking along, Luo Chen couldn’t help feeling a bit puzzled. This markedly infamous Forest of Death was not as terrifying and bloody as the outside world proclaid. On the contrary, it resembled a paradise on earth, with lush green trees swaying elegantly, smooth flat paths winding forward, and the forest brimming with the fresh and clean air filled with bird songs and floral scents. None of this seed remotely connected to words like bloody or terrifying.

Luo Chen began to doubt whether those dreadful tales about the Forest of Death were just rumors.
