Chapter 582: Searching for a way to Suppress the Black Spot Disease
Back at the Flying Sword Sect, Xuan Hao had visited the Alchemy hall as he burrowed several different spiritual herbs before finding an empty alchemy room inside the Alchemy Hall before taking out all the spiritual herbs he had just gathered.
"Hm… Now… What kind of dicinal potion would work to supress the black spots inside Song Jia's eyes…?" Glancing over the spiritual herbs he had just gathered, Xuan Hao closed his eyes as several different potion recipes appeared in his mind. All of which could be used to supress all kinds of different eye related diseases.
With the assistance of the alchemy knowledge, he had gained through the help of the system. Although most of the recipes he had could not be used to help supress the black spots inside Song Jia's eyes, they would still be able to help him get a better understanding over dicinal potions used to treat eye related diseases.
With ti, Xuan Hao felt certain that he would be able to co up with a dicinal potion that could cure the eye related disease Song Jia's was currently suffering from… The only problem with this, was the fact that he did not have a lot of ti!
According to what he had seen when investigating the slowly growing black spots hidden away inside Song Jia's eyes and how anxious Elder Song was about refining the demon be dicinal potion, Xuan Hao could easily guess that he would not have more than a few days' ti to complete a dicinal potion that could supress the black spots inside Song Jia's eyes from growing and endangering her life.

Not daring to waste a single second after having settled down and prepared what he needed inside the alchemy room, Xuan Hao began experinting with combining several different spiritual herbs together in an attempt to look for sothing that would work in supressing the black spots slowly growing inside Song Jia's eyes.
If things really ca down to it and he couldn't co up with sothing and Song Jia could not hold on until he found another way to supress the black spots that did not involve using a demonic dicinal potion, Xuan Hao would not hesitate to use a year of his own lifespan to make the demonic dicinal potion!
Even if it ended up damaging his foundation to so degree, it would not be too bad, and he should be able to recover after a few years. Maybe only a few months if he was lucky.
It would not be anywhere near as bad as what Elder Song's situation was after having done such a thing for over 10 years… Elder Song might not even be able to fully recover from the damage he had inflicted to his foundation after a hundred years of bitter cultivation!
At least, soul related spiritual herbs, pills and potions should be able to help him recover. The Purification Pill he had given him in the past that allowed him to reach the Nascent Soul Realm should also have helped him recover from most of the damage extracting his own lifespan had caused.
If not for the Purification Pill, Elder Song's situation might be far worse than it currently was and it was very likely that he would not have been able to survive his latest attempt at refining the demonic dicinal potion!
In the future, Xuan Hao really wanted to help him out in so way and allow the old man to recover from the damage he had inflicted upon himself…
Shaking his head as these thoughts drifted through his mind, Xuan Hao focused his attention back on the different spiritual herbs in front of him before using all his power as an Artisan Alchemist to co up with different novel dicinal potions that could be used to supress the black spots inside Song Jia's eyes.
Brewing more than one potion at the sa ti, Xuan Hao did his absolute best to go through as many different dicinal potions at once to find one that would work.

At the sa ti Xuan Hao was busy refining all sorts of different dicinal potions inside the Alchemy Hall of the Flying Sword Sect, Elder Song had begun recovering from the explosion he had caused inside his house while trying to refine the demonic dicinal potion for Song Jia.
"Haa… I never expected for the refinent to fail this ti around. Now I can only hope Elder Xuan is successful…" Looking around himself, Elder Song was still standing outside his now ruined house as he couldn't stop himself from worrying over whether or not Elder Xuan would be successful in making a potion that could supress the weird disease Song Jia was suffering from.
His worry was not for nothing, as Elder Song already understood just how weird the disease Song Jia was suffering from was… Not to ntion how hard it was to cure!
In the past, he had even managed to get an Artisan Alchemist specializing in dicinal pills to look at her, but he had only shaken his head and proclaid that he had no way to treat Song Jia.
Back then, Elder Song had felt helpless after hearing what the Artisan Alchemist had told him and had helplessly wandered around the border regions of the past Heavenly Sky Kingdom.
It was then that he chanced upon the demonic dicinal potion recipe, and it was through this he had found a way to supress the disease Song Jia was suffering from!
Unfortunately… The demonic dicinal potion could only supress the disease for 1 year at a ti and would have to be consud again the next year!
Even if he understood that he would not be able to continue using the demonic dicinal potion to supress Song Jia's disease, he was left with no other choice, as he refused to just let the young Song Jia die!
After watching her slowly grow up, Elder Song had ignored the slowly growing pain in his body after having extracted his own lifespan for such a long ti, as he had continued refining the demonic dicinal potion...
Of course, during all of this, he had looked for a way to cure Song Jia… But all of this had been to no avail, as after over 10 years, the demonic dicinal potion was still the only way to supress the weird yet deadly disease his dear granddaughter was suffering from…!

reach the Nascent Soul Realm and even helped recover so of the hidden injuries in my body with the Purification Pill… If anyone can help Song Jia in the Flying Sword Sect, it should be him!" Muttering this to himself as he cleaned up his mostly ruined house before any elder passing by saw it in its current state, Elder Song grew a little more assured.
After all, Xuan Hao was not only soone skilled in alchemy according to what he had heard from the elders of the Alchemy Hall, but he was also soone who had reached the Domain Lord Realm!
Elder Song personally didn't know a lot about the Domain Lord Realm and most of what he knew was from legends and tales spread among the mortals.
The ans of soone in the Domain Lord Realm was far superior to soone in the Nascent Soul Realm. In the eyes of most people located on the border region of the Sky Empire, Domain Lords could almost be regarded as legendary existences that only existed in legends!
Even if Elder Song didn't believe in most things that was said about Domain Lords, he was still unknowingly influenced by this general fog surrounding cultivators who had reached this mythical realm, as his faith in Xuan Hao finding a way to solve his little granddaughter's disease was amplified.

"Elder Song…? Is that you? What in the world happened for your house to end up like this?"
It was during this ti when Elder Song was cleaning up his ho that a voice sounded out from behind him. Catching the old man off guard, as he quickly turned around to face the owner of the voice with a surprised expression on his face.
"Sect Master!? What are you doing here!?"
Yes, the person who had suddenly showed up just outside Elder Song's ruined house was none other than Feng Chen, the sect master of the Flying Sword Sect!
"Actually, I ca to ask you about sothing regarding the deploynt of a group of elders… But from the looks of it, you are quite busy… What happened here? For you house to end up in such a situation…"
Hearing Feng Chen's question as he curiously looked over the state of Elder Song's house, Elder Song froze as he didn't know how to answer Feng Chen.
He could lie to him, but he doubted Feng Chen would be unable to see through his lie in such a situation…
Should I just tell him about the Song Jia's situation… After all, I did tell Elder Xuan about it already...
Not knowing what to do, Elder Song felt like he was caught between a rock and a hard place. Not knowing whether he should lie to Feng Chen about how his house had ended up in its current ruined state, or tell him the truth and possibly end up getting punished for using a demonic dicinal potion…
