Pablo was under extre stress.
He would have controlled his body if only Ted was standing in front of him, but right now Ted was holding Pablo's wrist and his body couldn't stand the touch of his sister's rapist.
All the soldiers and Fozier were looking at Pablo.
Draxus was also there and he had no idea what to do.
"I really feel like I have seen you before." Ted said the sa thing again. He was staring at Pablo's face and he was also noticing the violent trembling of his hands.
"You must have seen on a screen. I killed the Demon, rember?" Pablo spoke with difficulty.
He tried to make Ted let go of his right wrist but his left hand just wanted to choke the Abyssal Butcher to death.
"Hmm." Ted still didn't let go of Pablo's wrist.
'Let go. I can't find any strength.'
"Why are you trembling?" Fozier asked.
"I am having a reaction. My wrists are sensitive." Pablo cooked up a lie.
Everyone frowned.
Pablo couldn't co up with a better lie. Now everyone was a little suspicious.
"What kind of reaction? What are you talking about?" Ted asked.
Pablo bit his lips. 'Here goes nothing.'
He couldn't think of anything decent to let Ted leave his hand. He had to do sothing different.
Pablo wiggled his legs, dropped his gaze and in a shy manner, said :
"If you hold my wrist like that.. I will get hard."
Ted's brows shot up and he instantly left Pablo's wrist.
"Disgusting. Who made you a soldier if you find this exciting?" He shouted.
"Ted!" Fozier shouted. "Don't insult soone's soft points."
'Right. This guy is a Masochist.' Pablo rembered.
Cupid couldn't stop laughing after seeing Pablo acting like that.
Pablo ignored her and Ted bowed his head at Fozier.
Pablo trembled a little more but it was under control. Ted wasn't holding his hand anymore after all.
But Ted was still standing in front of Pablo.
"I can't get this feeling out of my mind. I have seen him before. You have to listen to , Marshal."
Pablo said nothing in refusal as it will only make more problems for him. Fozier should decide what to do.
"What do you want to do?" Fozier asked.
"He should do a lie detector test." Ted proposed.
Pablo flinched.
Fozier frowned. "Why? Are you suspecting him as the killer?"
"Yes. You can say that. I have seen this guy before and no, I am not talking about the Demon shit. I think he knows sothing we don't. It's just my intuition but my intuitions are never wrong, Marshal."
Pablo remained standing and he hoped that Fozier wouldn't accept Ted's remark.
And he also hoped Kony wouldn't co forward and recognise Pablo.
He had changed a lot since he took the body of the original kid of Seraphim but his facial features could still be recognized.
But Pablo's hopes never ca to life.
"Fine. We shall take the test." Fozier agreed.
'I should have copied Sera's Ego.'
Pablo's luck wasn't working all that well, it seed.
"Do you have any problem with that, Pablo?" Ted asked.
Pablo shook his head. "I don't."
Fozier smiled. "Then let's get this over with."
"Sure." Pablo affird.
'How will they test my lies though? If it is so kind of machine I will be safe. I can fool a lie detector even while sleeping.'
"Let's go then. To ground 3. We will do it on my ground. It won't take ti anyway."
Fozier started walking and so did his soldiers.
Pablo walked behind the soldiers but this ti Ted was walking on his left side.
Pablo showed no special reaction this ti as his body had cald down. Pablo had managed to explain the gravity of the situation he was in to his body.
No one said anything after that and soon, they all reached ground 3.
Draxus was tense as he had no clue how Pablo would deal with the lie detection test.
Fozier opened the gate and walked towards the middle of the ground.
Everyone followed him including Pablo.
He reached the center and turned around to face his soldiers.
"Pablo," He said. "Co here and sit down."
Pablo didn't make anyone wait and ca forward.
Then he sat crossed legged on the ground, with no tension on his face.
"Now, you co forward. We have to test his lies." Fozier called soone else among the soldiers.
Pablo looked there and one skinny soldier ca forward.
His body again twitched.
'If this guy also held my hand then I might really murder this ti.'
It was Kony. One more rapist.
He stood in front of Pablo and sat cross legged on the ground as well.
Between them Fozier was standing.
"Give your hand to Kony. We will ask you so questions and you have to answer them in yes or no. Got it?" Fozier explained.
"Yes. I already know such things though. That's what a lie detection test is all about." Pablo replied.
"Give your hands." Kony outstretched both his palms towards Pablo.
'Don't make a scene. If you do sothing you can forget about your revenge. I will die.'
Pablo talked so sense to his body and with a courageous heart, placed his palms on Kony's hands.
'Wait… if I am already touching him.'
Pablo thought of sothing.
'Use it.' He commanded.
[ You can't use Misis Malefica right now. ]
[ You already have two copied Egoes with you. ]
'Shit. I forgot.'
Pablo still had Whitey's and Jeffrey's Ego. It hasn't been twelve hours yet.
'If I could have copied his Ego, I would be safe in this test. Now I don't know how his Ego works to catch lies. I should have copied Sera's ego.'
Pablo underwent so various emotions in a second but he shook his head. He couldn't be distracted right now.
It was what it was. He had to deal with Kony as he was right now.
"I am ready, Marshal." Kony said.
Fozier nodded and looked at Ted.
"Ask your first question, Ted. And rember Pablo, only yes and no."
Pablo nodded.
Ted took a step forward and smiled.
He looked Pablo in the eye and asked :
"Have you killed Dilinger?"
