Alan Muller’s territory is located in the western part of Death Hills.
It’s a grand tallic fortress situated on the hills, looking like a stronghold fortress perched atop the peaks.
This is also why Alan is criticized, possibly for being a deceptive defector.
To anyone looking, it resembles a military outpost for Evil Dragon Castle.
However, the interior doesn’t appear as magnificent.
Upon arriving at the Underground City of Alan Territory, everywhere is filled with decadent sounds, and the air is thick with the mingling scent of blood and narcotics.
And in the alleyways beyond the reach of neon lights, there are many bedraggled addicts, like the living dead.
"Are these all from using Fulu particles?" Gao Xin, in disguise, appeared on the streets of Alan Territory’s Underground City with Wan Kai and others.
Wan Kai sneered: "Not all. After all, that stuff is expensive, with each gram costing a hundred points at the Silver Tower exchange."

"It’s fun, sure, but if a Glass Person ingests more than 0.5 grams at once, they will die instantly."
"Radiations are sowhat okay since, being chemically synthesized, Wolf Level Radiation’s immune system can degrade it."
Gao Xin was stunned: "Wolf Level can degrade it? Then why do these Radiations still look like the living dead?"
"Seems like the side effects are much worse than Fulu particles."
Wan Kai chuckled: "Because with this stuff, the stronger the immune system, the lesser the pleasure."
"So Radiations, once addicted, to bypass their immune system, would directly inject it into their brain with a needle..."
Gao Xin and Luo Yan were both horrified, injecting directly into the brain?
Just to bypass their own immune system? All at once?
"Are they fucking crazy?"
Luo Yan frowned: "Their bodies can withstand it, yet they recklessly harm themselves."
Gao Xin then looked towards his Fantasy Partner Mandala.
Mandala tilted his head: "BrainFlash? How co I don’t know of this?"
Gao Xin was puzzled, then asked Wan Kai: "Is this a new thing?"
Wan Kai blinked: "How could it be? It’s been out for a long ti, a culmination of chemical toxins from eight or nine years ago."
Gao Xin was curious, asking Mandala: "How could you not know about this? Didn’t Evil Dragon Castle introduce it long ago?"
Mandala scratched himself: "Ah? Did I forget?"
Gao Xin was stunned, how could Mandala forget sothing like this?
This was his Fantasy Partner; if he forgot, doesn’t it an he himself forgot?
No, that’s not right. Mandala’s mory ca from the Netherworld that he absorbed from.
Did the Great Saint Spirit forget too?
Gao Xin felt sothing was odd, but since Mandala didn’t know, he couldn’t help it. Maybe the rank was too high, and he only knew about Fulu particles and not BrainFlash?
He didn’t overthink it, just asked again: "Mandala, do you know the layout within Alan’s territory?"
Mandala grinned and said: "Of course I know, the eastern area is the base for the Three Kingdoms Nine Cities, you can think of it as a diplomatic building complex."
"The western area is the stronghold for various small to dium organizations."
"The entire southern region is for various businesses, entertainnt industries are everywhere, all under the jurisdiction of Alan’s own gang, which I rember is called the Mueller Gang, and he’s called Mueller King."
"There’s another layer below, which average people can’t reach, but I’m familiar, I go there often, I know the layout of the weapons warehouse, food storage, and generally the reserves prepared for war."
Gao Xin raised an eyebrow: "So, he’s really a deceptive defector?"
Mandala rolled his eyes: "I’ll just say one thing, a Hidden Dragon daring to betray Caesar? Still alive till now?"
Gao Xin thought it was true, other forces’ defectors, especially those from the Milan Order, as long as they didn’t commit major offenses, and simply wanted out, the Milan Order usually wouldn’t hunt them down.
After all, they were once brothers, as long as they’re not enemies, they part on good terms.
It’s not about ’leave and you die.’
So defections from the Milan Order are strictly speaking, ’retire and start anew.’
But it’s different over there with Caesar, a typical military dictatorship.
A Hidden Dragon doesn’t even qualify as a brother, still considered a subordinate; defecting from Caesar yet living so well, it’s pure nonsense.
He’s eyeing Bull King and the declaration of independence in Death Hills, wanting a share too, turning this place into a military outpost while selling ’BrainFlash’ and Fulu particles, among other products.
Gao Xin imdiately relayed this intelligence.
Wan Kai exclaid in surprise: "How do you know?"
Gao Xin smiled: "I’ve already sent a swarm of nano bees ahead of ti to recon the area."
Of course, he was bluffing; his nano bee swarm isn’t well-trained yet and can’t control over long distances, let alone cross the ten kiloters between the White King’s territory and Alan’s territory.
However, Wan Kai wasn’t aware; he only knew that in the golden ga, Gao Xin had a stroke of luck and obtained Themis’s nano bee swarm.
He presud that over these two months, Gao Xin had slowly scouted ahead and learned the warehouse locations in advance.
