Chapter 509: Prival Fire Ants vs Erald Demon Spiders!
"What kind of demon beast is chasing after us…?"
"Yes, I was wondering what got you all so scared. Especially given the fact that you are at the Peak of the Domain Lord Realm…"
Saying this, Xuan Hao could not help looking curiously at the man at the Peak of the Domain Lord Realm. Feeling even more curious about the demon beast that was chasing them.
Back at the mountain, he had not managed to catch a glimpse of the demon beasts rushing towards the mountain. Leaving before it showed up to avoid the trouble, that he now found himself in the middle of anyway.
All things considered; it had been completely useless to run a bit earlier. In the end, he was now sandwiched between the prival fire ants and the demon beasts chasing after the group of Domain Lords standing just next to him…
"It's not just a demon beast chasing after us… We… Happened to antagonize an erald demon spider nest. Quite similar to the prival fire ant nest that we now find ourselves inside of…"

Not knowing what to say after hearing what the man said, Xuan Hao could already imagine an endless tide of spiders coming towards them from the other side of the tunnel at any mont.
"In the end, we are stuck between a rock and a hard place… Hah…"
Muttering this to himself as he let out a sigh at the end, Xuan Hao could not help but lant over his current situation. From the looks of it, he would have no way out of fighting his way to the ancient teleportation formation deeper inside the underground cave network… Or, well… Prival fire ant nest…
Who in the world builds a teleportation formation in such a dangerous location in the first place!?
Cursing the people who had chosen such a location for a teleportation formation, Xuan Hao forgot that thousands, if not tens of thousands of years had likely passed since the construction of the teleportation formation and the ti when the prival fire ant nest appeared.
Bang!
Interrupting his train of thought, Xuan Hao could not help frowning upon noticing a giant green spider at the Nascent Soul Realm suddenly appear on the other side of the tunnel before rushing towards them.
Looks like the erald demon spiders showed up already.
Thinking this to himself Xuan Hao casually slashed his sword down in the direction of the erald demon spider before the other Domain Lords present had any ti to react to the appearance of the spider.
Swish~
A silver-coloured light instantly ford and flew past the group of Domain Lords before directly slashing the Nascent Soul Realm erald demon spider in half.
Screec-
Letting out what sounded like a painful screeching sound upon suddenly being slashed in half by the sword light. The spider's soul barely managed to stay alive for a little over a second after the death of the body before being consud by the silver-coloured sword light.
"Let's get out of here before more spiders show up, we can try to use the ants to distract them. Maybe we will be able to get a chance to escape during the chaos!"
Before Xuan Hao even said a single word following the death of the spider, the Peak Domain Lord seed to have cald down as he suggested this.
"Let's try that… We can try and hide behind so of the large rocks just outside the entrance and wait for the spiders and ants to clash with each other before trying to escape."
Even if the Peak Domain Lord had sowhat lost hope when it ca to getting out alive after discovering that he had entered a prival fire ant nest, he is clearly not one to give up without at least trying…
Thinking this to himself as he agreed with the idea, Xuan Hao and the five other Domain Lords soon snuck out of the tunnel entrance before hiding behind a few different smaller rocks located just next to the cave wall and only a few dozen ters away from the entrance to the tunnel.
During the entire process of sneaking out of the tunnel entrance, Xuan Hao made sure to keep an eye on both the prival fire ants and the human Domain Lords. After all, there was no way he could just trust a group of complete strangers. Especially given their current circumstances and the fact that they might try to use him as a distraction to escape themselves…
The reason why they were so friendly since eting, was likely due to the fact that the prival fire ants were located just next to them!
Rumble~
Keeping an eye on everyone, Xuan Hao could not help growing nervous as he watched the tunnel beginning to shake violently all of a sudden. Quietly deciding to move as far away as possible, while both the human Domain Lords and the prival fire ants had their attention focused on the tunnel that began shaking more and more violently with each passing second.
Screeeeeech!
Along with a rather annoying screeching sound, the first erald appeared. Instantly alerting prival fire ants, who remained silent for a short mont to examine the spider that had suddenly appeared inside their nest.
Screech!
Seemingly undeterred by the cave filled with prival fire ants, the erald demon spider charged forward and attacked the closest prival fire ants.
Given the fact that the erald demon spider that had appeared was at the First Stage of the Domain Lord Realm, the destruction brought upon by it attacking the outer edges of the sea of prival fire ants was instantly visible, as most of the prival fire ants located there was only at the Core Formation Realm.
Boom!
The attacks of the erald demon spider instantly killed thousands of prival fire ants. Followed by the fact that more and more erald demon spiders appeared from the tunnel entrance, the large sea of prival fire ants instantly began responding to the sudden attack by the erald spiders that had begun pouring into their nest.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Soon enough, both the erald demon spiders and the prival fire ants were engaged in a bloody battle.
Xuan Hao and the other human Domain Lords were watching this bloody scene happily, as none of them had been discovered yet.
Looking for an opening to charge through the battlefield and reach a tunnel leading towards the cave of the ancient teleportation formation, Xuan Hao kept his attention mainly focused on the Domain Lords present inside the cave.
Most of the prival fire ant and erald demon spider Domain Lords were already locked in battle, but for so reason. The stronger Domain Lords on both sides had not moved yet.
Because of this, the human Domain Lords had yet to act and were still waiting around looking for an opportunity just like him.
The battle continued like this for the next minute before one of the stronger prival fire ants suddenly moved. Instantly killing two of the erald demon spider's weaker Domain Lords.
BOOM!
Along with the move from the prival fire ant Domain Lord, the erald demon spider's stronger Domain Lords also joined the battle.
Not even a few seconds later, an opportunity appeared!
This is it!
Seeing a Peak Domain Lord erald demon spider and a Peak Domain Lord prival fire ant begin clashing with each other, Xuan Hao decided to take his chance and rush towards the tunnel entrance leading to the next cave.
Using the highest speed possible under the suppression in the prival jungle, Xuan Hao jumped on the head of a giant erald demon spider before using it as a steppingstone to jump across the battlefield in the direction of the tunnel leading to the next cave.
Bang!
Whoosh~
Along with jumping off the head of the erald demon spider, the sheer strength put into his legs instantly crushed the head of the unlucky erald demon spider that had been chosen to be used by him.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The erald demon spider was not alone in this unfortunate fate, as several other erald demon spiders and prival fire ants encountered the sa fate only a few seconds later. Having been used by Xuan Hao to traves through the chaotic battlefield without having to deal with anyone attacking him-

At least he would have liked for things to play out like that, but a few nearby prival fire ants at the Domain Lord Realm had almost instantly spotted him, as they launched several enormous balls of fire towards him while charging over. Not showing the slightest bit of care towards the prival fire ants that they would inevitably end up killing with their attacks.
Swish~
BOOM!
Narrowly dodging the attacks from the prival fire ant Domain Lords, Xuan Hao nimbly ran past them without fighting before continuing his charge towards the tunnel leading out of the now war-torn cave.
Much to the bewildernt of the prival fire ant Domain Lords, who had expected for him to fight with them…
