“Fighting God isn’t a problem,” Su Wen said with a grin. “Beating him up is just part of a deal.”

The Star God glanced at the God of Theater, a hint of amusent flashing in his eyes.

Just as I thought!

It seems the God of Martial Arts really does have abilities that set him apart from the rest.

“In that case, we’ll have to beat up Fighting God!” the God of Theater declared. Since the deal involved beating up Fighting God in exchange for his own insights, he figured he’d better put in so serious effort.

After all, judging by the Wealth God’s tone, Fighting God was likely to cause trouble for him in the future.

Otherwise, why make such a deal?

Hmm… Beating him up in the past tiline would also serve as a way to vent so frustration for his future self.

“Beating Fighting God is no big deal. We can do it anyti we want,” the Star God said, shifting the topic. “Now, let’s talk about the issue with Dark God.”

He sighed softly. “From a broader perspective, and considering the interests of the human camp, I really don’t want to kill Dark God.

“After all, he’s a fate bearer with the character ‘God.’ His potential is limitless.

“In the wars to co, he could play a crucial role.

“But since we’ve decided to kill him, we need to make the most of it—maximize his usefulness while minimizing the fallout from his death.”

The God of Theater chid in, “Didn’t that girl, Xiaoying, say she can capture souls after killing soone? Let her handle it once she’s grown a bit more.”

“But Xiaoying…”

As he spoke, the God of Theater frowned.

“The God of Magic is here.”

“I felt it too—that overwhelming magical presence,” the Star God said with a slight nod. “Should we leave the spellbook with the God of Martial Arts here for now?”

The God of Theater shook his head. “No need. I know that old guy’s tricks.

“If we tell him his spellbook was taken by the Arrow Realm, he’ll find a way to deal with it.

“Let’s go!

“That old guy’s rushing over here because he probably heard about the Wealth God’s death.”

As soon as he finished speaking, the three of them stepped out of the Theater World and into the office area, waiting quietly for the God of Magic to arrive.

“Buzz!”

A spatial magic circle appeared, and out stepped the God of Magic, dressed in a white robe.

“Old theater master, I heard about the Wealth God…”

The God of Magic spoke anxiously, but halfway through his words, he suddenly sensed sothing and looked toward Su Wen’s location.

“Hmm?”

“You’re the newly awakened God of Martial Arts, right?”

The God of Theater replied bluntly, “Yeah, he’s the God of Martial Arts who just awakened yesterday.”

“Are you here for the Wealth God’s funeral?”

After glancing at the God of Theater for a mont, the God of Magic turned his gaze to Su Wen and then removed the white magic hat from his head.

“Yes, I just ca from the Fire Tree Clan when I heard about the Wealth God’s death.”

“So, I rushed over to see what exactly happened.”

“Sigh!”

“As your old saying goes, things don’t always go as planned!”

“The Wealth God had just awakened, and his incredible talent hadn’t even fully blood before he fell.”

“This isn’t just a loss for you; it’s a huge blow to all of human civilization.”

“…”

The God of Magic spoke gravely, but his wandering eyes made it clear he’d already pieced together the truth.

Even though Su Wen’s height, build, and voice changed after putting on the mask of the God of Martial Arts, the fact that he had the spellbook on him spoke volus.

Sure, it might’ve been a gift from the Wealth God before his death, but trying to sell that story to the God of Magic? That’s just insulting his intelligence.

Wasn’t the whole point of the Wealth God taking the spellbook to protect himself?

And yet, you turn around and hand it off to the God of Martial Arts, only for disaster to strike right after?

Hmm… Or was the spellbook given to him after he went to explore the Arrow Realm?

Does that even make sense?

“I’ve heard the gist of it.”

The God of Magic said after a mont of mourning, “The Wealth God fell in the Arrow Realm of Magic City No. 09. I still owe him a favor—do you need to shake things up in that Arrow Realm?”

The Star God shook his head. “No need. We’ll handle the Wealth God’s revenge.”

The God of Magic glanced at Su Wen and asked, “Anything you need from , then?”

Su Wen stayed silent, standing to the side.

The God of Magic’s expressions made it obvious he’d figured sothing out.

But even though he knew, he was still going through the motions of mourning the Wealth God, which suggested there was more to this than t the eye.

Maybe there were things he didn’t fully understand.

And in situations like that, it was better not to jump in with his own theories.

“Nothing from you, really. It’s just…”

Before the God of Theater could finish, his right hand shot forward and yanked out a thread-like strand of the power of rules.

In the next instant, the art of theater surged and swallowed the power of rules whole.

“You’re way too careless!”

The God of Theater snapped, “You’ve still got a ss to clean up! Rushing over here like this—if it weren’t for our long history, I’d have slapped you out of here.”

The God of Magic chuckled. “Well, I did bring you a snack, didn’t I? How’s it taste? After gobbling up that thread of the power of rules, feeling any stronger?”

The God of Theater closed his eyes, sensing the energy. “Not bad. It’s got the path of fire in it, so it’s probably the mark left on you by the Earth Deity of the Fire Tree Clan.”

The Star God raised his right hand, and the starlight around them shimred.

“The Starry Array can’t block the invasion of the power of rules right now.”

The God of Magic smirked. “Can’t block it now? So you’re saying it will be able to in the future?”

The power of rules is sothing only those at the Emperor Level can touch.

That’s also why those at the Emperor Level can crush others of the sa rank so easily.

But now, the Star God’s saying he wants the Starry Array to block the power of rules?

Doesn’t that an even celestial officers and Earth Deities won’t be able to divine or investigate anything about China anymore?

Is that even possible?

“Pretty much.”

The Star God said softly, “If I break through to the Emperor Level, I’ll have a better idea of how to make it work.”

The God of Magic’s mouth twitched. “Star God, fate bearers don’t lie. If you’re serious about this, once you pull it off, help us in Britain set up sothing similar.”

The Star God smiled. “Building a Starry Array isn’t the problem, but it’ll take a lot of rare treasures.”

The God of Magic thought for a mont. “No problem. If the God of Theater can support China’s Starry Array, I can handle Britain’s.”

The Star God nodded. “Alright, I’ll let you know when it’s ready.”

The God of Magic said, “……”

This isn’t just so vague idea, is it?

It sounds like they’ve already got sothing figured out!
