It was foreseeable that as ti went on, his daily energy requirents would only increase.

After all, energy couldn’t be created out of thin air, the stronger his physical condition and the higher his power output, the more energy he would consu.

It was likely that in the future, he would spend more ti eating, and he would have to rely mainly on high-calorie foods.

For the mont, he had no good solution, and the only possible way out would be, as in the cultivation novels, to directly absorb energy from the air without consuming mundane food.

But that notion was sowhat fantastical and couldn’t be taken seriously.

When heading to the supermarket, Li Ang also called Catina to ask her to shoot so videos for him.

He had last updated his social dia with a video about his accident before joining the cycling team training. Having been back from the team for a few days, it was ti for another update, or his fans might really think he was done for.

Because he had been training intensively in [Riding], Li Ang didn’t drive but rode his road bike, not missing any opportunity to train.

When they first t, and before she even got close to him, Catina showed Li Ang her newly purchased cara.

She had been upset for a while after her equipnt had been swept away by a tornado—it was the result of a lot of work and frugality over ti.

Thankfully, as Li Ang’s following grew and his inco increased, so did her savings.

So, she spent a few thousand US Dollars to buy a more advanced photography setup.

It fulfilled one of her own wishes and provided Li Ang with an equipnt upgrade, killing two birds with one stone.

If it had been just for her own hobby, she definitely wouldn’t have spent so much on such expensive equipnt.

"Tut tut tut tut tut..."

Before the two could properly et, suddenly two n on a motorcycle weaved by between them.

Catina instinctively felt sothing was off and quickly shifted her cara closer to her chest, yet the motorcycle drew closer to her.

In just a brief encounter, Catina’s newly bought cara was snatched with expert skill by one of the riders.

The extra force she instinctively applied was futile against the powerful speed and swift technique, leaving only a bewildered Catina and the exhaust from the motorcycle behind.

This type of motorcycle gang robbery was quite common, mainly because it was so difficult to prevent and hard to apprehend the culprits. Objects like phones, bags, necklaces, earrings, and other valuables were their targets.

The only silver lining was that Catina had just taken the cara out of her bag and hadn’t hung its strap around her neck, otherwise the consequences would have been unimaginable.

The gang didn’t care whether you’d get hurt or not; sothing like earrings would typically tear open a hole in the lobe when yanked away.

Worse, there had been incidents where thieves snatched soone’s bag, and because the strap was around the victim’s body, they dragged the victim over a hundred ters, ultimately leading to death.

"Damn it, are these thieves targeting now?"

Li Ang also felt a surge of anonymous anger.

"Don’t worry, I’ll definitely get your stuff back,"

Without bothering to offer more comfort, Li Ang dropped a line and hurriedly mounted his road bike, giving chase to the motorcycle that hadn’t gotten too far away yet.

This act of a bike hijacking imdiately attracted the attention of many passersby. While they sympathized with the girl, they also didn’t quite understand why Li Ang would chase after them on a bicycle.

At that mont, Xiao Hei, sitting on the back of the motorcycle, was still looking back constantly, checking to see if anyone was catching up.

Soon, he noticed Li Ang, who was furiously swerving and accelerating.

At first, he mocked Li Ang’s strange movents while riding, yelling to his companion in front to take a look at the idiot behind who thought he could catch up on a bike.

But quickly, after such a delay, he realized that the "idiot" was getting closer to them.

He suddenly sensed sothing wrong and urged his companion in front to speed up.

"Damn! Speed the fuck up, he’s catching up on a bike. Did you not fuel up today, or did you jerk off too much last night and now your arms are too tired to rev the engine?"

"Shut your damn mouth, it’s obviously because you’ve eaten yourself too fat. I am accelerating, don’t you see we’re nearly hitting eighty now?"

As the motorcycle’s speed increased, the gap that Li Ang was closing suddenly stalled and even seed to grow.

This, of course, was within Li Ang’s expectations; he didn’t count on catching up to a motorcycle on just a bicycle.

Even so substandard motorcycles could easily hit speeds over a hundred if ridden recklessly enough.

Watching as the distance narrowed to just ten ters, Li Ang reached into his bosom and pulled out two darts.

"Swoosh!"

Aiming at the lower part of the tire, Li Ang threw the darts cleanly and neatly. Motorcycle tires were quite vulnerable at high speeds, especially with two passengers—the tire was imdiately punctured by his dart.

Had the first throw not hit or been effective, the other dart in Li Ang’s hand might have had to aim for the neck of the person in front.

Due to the blowout, although the motorcyclist struggled to control the bike and avoid a crash, the speed dropped dramatically, and soon Li Ang caught up from the side.

At that mont, with his mind racing, Li Ang chose not to launch a flying kick. After all, action and reaction are reciprocal; a strong kick could knock their motorcycle down, and his bicycle was also likely to flip.

"Fuck! Do you have a death wish? Move away, or I’ll send you to et God right now,"

In the face of Xiao Hei’s insults and threats, Li Ang calmly rode up beside them. With Xiao Hei reaching into his bosom, presumably to pull out sothing to threaten him with, Li Ang suddenly stretched out his hand and firmly squeezed the motorcycle’s front brake.

In an instant, the motorcycle, which was suddenly braked at the front wheel, lifted its rear wheel into the air at a speed of fifty to sixty kiloters per hour.

The bike, along with Xiao Hei riding it, began a three-hundred-and-sixty-degree rotation forward.

Both n, not wearing any protective gear, got to experience the feeling of falling from the air and then sliding on the road surface.
