Su Chen’s just-relaxed expression twitched again.
"However, please rest assured, my lord, no one downstairs knows that you’re in the VIP room. Moreover, my father is very familiar with your habits, so the only companion is just a friend. There’s no need to worry about trouble."
Nanding Ge’Er smiled slightly, offering reassurance.
"Oh..."

The last one was Dolmont Julius, the new Clan Leader of the Julius Clan, one of the four great clans of the Golden Wind Empire. This person was not simple, having beco the Clan Leader of the Julius Clan at the age of thirty-five. His tactics and sches were definitely not as simple as they seed on the surface. Reportedly, after his rise to power, the Julius Clan ford so mysterious association with the revered Divine Concealnt Hall. It was also known that Dolmont had a mad passion for collecting auction items. As long as he deed an auction item worth bidding on, he would go to any lengths to snatch it, even if it ant paying several tis more than others. Maybe that’s the true enjoynt of the wealthy, Nanding Ge’Er thought to herself.
She nonchalantly glanced at the leisurely Dolmont and the slightly tense Su Chen, nodding to herself.
"Lord Tianhui, I heard that the Divine Concealnt Hall, while pursuing the strong of Dark Sanctuary into the Forest of Death, inadvertently obtained a Thousand-year-old Beast Crystal Stone?"
"Hmm?"
Upon hearing this, both Dolmont and Wusentan’s eyes lit up, turning to look at Su Chen.
Su Chen didn’t seem surprised, after all, as a famous auction house nationwide, they were proficient in gathering such information.
"Miss Nanding, are you interested in this Beast Crystal Stone?"
He smiled faintly.
Nanding Ge’Er shook her head, smiling, "No, it’s just that the Divine Concealnt Hall is full of strong people, and this thousand-year-old Beast Crystal Stone doesn’t seem to be of much benefit to them. So, why not suggest auctioning it, you might fetch a good price."
Surely a business mind, she actually got the idea of making profit out of his possession. In this way, wouldn’t your Nanding Auction House earn a hefty profit. Su Chen sighed inwardly, "Actually, that’s exactly my purpose for this trip, or I wouldn’t have co specifically to the Nanding Auction House. And the Beast Crystal Stone, I’ve already given it for staff appraisal."
"Oh, so you ca to auction sothing and fooled , saying you wanted to et old friends?"
Dolmont was quite dissatisfied.
Su Chen snorted with laughter, feigning indifference, "Can’t a get-together involve so other matters? Besides, I’m not like soone who’s laid back on a chair, unmoving since entering."
Dolmont gritted his teeth, snorted to himself, and said nothing more. Wusentan, however, looked at the suggestion-making Nanding Ge’Er, a glint of thought in his eyes.
Nanding Ge’Er seed oblivious, offering a gentle smile, "I wish the lord a good price at the auction."
"Thank you for your kind words, hehe."
Su Chen laughed quite happily.
Just then, the door to the VIP room was knocked again. Nanding Ge’Er smiled and said, "That should be my father."
With that, she turned to open the door, but upon opening it, it was a staff mber in Nanding Auction House uniform, "Miss, there’s another person downstairs to auction sothing, but our auction has already started, what do you think we should do..."
Nanding Ge’Er was slightly stunned, only to hear the staff mber point outside the VIP room window, saying, "It’s the two standing at the entrance of the auction house, a man and a woman, we haven’t seen them here before."
Nanding Ge’Er took a few steps forward, looking downstairs, only to see a man and a woman standing at the entrance of the auction house. Although their appearances weren’t clear, so outlines could be discerned.
They were not particularly well-dressed individuals.
Had it been soone else, they might have been impatient and directly ignored the auctioning request of these two. But who was Nanding Ge’Er, the businesswoman who single-handedly made the Nanding Auction House’s na resound throughout the Golden Wind Empire, she wouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Moreover, the auction business itself involves a mix of various industries and people. Perhaps those bidding were powerful, but those auctioning might not be.
At this point, she apologetically turned to the three and said, "Gentlen, I apologize, Nanding Ge’Er has to go downstairs and attend to this. I’ll co up to apologize again once my father arrives."
"Go on, go on, it’s no big deal."
Su Chen waved his hand, secretly wishing she’d hurry and leave. He was a bit overwheld by won with high communication skills and business acun like her.
After she left, Dolmont chuckled, looking maliciously at Su Chen, "I didn’t expect you to beco smarter this ti. You know how to turn those useless things into cash."
"What useless things, speaking to an outsider of Beast Cultivation like you, it’s really like playing music to a cow."
With that one sentence, Su Chen thoroughly stifled Dolmont....
Looking at the grand and imposing auction house before him, Su Chen felt a bit overwheld.
He seed to be encompassed by a sea of people, that warm and bright feeling completely enveloping him. Particularly, the apparent busyness yet ticulous atmosphere left him with much admiration.
