"Master Zhitong is here."

Daoist Li shouted loudly.

Lord Nichang stood outside the tent alongside True Immortal Xuanding, watching as the people from Leiyin Temple approached closer.

"Primordial Monarch, Master Xuanding," Zhitong stood on the Golden Lotus, hands clasped together, "I am delighted to see old friends safe and sound."

Hearing this, the anger in Lord Nichang’s heart dissipated quite a bit.

The Four Sects fought incessantly, but in the end, Dao Fruits were difficult to kill.

So it was rare for it to be a fight to the death.

She and Zhitong, though at odds, were still old acquaintances.

Thinking of this, she couldn’t help but glance at Xuanding, knowing that this person was not very concerned about the affairs of the Sea Domain, perhaps for this reason — what is the Sea Domain, what are trade routes, but trivial matters?

"Were you two in a hurry to summon because there was trouble with the Tianhe Sect?" Monk Zhitong flew in front of the three and asked directly.

Lord Nichang glanced at Xuanding.

True Immortal Xuanding said nothing, simply gesturing with his hand for everyone to enter the tent for detailed discussion.

The other disciples tactfully walked away, leaving only the Four Dao Fruits including Lord Nichang in the tent, and the atmosphere was no longer as harmonious as before.

True Immortal Xuanding still said nothing.

But Daoist Li opened his mouth: "Master Zhitong, I’ve heard that your Leiyin Temple had so conflicts with the Jiushan Sect?"

Monk Zhitong raised his long eyebrows, looking at the three, seeming sowhat surprised.

"To let the Master know, the ship of the Jiushan Sect is carrying items belonging to the Supre Dao and the Turquoise Pool." Daoist Li spoke bluntly, as if not noticing his expression, "Is Leiyin Temple trying to provoke the Supre Dao and the Turquoise Pool?"

At this, Daoist Li’s eyes slightly bulged, and the tent was filled with a chilling air.

Monk Zhitong shifted his gaze from Daoist Li to Lord Nichang and True Immortal Xuanding.

Lord Nichang’s face was frosty, staring at him directly.

True Immortal Xuanding closed his eyes, saying nothing, but his aura seed subtly aligned with Daoist Li.

Monk Zhitong suddenly laughed, full of compassion, and instead asked, "Who did you hear say our temple holds a grudge against Master Zheng?"

"..."

"It must have been a misunderstanding; I encountered Master Zhang of the Jiushan Sect while chasing so Demon Sect disciples — rely a misunderstanding," Zhitong spoke with a hint of amusent, "Not really a conflict."

Daoist Li seed choked, speechless for a mont.

Then, Monk Zhitong continued: "As for you, Master Li, our temple has traveled thousands of miles to the Tianhe Sect, with the intention of working together to support Xuanwei."

"To be questioned upon arrival really chills my heart."

"Is it, then, a sin to hunt the Demon Sect?"

Seeing Daoist Li with his mouth open, unsure what to say, Lord Nichang coldly said: "I may not have the eloquence of the Master, but I can discern right from wrong in my heart."

"I will say only this: if there is any more misunderstanding, I will return to the Turquoise Pool to see where exactly these Demon Sect people are."

Zhitong smiled and said: "What small fry, no need to trouble you? Besides, there is not only Lord Nichang from the Turquoise Pool who can co."

"..."

Lord Nichang herself didn’t know what to say for a mont.

What Zhitong referred to was naturally that the Jile Heavenly Girl could also co to arrange the formation.

True Immortal Xuanding suddenly spoke:

"No one leaves."

Everyone was stunned, looking at him.

True Immortal Xuanding tossed a calculation stick, which shot through the tent door, flying straight into the sky.

The ground of the camp lit up with bright runes flowing beneath everyone’s feet.

The camp, spanning thousands of miles, seed to be covered by a Great Array.

"Entrance allowed, exit forbidden."

Zhitong’s face changed slightly, but he looked at the cold-faced Xuanding and remained silent.

Lord Nichang, having seen the Array Map before, knew that this Great Array was ant to monitor people going in and out, as a defense against the Nine Nether demon followers within the Tianhe Sect.

Unexpectedly, it was now used on them too.

She understood, this was Xuanding’s set boundary:

Whoever sabotages the attack on the Nine Nether becos the enemy.

As she walked out of the tent, Lord Nichang looked back from afar, a hint of helplessness in her gaze:

Xuanding’s conditions naturally restricted Monk Zhitong from bothering the Jiushan Sect again.

But it also indicated that Xuanding indeed held grievances against her.

After thinking this over, Lord Nichang took out the Comprehensive Records and sent a Spirit Letter to Zheng Fa, saying:

"True Immortal Xuanding and I have pressured Zhitong into agreeing not to leave the Tianhe Sect. Leiyin Temple, now in Xuanwei, at most has only one True Immortal left, to guard against the Demon Ancestor."

Zheng Fa, seemingly very busy, took a while to reply:

"Thank you, Lord Nichang."

"But from Zhitong’s deanor, I fear Leiyin Temple might still have so tricks up their sleeves."

"Are we agreed?"

Lord Nichang paused, looking at Zheng Fa’s reply, sowhat perplexed.

What does... agreed an?

...

Sea Domain, near a sea island of the West Continent.

This island has little Spiritual Energy, is small, uninhabited for years, so barren that not even fish co by.

But in a hidden cave on the island, a dozen people were concealed.

"Senior Brother, what’s the temple’s plan? How long must we wait?"

A burly monk asked in a booming voice.

"Two more days," the leading monk replied, "until the other brothers are ready, then we will act together."

"Why make such a fuss over dealing with the Jiushan Sect!"

"The Head Seat said, that Zheng Fa moves extrely fast; if we act alone, he can imdiately rush to aid," the leading monk whispered, "But if dozens of us strike simultaneously, he will be overwheld, and we can seize the chance to escape."

The dozen or so in the cave nodded lightly, and another monk asked: "Zheng Fa is so powerful, can we really escape?"

"We must act quickly, no lingering," the leading monk said again, "However fast Zheng Fa is, can he protect such a large Sea Domain?"
