Hearing the discussions around him, Luo Chen couldn’t help but feel a surge of panic. He knew nothing about the so-called Dark Martial Soul Hall, but the Cyan Dragon Judgnt Institute of the Auslan Empire was renowned. It was an authoritative institution representing the empire’s law enforcent, with nurous Law Enforcers, among whom were powerful Soul Cultivators. Criminals wanted by the Judgnt Institute hardly ever escaped the net of justice.

But now, he was in this unfamiliar place of the Divine Fire Empire, with no support, facing such a situation, he felt unprecedentedly isolated and helpless.

The handso man in white swept his gaze around majestically, finally landing on Luo Chen. "Did you hear that? Soone accuses this young man beside you of murder. I must take him back to the Judgnt Institute for investigation."

Thunderstorm snorted at this, disdainfully saying, "He has been with the whole ti, how could he have gone to kill soone? It’s utterly absurd."

"Whether he has committed murder will naturally be answered after we take him back for investigation," the handso man in white coldly replied, then signaled to his subordinates. Several n in white clothing imdiately understood and stepped forward together, intending to take Luo Chen away.

Seeing this, Thunderstorm snorted angrily, flicked his long sleeve, and a powerful whirlwind appeared out of thin air, howling towards those n in white, catching them off guard and forcing them to scatter and dodge. Imdiately, they drew the longswords from their waists, watching Thunderstorm with cold and focused eyes.

"You dare attack the Black Panther Hunters!" the handso man in white said with an angry look, his powerful aura sending shivers down one’s spine.

However, Thunderstorm remained fearless, coldly stating, "What of the Law Enforcers? Without concrete evidence, what right do you have to arbitrarily arrest people?"

The handso man in white furrowed his brow, not expecting Thunderstorm would so firmly resist the law. He realized that this task was not as simple as he had initially imagined. The Thunderstorm before him was clearly not an easy character to deal with.

The atmosphere between the two sides instantly beca tense, as if a great battle was about to break out. However, at that mont, a gentle voice suddenly sounded: "Please, everyone, stay calm, there may be a misunderstanding here."

Everyone turned toward the voice and saw a middle-aged scholar slowly approaching. Dressed in a green robe and holding a feather fan, he had an elegant and composed deanor. His appearance imdiately eased the tense atmosphere significantly.

"I am the City Lord here, and upon hearing of a dispute, I ca to see what’s happening," the middle-aged scholar said with a smile. "You are all heroes and giants of the martial world, why damage harmony over a small misunderstanding?"

The handso man in white, seeing this, also cald his anger and cupped his hands, "So it is the City Lord, my apologies. We are Law Enforcers of the Cyan Dragon Judgnt Institute and have co because soone accuses this young man of murder, thus we intend to take him for investigation."

"Oh? Do you have concrete evidence?" the City Lord inquired, raising an eyebrow slightly.

"There is currently no direct evidence, but soone testified that he was present at the scene of the cri," the handso man in white admitted.

The City Lord nodded and turned to Thunderstorm and Luo Chen, "Do you two have anything to say?"

Thunderstorm snorted coldly, "We’ve been together the whole ti, he simply had no ti to commit murder. Clearly, soone is deliberately framing him."

The City Lord pondered for a mont, then slowly said, "If that’s the case, I believe this matter needs a thorough discussion. Why don’t you all co to the City Lord’s Mansion and we can discuss a solution together?"

Everyone nodded in agreent. Under the City Lord’s diation, a possible conflict was peacefully resolved. However, Luo Chen knew this was only a temporary calm, and true challenges and crises lay ahead. He must quickly find evidence to prove his innocence, otherwise, he would find it hard to shake off the suspicion of murder.

"Alright then, don’t bla for being ruthless!" the handso man in white said with a cold glare. Before his words finished, he had swiftly drawn his longsword. As the sword left its sheath, a faint golden light appeared on his skin, as if enveloped in an aura the color of Golden Soul Coins.

Thunderstorm’s heart tightened, recognizing it as the mark of a Soul Sovereign with the attribute of Golden Soul Coins. He knew well that, with his own strength, it wouldn’t be difficult to defeat this Soul Sovereign. However, this place was less than a thousand miles from Muni City, the capital of the Divine Fire Empire, and the formidable Soul Demon Suanni could detect his energy fluctuations at any ti. If Suanni appeared, not only his own safety would be severely threatened, but Luo Chen by his side might also be innocently implicated.

What made Thunderstorm more troubled was that his second attribute, the wind attribute cultivation technique, had been neglected for years, and his cultivation hadn’t reached the level of a Soul Sovereign. This ant that if he engaged in battle with this man in white, he would soon find himself at a disadvantage.

The handso man in white seed to see through Thunderstorm’s concerns, his brow showing a hint of pride, taunting, "Draw your sword, soul cultivator from the East, let see your wind attribute prowess."
