In the CCTV room, behind the screen, Mokami was watching Sahar battle against five villains all by herself. He knew Sahar had sent him away because she felt the villains were near. And not any villain, but Ahd’s five lieutenants. They were a crazy and strong bunch. Luckily, over the years, Sahar had gathered enough information about them. That was how Mokami was able to create nets that could keep them in places.

As he watched Sahar dodge and counter-attack, two robots he left behind found their way in the maze of corridors of the museum, and located Nadia and Amina.

“Sahar needs you, right now!” Robots said and started to lead Sahar’s sidekicks to her. He knew Sahar was strong but still, she alone against five was anything but fair. Luckily, Nadia and Amina were fast on their feet, and reached Sahar quick enough to turn the tables against the villains. And when the battle was at its peak, Mokami warned Sahar with one of the robots and urged her to use the devices he lent her.

He

created a pair of specialized nets made of a tal alloy with a high lting point, which was resistant to both Farouk's Explosive Touch and Aysha's Crystalize Quirk. The net was woven with small gaps between each strand to allow for flexibility and movent while maintaining its strength.

The tal net was

designed with various additional features such as electrical currents to stun and immobilize the villains upon contact, and a magnetic field to trap them in place. He also added a layer of insulation to prevent the net from conducting heat, which allowed it to be used against Sahar's Heatwave Quirk as well, in case another villain appeared and Sahar was forced to use her Quirk near the net. That would prevent injury and kill of the apprehended villains.

Additionally, he added a system of ropes and cables to allow the net to be maneuvered remotely, which would enable her to trap the villains from a safe distance. The net was also designed with built-in chanisms for tightening and securing the trapped villains in place, making it more difficult for them to escape.

In short, the net was a versatile and effective tool for them to use against the various Quirks of the villains Sahar was up against. Now that the five were caught, the only villain they had to be vary of was Ahd himself, which hasn’t appeared yet.

As Mokami was searching the screens for a clue, a prompt alerted him.

“Sir, terrible things are happening back in Japan.” Nigel reported and in the next second, information flooded into Mokami’s mind.

“Fuck!” He cursed out loud as he started to filter them out. League and Stain attacked Bayen Pharmaceutical. Equity Headquarters was there, and they had been caught red handed. Momo, Nejire, Jiro and other heroes had been shown in bad light. League gained great prestige. Heroes are losing the trust of the public. Governnt will go to the drain. I-Island will survive this, there is no doubt about that.

Although it was a lot of information, due to the chip in his mind, it took re seconds for Mokami to process and analyze all that happened. He quickly designed several plans.

“Call Bakin.” He ordered and in the next call connected.

“Where the hell are you? The country is in shit.” Bakin said in panic.

“Calm down. Let’s profit from this.” Mokami said as he paced in the room.

“What the hell do you an? How can we profit from this?” Bakin was worried. All these events could lead to major civil war. Heroes and Governnt had truly lost their prestige.

“You will run for presidency.” Mokami said, as Bakin was about to cut him he added, “Listen to . There is no turning back from this. Now, I want you to gather the Bar Association, police and civil workers and investigate all the governnt officials. Use heroes to support your cause and bury Bayen with the Governnt while appeasing the public. I will support you, don't worry.

As the public starts to ease up, hold a press conference with heroes, police, firefighters, civil workers… Explain why heroes were there. Their job is to rush where the trouble is, not to protect evil corporations. They were alerted about a villain attack and they rushed in, but as it could be seen in the videos, they didn’t stop villains when they were protecting children.

You have two goal in this;

First, give as much autonomy to Heroes as you can.

Second, increase your prestige. Later you will run for presidency. I will work on the internet, you deal with real people.”

‘Fuck, if only I was in Japan, this opportunity is once in a lifeti and I am miles away. I hope my plan works.’

“Are you sure this is going to work?” Bakin asked with uncertainty. He knew Mokami was not as naive as he acted, and was smarter than he showed, but it was still way above what a high-school teen could handle.

“Do it. If we delay it, it will be too late.” Mokami urged and ended the call.

“Fuck! Fuck!” He shouted, “Nigel, control the internet and ghost-comnt under every post that heroes do what they were expected to do. Their purpose is to go to scenes of crisis and protect the innocent. Although they were there at Bayen, it didn’t an they were there to protect corrupt corporations. Sothing along these lines. Leak docunts 105 to 146 to League. No trace. After League uses them, leak docunts 36 to 43 to the press. ”

“As you wish, sir.” Nigel’s old voice said and disappeared. As Mokami was about to take a few more counter-asures, the device he left inside of the dagger lost connection, and he was pinged imdiately.

“Can’t you wait a little. I am trying to take over a country over here.” He huffed angrily as he looked at the screens. Dagger was removed from its showcase. It was The Chaleon no doubt. He looked at the other screen to see what Sahar and others were doing, and was taken aback of what he saw.

“What the hell is this shit?”
