Creed stood in front of the full-length mirror, dressed in a simple yet elegant cream-colored suit with a crisp blue tie.

He turned slightly, checking his reflection from different angles, shalessly admiring his own handsoness.

His golden hair was neatly styled, his sharp jawline was as perfect as ever, and the suit fit him flawlessly. He smirked at himself. "Damn, I clean up well."

Then, as if catching himself getting too cocky, he sighed dramatically and shook his head. "Still, compared to Lilith and Tierra, I’m basically just... average."

And that was no exaggeration.

Since he had decided long ago to treat his summons like family, it didn’t feel right to attend such a prestigious event without them looking their best.

So earlier that day, they had made a stop at one of the finest luxury boutiques in the Azure Sky Bastion.

Creed had personally picked out several stunning dresses for them, sparing no expense.

Lilith had chosen a deep purple gown that hugged her voluptuous, curvy figure in all the right places.

The silky material shimred faintly under the light, complenting her long, flowing purple hair and srizing violet eyes.

She looked enticing, seductive, like a queen who could make n willingly kneel before her with a single glance.

Tierra, on the other hand, had picked a silver-grey dress, far more reserved but equally breathtaking.

Unlike Lilith’s bold, sultry beauty, Tierra’s charm lay in her pure, flawless aura. The silver-grey fabric cascaded elegantly down her body, its subtle glow matching her silver-grey hair and soft grey eyes.

She looked almost untouchable, like a celestial being who had descended from the heavens.

Creed still wasn’t sure how he had ended up traveling with two literal goddesses, but he wasn’t about to complain.

With everything set, he adjusted his tie one last ti, turned to his two summons, and grinned. "Alright, ladies. Let’s go make so rich people cry."

By the ti they arrived at the Azure Auction House, the entire building was already bustling with high-class guests.

The place was filled with aristocrats, wealthy rchants, powerful awakened, and influential figures—all here for the chance to acquire rare treasures.

The massive blue skyscraper, which had looked hardly impressive during yesterday’s visit, now radiated an entirely different level of energy.

Guards in sleek black uniforms stood at attention, carefully scanning every guest who entered.

Servants in elegant attire moved gracefully through the crowd, offering drinks and guiding guests to their seats. The entire event oozed wealth and prestige.

As Creed calmly walked inside with Lilith and Tierra at his sides, he noticed how multiple gazes imdiately shifted in their direction.

It wasn’t just because of him—though he knew he wasn’t exactly ugly—but because of his two summons.

A few n nearly choked on their drinks, while so noble ladies subtly nudged their husbands, silently warning them not to stare too much.

Creed could even hear so whispers—

"Who is that?"

"Look at those won... their beauty is unnatural."

"He must be soone important to have companions like that..."

Creed just smirked to himself. Let them wonder.

Approaching the front desk, he casually pulled out his sleek black invitation card and handed it to a well-dressed clerk.

The mont the clerk saw the card, his entire deanor shifted. He bowed slightly in respect and gestured for an assistant to lead them inside.

"This way, honored guest," the assistant said smoothly, guiding them through a series of elegant corridors.

As they walked, Creed couldn’t help but notice that each higher floor seed to be reserved for more influential figures.

The first floor was packed with regular bidders, the second floor had more private rooms, and the third floor and above seed to be reserved for VIPs of extre importance.

Creed silently wondered what floor Layla and Amara would be in. Probably the third or fourth, considering their family’s status.

After a short walk, the assistant stopped before an elegant private booth on the second floor and opened the door.

The room was well-furnished, with luxurious seating and a large glass window overlooking the grand auction hall below.

A sleek digital console sat on the side, allowing guests to place bids privately without needing to shout.

The room even had a small order panel where guests could request food and drinks while they waited.

Creed sank into the comfortable chair, stretching his arms. "Not bad. Not bad at all."

Lilith, looking entirely at ho in such an elegant setting, took a seat beside him, while Tierra gracefully settled on the other side.

Both of them looked like royalty—as if they belonged in a place like this far more than Creed did.

Feeling a bit indulgent, Creed casually pressed the order button and selected steak for all three of them.

If he was going to enjoy an expensive auction, he might as well do it while eating so of the best food this place had to offer.

As they waited, the sound of chatter from the auction hall below grew louder, and soon, the grand event finally began.

A stunning voluptuous woman with flowing crimson hair stepped onto the stage, wearing a form-fitting dress that accentuated her curves.

Her sultry smile and graceful presence imdiately commanded the attention of every guest in the hall.

"Ladies and gentlen," her silky voice echoed through the room, "welco to the Azure Auction Event! We have a thrilling lineup of rare treasures for you tonight, so I hope you all ca prepared to spend generously!"

A ripple of laughter and excitent ran through the crowd.

Creed leaned forward slightly, feeling the thrill build up. He had only been to auctions once before in his past life, but this one felt different.

The sheer wealth and prestige of a Tier 3 Bastion ant that the items here would be leagues above anything he had seen before.

A team of uniford workers slowly wheeled in the first item, carefully placing it on the display stand.

A stunning pair of green boots shimred under the bright lights, their intricate golden embroidery making them look both regal and battle-ready.

