A few minutes later, the four were sitting around a table ready to eat when suddenly Orpheus's hand touched Lily's hand as he was picking a bread, she reacted, glaring at him.
''What?'' The confused Orpheus asked.
''Shut up or I'll kill you,'' Lily shouted, startling the others but Orpheus only chuckled in response.

While Orpheus's group was having an interesting breakfast thanks to an embarrassed Lily, in another ruin, Lilith and Snow were forced together by an unexpected turn of events glaring at each other.
The silence between them lasted for a mont.

Abruptly Snow's pupils dilated as at the exact mont she appeared before, who was twenty ters away. Lilith swung her sword; it took Snow a lot of effort to be able to deflect the attack with her sword; the sheer of the clash sent Snow flying.
From this clash, Snow could see how powerful Lilith had beco since their last clash. Both have been hiding their full strength, still, Lilith seed to have progressed.
Snow's brows pulled together when she sensed Lilith's sword shooting toward him, aiming for her neck. If she were late by a millisecond, she would have been beheaded.
She swiftly blocked the attack with her sword and deflected it, sending it back in a certain direction.
Snow felt that it was too tiring to regain the initiative after Lilith took it. She imdiately spread her senses to detect all attacks.
*Clang! Clang! Clang! Clang!*
tal clanging sounds continuously resounded. The shockwaves spread in the air as Lilith's sword fiercely clashed with Snow's sword.
She didn't try blocking Lilith's attacks directly as it would be too difficult. Instead, she deflected her attacks toward the empty air by skillfully using her sword.
No matter which position she moved or the direction from which she attacked him, she was still able to deflect her attack as if it was nothing.
Snow realized that she could only sense Lilith or her weapon only when it was in a range near her, giving the wolf girl only a short window to react.
Lilith finally stopped striking at Snow as it wasn't much effective. Her eyes glinted as she vigorously swung her sword not at Snow but simply in the air.
Five beams made of blood shot out from her weapon as those beams stord towards Snow at breakneck speed.
For the second ti, Snow's brows pulled together, seeing those blood beams shooting toward her out of nowhere.
Ice crackled around her body as she swiftly moved her sword coated in a cold aura to deflect all five blood beams.
''Tch! Tch! Tch! Tch! Tch!''
'So fast!' Lilith couldn't help but raise an eyebrow and was surprised at how fast Snow's movents were as she knew best the speed at which her blood beams shot toward her.
''Phantom Steps!" Lilith announced as she flicked her sword as her body seed to execute so form of dance. Her body seed to have multiplied as she launched attacks on Snow whose eyes turned sharper and the surrounding temperature plumted, her speed suddenly increased and she t those attacks head-on.
Clangs! Clangs !!!
The girls t and exchanged dozens of sword moves in an instant.
Snow thought she had the ascendant over Lilith but the latter chuckled, while still clashing with Snow, she created another blood beam that shot at Snow who tried to freeze them all.
However,
*SLASH*
"Arghh…"
Snow was shocked when she felt two of the blood beams vanish before reappearing to ruthlessly slash her back, which sent her flying a few dozen ters. Even her powerful armor underneath her clothes was rendered useless. It got corroded, and the corrosive blood beams lacerated her skin.
Fla blazed across the sky turning into a big fireball before descending, aiming straight at Snow, who had not regained her balance.
Snow faced the incoming fireball, which was more like a fla snake than a normal fireball.
She snorted before she thrust the black longsword forward using her right arm; the latter bulged, seeming to have doubled before the ice snake burst out of the sword and shot at the incoming fla.
Siiiiiii!
Like a snake flicking its tongue, the fla snake resonated before both ice snakes clashed mid-air.
Crackle! Kaboom!
The clash resulted in a terrifying explosion,, this explosion sent shockwaves in all directions; the two had to firmly plant their feet on the ground to resist being sent flying.
"I guess it's ti I fought you for real," Snow said as she smiled. She then disappeared in a flash, and when she reappeared again, she was right before Lilith; she slashed at her with her sword, and the speed of the sword was deadly.
Lilith snorted, wanting to act like a darkness expert user; nothing could be more laughable as she was born with it.
Looking at the sword slashes that seed to cover her whole field of vision, Lilith moved her sword, then sothing astonishing happened the sword enlarged.
Clangs! Clangs! Clangs!
Lilith deflected the first volley before moving forward, then the sword shortened for her to be able to deflect the sword slashes.
Snow was shocked by what just happened; she couldn't believe what she was seeing. However, she knew now wasn't the ti; smiling, she jumped back. She then fiercely swept her sword in the air.
"Snow Vortex!"
An intense and bright vortex of snow escaped from her sword as it beca larger and moved toward the ground.
The ground ruptured and got shredded as the debris got sucked into the whirling tornado of snow. A huge pressure descended on Lilith and found it hard to move in the opposite direction while slowly getting pulled toward the vortex!
Even the air was not left alone and got ripped apart as if a sword was cutting through them. Because a bit of Sword Will was imbued in her attack, it was more powerful than it should be.
To make sure that Lilith couldn't escape from this snow vortex as the wolf girl prepared her next attack.
"Ahhh!"
With a loud bellow, Snow swung her sword again.
She sent another snow vortex behind Lilith to be surrounded by two snow vortexes, making it harder to escape.
Closing her eyes, Lilith opened them again as purple light flashed through them. She seed to have beco an interesting different person altogether.
Lowering her body little, dark sword slashes were sent in two tis, the first at the front while the second to the back.
Dark sword slashes clashed against the lightning vortex producing a shocking explosion that engulfed Lilith. From the explosion, Lilith was sent flying; no, when looked closely, she was riding on the explosion's montum to escape it.
Everything happened too fast, and by the ti Snow could react, Lilith was already behind her; her back was facing him; however, this didn't stop her from thrusting her sword in reverse with her two hands.
Swoosh!
The black and almost ethereal sword tore through the air and was about to tear through Snow's waist; half of his waist would be gone if this strike were to connect.
Snow's beast instinct flared up, and never like before she gained perfect control of his body, she waited until the last mont before moving her body to the opposite side with all her strength.
Although Snow didn't co out unscathed from Lilith's sword, she succeeded in minimizing the damage; she received a light injury; however, the injury seed to be eroding.
