Gao Xin cut to the chase, "I am number 6."
The Swamp Crocodile was startled, according to his recent allocation, Gao Xin would score another 4 points, yet he refused.
Gao Xin said gravely, "Hey, although you call brother, would you help if there were no benefits involved?"
"A 2-point player should not have more points than a 4-point player. Sure, the four of us together against two is a sure win, but how would we divide the kills?"
"Soone once said, ’It is not the scarcity that troubles, but the inequality.’
"If we can’t distribute interests steadily, our alliance doesn’t exist and cooperation is akin to playing with our lives."
The Swamp Crocodile admired this about Gao Xin, he never beat around the bush when talking about cooperation, he talked only of interests.
He said without hesitation, "Since you are number 6, then you simply don’t pair up with number 4, and that’s that."
"Let’s have 2, 3, 7, 8 beco the four middle-scoring players."
"Then pair up number 4 and number 5 to get 2 points each."
"So we’ll have three 2-point players, four 4-point players, along with numbers 4 and 5, plus you, we’ll be perfectly matched four against four!"
His eyes glinting, the Swamp Crocodile said, "Four against four, I fear no one. If Ling Sha is among numbers 4 and 5, that would be even more perfect."
"Our combination is bound to easily defeat the four middle-scoring players."
"However, if you’re not participating in the divide, how are the three of us going to split the heads of the four people?"
Gao Xin replied, "My share can be given to the Black Knight! Bring him in and we’ll have five against four!"
"This way, even if Ling Sha is on the other side, we won’t be at a disadvantage."
The Swamp Crocodile clapped his hands and laughed, "Exactly, that’s what we’ll do!"
"Now, the key is to find numbers 4 and 5!"
"Could number 5 be Ling Sha? No, there’s a very high chance that Ling Sha would create chaos for the Black Knight, regardless of her own number."
Gao Xin chuckled, "No, there’s a very high probability that Ling Sha is number 5."

The Swamp Crocodile was dumbfounded, What? You all completed ssaging?
"I... I am number 9..."

Whoever takes 4 points will die!
This all started because the Black Knight revealed his number first.
Only because of this, Gao Xin was able to imdiately call out the Black Knight’s pair number, targeting him.
This then allowed Gao Xin to ensure the Black Knight dare not pair up, and later talk to the real number 9 and even number 5 about cooperation.
Leveraging class interests, he convinced number 9 not to pair up with the Black Knight, forming an alliance between low and high scorers.
Having achieved that, it would then be an easy task to add number 5 to the alliance.
As such, Gao Xin, the player with 22 points, remained as unshakeable as ever, at least in this second round.
"So let’s hurry and talk to Ling Sha."
"Right, there’s another risk; the Black Knight is number 1. What if he randomly finds soone to pair up with?"
In response to the Swamp Crocodile’s question,
Gao Xin laughed, "The Black Knight, though he hasn’t grasped his own class, is still on the first level."
"But at least he can see the optimal solution for the first level... that is to stall!"
"With four claiming to be number 9, he can simply wait until the very last mont, and those who lied will naturally start distancing from him, seeking others."
"In the end, who ends up alone will be the real number 9."
Swamp Crocodile laughed heartily, "Then if we all stay away from him in the end, he will pair with an AI, and once again... explode!"
