[Mangel Hader]

Mangel had grown much stronger than before, he had used his vengeance to grow stronger, and he did, until he reached the level of a lord, now he was training directly under the great mage who claid to have vanquished Cades, the one without a na.

Well, actually, many divine and holy mages had no na because they willingly sacrificed their selves and being for the god or goddess they serve, an act that Manug himself did however not intent to follow, one he did however intent to follow was their act of living for an unimaginable amount of ti, they live for over ten thousand years after all, prolonging their own natural live using transformative magic, so much so that the one he was currently learning from was abbou three hundred years old.

Another reason as to why they were even able to access the realm of the forsaken, the realm to which Cades was banished, the realm known as 'nowhere', a realm used to incarcerate or punish the worst offenders and deviants of the gods, or simply a realm for those unlucky enough to get stranded there.

In many a way Mangel felt sorry for him, but there was no way to undo it, no way for him to escape, after all, even divine beings and titans have been vanquished to there, beings capable of controlling an entire planet, and yes, he had studied up on the ranking system that was often used.

The ranking system that was used in the world of rescue and most of the worlds controlled by gods was the following, at least from what he had figured out from ancient text and boastful speeches from his new master, the naless mage.

First co the sequences, the first steps to the beginning, then cos the apex, a rank of falsehood and strength of no renown, strength that simply wounds oneself, then cos the rank of the lord, with the strength ever so slightly diminishing but all else growing, then cos the reader, also known as the transcribe, a rank he wasn't entirely sure about, but the na seed kind of self-explanatory.

He assud that it had sothing to do with reading sothing that the current him was unable to even imagine, perhaps this was the true first step to reaching the end of the journey, either way, after that there ca the scribe, or at least it was called as such, but it was often also referred to as the enchanting rank, a rank to make sothing do sothing, as such many a artifact ca from such a rank, at least many of the lesser holy items supposedly ca from this.

After that information beca more detailed and at the sa ti much less conclusive, mostly because this rank was often nad as the rank of terror, a rank of suffrage, a rank of pain, but it was also a rank that referred to a single species, a species that almost every ehetrian had heard of once, through stories, nightmares or even just lullabies, of a kurakkan.

Kurakkans were supposedly often mbers of this rank, of the rank of the formless, which made quite a lot of sense when one considered that there base form was that of a gooey sphere, sothing that had quite surprised Mangel when his master had first talked about them, referring to them as creations of the so-called 'Old Man', a being that was also known under many other nas but seed to be fairly terrifying.

Next there ca the rank of the titans, also known as the ranks of the enforcer, what it was enforcing he didn't know, but either way he knew that these were being sotis referred to as lesser gods and higher divine beings.

Ironically the rank after that was mostly known as divines, there was basically nothing known of this rank, except for so high holy being serving the gods, such as the so-called golden kurakkan and so others.

And from what he knew that was about it, and as such he soon stopped thinking about all of this and looked ahead, he looked at the seemingly small child that was currently sitting in front of him, in a kind of silver chain, with her yellow hair that had now turned more golden than anything else and her weirdly hawk-like eyes that seed to burn with energy like none other.

The child which he knew to actually be a twenty year old won permanently stuck like this due to unfortunate genes was smiling at hi after taking a sip of the dark blue liquid, a liquid he didn't even want to know of where it ca from, and as she smiled with her pearly white teeth that worked together quite well with her weirdly pale skin he felt a primal fear of her, a fear he could very well explain, a fear of inadequacy, and yet he knew her, he was there for quite a long ti, he had known her for three years now.

It was Nelia that was now smiling at him with her white teeth and hawk-like eyes of which she was so proud of after she ascended to the rank of a reading, a rank that he himself had no way to even understand yet, the rank that truly showed the beginning of the whole journey.

And as he stared at the srizing figure sitting confidently in the chair, her legs above one another while sitting in the lotus position, a position that must've been quite uncomfortable due to the way the chair with it's two tight sides had been made, she began talking in a slow but impressively powerful voice, a voice he had heard so much before, and a voice that he knew had probably killed countless monsters.

After all she had turned herself into work after what happened on ehetria, and she had grown a lot, in the end so even say that she abandoned her own species, but people didn't dare to say this to her face, after all, she was still of the reading rank and ridiculously rich to boot.

Either way she began to say sothing, and that sothing would indeed end the nice conversation they had been having until now.

"Cades is dead."

And as she said this she held up an artifact he knew quite well, an artifact made by a diviner known for telling if other people were well and alive, an artifact that no longer glowed as it had done before she arrived here, before she told him this.

Indeed, Cades was gone.
