“What’s wrong?” the rmaid asked Yi Tianyun.
“It’s nothing. I just think of sothing funny. But are you from rmaid Clan?” Yi Tianyun asked curiously.
“Yes, I am from rmaid Clan! People from my clan are very kind and often helped each other!” The rmaid smiled beautifully. Her long blue hair was swept beautifully by the water. Clearly, she was the flower of the sea.
“Lead the way! but don’t worry about . I won’t lose you no matter how fast you are.” Yi Tianyun said with a smile on his face.
“Are you sure? I don’t believe you! Your speed underwater should be slower than ours!” The rmaid said with a pout on her face.
“Trust . I can keep up!” Yi Tianyun said playfully.
“Well, let’s make a bet! If you can keep up with , I will treat you to a delicious al!” the rmaid said with eyes full of confidence.
“You’re on! Then the rules are yours to set. No matter how far it is, I won’t lose to you!” Yi Tianyun said confidently.
“It’s supposed to be around ten miles from here! You will lose if you’re apart ten feet or more from . How about that?” the rmaid asked challengingly.
“Ten miles? It’s that far? I thought it would just be a mile away! But you don’t have to mind that much. If it’s that far, I can possibly outswim you!” Yi Tianyun said playfully.
“Are you a powerful cultivator? I have heard that human was quite powerful. If you are really that powerful, I may be in trouble! But if you win, the delicious food is yours! I hope you are really able to keep up, now, let’s go!” the rmaid said with a smile on her face.
She imdiately turned around and started to swim like a bullet. The water didn’t seem to cause so much of a resistance as she swam. In the blink of an eye, the rmaid has swum a hundred feet away. No wonder she was so confident that she would co out on top!
Her cultivation was at the 5th Layer Core Condensation stage, but her swimming speed was far faster than that! Even then, she wasn’t serious just yet! Yi Tianyun knew that she was really fast at the very beginning of the race! Nonetheless, Yi Tianyun still kept up with her.

“I am quite fast! But I know that you are holding back. You know that I won’t fall behind in speed now, so why don’t we go a little bit faster?” Yi Tianyun said playfully.
“Well, you said it now! Don’t bla if you get lost out here! But rember, if you lose sight of , don’t move! I will co back for you!” the rmaid said while winking her eyes playfully before she sped off in a straight line.
This ti, she was far faster than before. Her speed was so fast that a Spirit Core cultivator would have a hard ti catching up to her. Again, Yi Tianyun knew why she was so confident before! It was clear that a normal human cultivator wouldn’t be able to catch up to her.
This ti, she didn’t look back as she kept getting faster and faster! She rushed out towards the distance without a care. It looks like that she really wanted to win!
“It’s over now, isn’t it? I swam too fast. I must’ve shaken him off for sure now!” the rmaid said to herself as she turned around to look for Yi Tianyun, but to her surprise, Yi Tianyun was right behind her!
“You’re pretty fast!” Yi Tianyun said casually.
“Wha.. how?” the rmaid asked confusedly. “How can you keep up with ? That is my ultimate speed! Even if you are Human Race’s expert, you shouldn’t be able to keep up with !” the rmaid said confusedly. But she knew that it was her loss!
“You are talking about an average expert, but I am not an average expert!” Yi Tianyun said casually. It was quite good to exercise like this once in a while as it would distract him from the problem in the future, but he was fine now as they could arrive at his target location quicker!
“Well, I lost for now!” the rmaid said in frustration. She didn’t expect Yi Tianyun would be so fast that he could easily keep up with her.
“Stop thinking about it! it wasn’t the end of the world, but is it the end of the trip now?” Yi Tianyun asked curiously.
“It is the end of the trip now. We would continue tomorrow. I have a place to stay around here for tonight!” the rmaid said with a pout on her face.
Yi Tianyun smiled. Since she was lost, she didn’t say much and quickly returned to her house. The next day, she quickly led Yi Tianyun to Scarlet Monster Clan’s area!
They were talking the entire way casually. He learned that the rmaid’s na was Lan Qingling. She used to live in the sea area near Devil Cloud Island, but because of Scarlet Monster Clan, she and her people had no choice but to change location.
Scarlet Monster Clan recently caught a lot of sea monsters or any other race that they could lay their hands on. And that was the biggest reason that Lan Qingling and her people tried to get away from Scarlet Monster Clan, as they didn’t want to be taken away!