Creed raised an eyebrow, impressed by the craftsmanship.

The auctioneer smiled as she gestured to the boots.

"Our first item of the night—Sky Boots! A Peak Basic Stage Artifact, these boots allow the wearer to walk on air for brief periods, providing excellent mobility in combat or travel."

A low murmur of interest spread through the crowd.

The craftsmanship was impressive, the design was sleek, and the effect—walking on air—was undeniably useful.

At the Peak of the basic stage, it’s quality also wasn’t bad at all.

Every treasure was classified into stages, a system that determined how powerful an item was and whether it could dominate others in direct competition.

The weakest was the Basic Stage, followed by True Stage, then Special Stage—and after that, things beca a mystery, as anything beyond was too rare or simply unheard of.

A Basic Stage artifact like these Sky Boots was nothing to scoff at, though.

It roughly corresponded to the Bronze Level for Awakened, and in so cases, could even be useful for early-stage Silver Levels.

That ant these boots were powerful, capable of changing a person’s combat style entirely by granting them aerial mobility.

Soone who specialized in speed, assassination, or ranged attacks would find them invaluable.

Creed liked them. He really did.

But... was it worth spending his limited funds this early in the auction?

Absolutely not.

He wasn’t going to blow all his money on sothing that only half-suited him, only to later see an item perfect for his style and be too broke to afford it. No, he had to wait.

As expected, the bidding war for the Sky Boots escalated instantly.

From the private booths above, aggressive but anonymous bids flashed across the digital screen at the front of the room.

1.1 million! 1.2 million! 1.3 million!

The price shot up like a rocket, each bid coming in faster than the last, until finally...

SOLD for 1.5 million credits!

Creed blinked, stunned. "For a pair of boots?!"

He had barely recovered from the sticker shock when the next item was brought out.

The workers carefully rolled another table onto the stage, unveiling a black gourd that had a faint, mysterious glow.

The mont the cover was removed, a sweet yet earthy aroma filled the auction hall, making several bidders visibly lean forward in interest.

The beautiful auctioneer smiled, placing a delicate hand on the gourd. "Our next item, ladies and gentlen, is none other than the Sun Dew Sap."

A soft murmur of recognition and excitent rippled through the audience.

"This sap was harvested from a dying Sunwood Tree in a High-Level Rift. It is known for its remarkable ability to aid in achieving a state of enlightennt when consud.

"For any Awakened seeking breakthroughs in their power or deeper understanding of their intents and sources, this is an invaluable treasure."

Creed narrowed his eyes slightly.

For normal Awakened, enlightennt was incredibly rare—a state where the mind reached clarity, allowing a person to comprehend their path faster.

Many people struggled for years, never able to reach true enlightennt even once. Having sothing that increased the chances of entering that state was worth a fortune.

But for Creed?

He had Primordial Essence.

That ant he had guaranteed deep enlightennt whenever he wanted!

So while this was extrely valuable to others, to him, it was about as useful as flavored water.

The auctioneer smiled. "The starting bid is 1 million credits."

The mont she finished speaking—

1.2 million!

1.3 million!

1.5 million!

1.7 million!

The bidding war exploded instantly, bids firing off like machine gun rounds as wealthy Awakened threw their money at the chance to improve their comprehension.

So bidders were desperate, knowing that just one enlightennt could an a major breakthrough in their power.

Creed simply sat there, watching with mild amusent. "Must be nice to be that rich..."

Eventually, the Sun Dew Sap was sold for 1.9 million credits.

Creed exhaled slowly, still trying to process the absurdity of watching millions of credits be thrown around like spare change.

He had 3 million credits in total.

That ant if this madness continued, he wouldn’t even be able to buy a decent artifact.

His only hope was the Fragnts of Killing he was selling at the auction.

The next item was wheeled in—a bright red fruit sitting in a protective glass case.

The auctioneer’s eyes glead. "This, my esteed guests, is a Limit Breaker Fruit. It allows an Awakened to break past bottlenecks, up to Stage 5 of the Silver Level."

Creed had to admit—that was a rare find. Many Awakened got stuck at a particular stage for years because of their limits, and a fruit that could reduce the might of a tribulation was priceless.

It sold for 2.6 million credits.

Then ca the next item; a one-ti use offensive talisman that, when activated, could unleash a Gold Level Stage 1 attack.

This one?

It was snatched up for 4.3 million credits!

Creed’s eye twitched slightly.

He had barely recovered when the next item appeared; a True Grade Artifact Bow that automatically produced wind arrows when infused with energy.

Price? 4.6 million credits!

Creed sat there completely silent, watching as credits flew around like they were aningless numbers.

Then, slowly, he exhaled and placed a hand over his heart.

"...I’m so broke."

Lilith gave him a sympathetic pat on the back. "There, there."

Tierra, ever the quiet and wise one, simply sipped her tea, choosing to say nothing.

Creed took another deep breath. He wasn’t about to let his self-esteem shatter just yet. He still had hope.

Hope that the Fragnts of Killing he submitted to the auction would sell for an absurdly high price.

Because if they didn’t...

He was going to be very sad!
