Chapter 619: Chapter 384: Return to the “Organization
Netherworld, deep within the Ti Continent,
a desolate Gobi as far as the eye could see, the ground covered in oddly shaped dark grey boulders and gravel, with fierce winds blowing from all directions, issuing woeful howls near and far.
Above the wasteland, strange grayish-brown clouds floated in the sky. On closer inspection, the clouds were composed entirely of an odd type of spirit gold that resembled tin foil.
Above these clouds stood a vast complex of palaces stretching as far as the eye could see, this place was known as Tianjun City, the very location of the Heavenly Balance Sect’s gate.
In the center of Tianjun City, headed by the Golden Spear Ancestor, the Sect Leader, several Nascent Soul Supre Elders from within the sect sat cross-legged on jade seats, silently absorbing the overwhelming and formidable Thunder Power around them.
They were situated on a grand altar made entirely of white gold, which had a total of nine levels. At the very top, in the center of the ninth level, there was a massive white gold pillar that reached into the Cloud Sky.
Surrounding the altar, there were eight tallic columns thick enough for ten people to embrace, arranged in the pattern of the Nine Palaces Bagua, their surfaces covered in intensely shimring spirit light.
At this mont, a huge column of light descended from the heavens above to et the white gold giant pillar, appearing much like a pillar that propped up the sky, connecting heaven and earth.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Suddenly, thunderous roars akin to thunder erupted from inside the column of light, followed by huge arcs of electricity, thick as wrists, bursting from the surface of the white gold pillar.
With each explosive arc, the staggering Thunder Power contained within made all the Nascent Soul Cultivators present unable to help but be moved.
“Sect Leader Ancestor, just now, astonishing news ca from our insiders. It’s said that the Demon Suppressing Great Priest of the Heavenly Dao Sect has fallen. And he is rumored to have been killed by that Mo Xing Taoist who fled with the treasure,” said a white-robed man who quietly flew to the altar, then briskly walked to the Golden Spear Ancestor’s side and whispered.
“Hmm? Is the news reliable?” Golden Spear Ancestor suddenly opened his eyes, purple lightning flashing within them as he asked in a shocked tone.
“It should be accurate! Because the Heavenly Dao Sect’s Wanted Gold List has placed Mo Xing Taoist at the top, and the reward they offer is a staggering two Nascent Soul Pills.”
“Pass this ssage to the elders of the various peaks, tell them not to provoke that Mo Xing Taoist, and then…” Golden Spear Ancestor quickly regained his composure, issuing a series of orders that ca forth from his mouth.
At that ti, several of the Supre Elders around him ceased their cultivation, turning into streaks of tunneling light as they left the altar one after another,
Though their destinations were unclear, their purpose was evident.
…
In Hezhou, deep within the Wanyou Mountain Range, a place rarely visited by humans and shrouded in everlasting white mist, lay a mysterious spiritual realm.
An old man with disheveled hair, wild and unrestrained, was shaking a dull-grey turtle shell up and down, chanting strange and unintelligible divinations.
Several Golden Core Masters waited eagerly a few feet behind him, their eyes filled with fervent anticipation.
After a long while, the disheveled old man’s expression beca serious. He picked up six Ancient Treasure Coins from the ground and said gravely, “The divination shows great misfortune; the overzealous dragon regrets—too much is as bad as not enough. That Demon Star is not sothing you can inquire into. Give up!”
“Ancestor, that person is now carrying a heavy treasure capable of affecting the situation in our realm. To give up easily would simply benefit others.
Please, Ancestor, divine once more! If we are not strong enough, then let the Nascent Soul Ancestors of our sect make a move.”
“Hmph, a bunch of greedy, angry, and deluded fools, get out of here right now!”
It was only after the Asking Dao Sect’s Golden Core mbers had left in a panic that Servant Sky Ancestor muttered quietly to himself, “Damn, how co that kid has such great Cause and Effect with him? Whoever provokes him, aren’t they just courting disaster for eight lifetis!”
…
At the extre south of the Ti Continent, amidst a range of imposing mountains that stretched for thousands of miles, covered in darkness,
a gigantic peak engulfed in rolling deathly black qi, with ghostly winds howling and countless lost souls wailing mournfully,
suddenly, a massive black Dragon Tornado rose from the peak, tearing through the Dead Sea.
“Good! Very good! Just seeing the Heavenly Dao Sect take a hit makes so damn happy,” bellowed a tall figure in the Bone Palace atop the peak, enshrouded in black qi, laughing loudly.
Below his throne, several figures also cloaked in swirling black qi stood.
“Wuyan, pass the order! Issue a Heavenly Level warrant and capture Mo Xing Taoist at all costs. Also, if we can subdue him and make him join our Black Sky Sect, there will be a great reward from !”
As the only Divinity Transformation True Monarch of the Black Sky Sect, Dead Sea Old Wretch casually gave an order that the entire Black Sky Sect took as a commandnt.
“Rest assured, supre one! The Black Sun Trio set out yesterday. That Mo Xing Taoist won’t stand a chance,” said a person whose face surged with black qi, his voice was as ancient and confident as ti itself.
…
At the sa ti, Mystic Sky Sect, Earth Mother Sect, Heavenly Rebel Alliance, Knowledge Pavilion, and other top powers also received the news.
After finding out, the rulers of these major powers imdiately arranged their response with the utmost speed.
As various orders continued to be issued, these large organizations began to mobilize.
Soon enough, so of the dium-sized forces in the Netherworld also noticed sothing unusual.
Although they were unaware of the specifics, the lavish bounty on Zhao Sheng’s head still shocked them. Thus, they too deployed disciples and mbers, going all out to search for Zhao Sheng’s whereabouts.
…
While nurous forces in the Netherworld were embarking on their respective actions to capture Zhao Sheng,
far from the River Continent, tens of thousands of miles into the Outer Sea, in a certain Ten Thousand Feet Sea Abyss.
At the pitch-black seabed, one could see an array of bizarre corals and strange grasses, countless luminous fish and sea bugs weaving through the vegetation in pursuit of prey, rendering the Undersea colorful and dazzling.
