Chapter 94: Chapter 94: Banquet
The door to the vault opened and a tall and dashingly handso man with crimson vertical eyes, black hair and pale skin ca out, he was completely nude with abs and biceps. When he ca out, soone was already waiting for him outside. Behind this person was a headless corpse lying on the floor.
"Mhm? Who are you?" asked Rus.
"I’m Cedric. I’ve been waiting for you now."
"And why do you want to et with ?"
"I just wanted to ask you one question, what do you plan to do once we’ve reached our ho planet?"
"That will depend on the situation. If I’m treated the sa way Bling treated
then I’ll respond in the sa manner and if you treat
with respect, I’ll also treat you with respect, it’s that simple."
"I see, then I’d like to be your right hand man, I’m very hard working, capable and have connections in many places." said Cedric.
"You certainly know how to identify opportunities and grasp them firmly in your good, very good. You shall then be my first subordinate and my right hand man, if I’m satisfied with your work, I might even reward you handsoly so don’t slack off."
"Thank you Sir, I promise not to disappoint you."
"Good, now move aside. I still have unfinished with this bling guy who dares to torture
for nine years."
Cedric then moved aside and Rus walked past him, grabbed Bling’s headless corpse and his mouth morphed into sothing straight out of a horror film. His mouth grew abnormally big with jagged razor sharp teeth and devoured Bling in just a few bites.
"Delicious." said Rus before his appearance changed and looked similar to Bling, three eyes and red skin but Rus’s eyes were still crimson vertical pupils, even the third eye was the sa, so of his teeth were sharp and his deanour was that of soone at the very top of the food chain, like he was making a statent that him and others weren’t on the sa level.
"I’ve read all of Bling’s mories, you can go back and rest in the Ice Pod, you’ll officially start following
once we reach your planet, Aerth is its na right?"
"Yes Sir." replied Cedric before leaving.
"How interesting things have beco, much more interesting than that dead Earth I was stranded in. Next ti, I should set an alarm for how long I sleep."
...
Ti quickly passed and the spaceship finally reached its destination. Rus stood on the window and looked at the countless planets separated by walls.
As for how walls could be built in space, Rus also thought it was impossible yet the evidence was right in front of him. Even after he’d read through Bling’s mories, he’d thought that it was just an illusion but he was proven wrong.
There were a total of four walls and the closer to the core, the bigger the planets. At the core area was a very massive planet, so massive that the other planets revolved around it. This planet also acted like a Sun, providing both heat and light to the other planets.
Outside the first wall was the small planets that held very little value, this area was called the Slums where planets that were ordinary stayed, on the other side of the wall was the Commoners region and over the Commoners wall was the Officials region and over their Officials wall was the Nobles region and on the other side of that was the Royalty region.
The Slums was ranked as a Tier 0 Civilisation hub, the Commoners was a Tier 1 Civilisation hub, the Officials was a Tier 2 Civilisation hub, the Nobles was a Tier 3 Civilisation hub and the Royalty was a Tier 4 Civilisation.
Tier 0 Civilisation hub was for ordinary people, Tier 1 Civilisation hub was for Superhuman people, Tier 2 Civilisation hub was for Planetary Beings, Tier 3 Civilisation hub was for Star Lords, Tier 4 was for Star Monarchs (Nebula beings).
Of course, not all races rely on their strength to be ranked in these Tiers, so races rely on their technological weapons of mass destruction to receive their rankings like the Red Humans who were extrely talented in technology and weapons but personal strength was still the most important.
And when Bling said he was from the Taurus planet, he was actually lying. This colossal planet was called Aerth and had twelve continents and tens of thousands of moons which were then given the sa nas as the continents depending on their area.
The twelve continents were nad after the twelve Zodiac Stars. The Red Humans lived on one of the Aerth’s moon sharing the Taurus na. Tier 3 and 4 Civilisations were subdivided into five grades, Low, Mid, High, Advanced and Perfect.
The spaceship wasn’t obstructed all the way till it reached the last border, the border into the Royalty area. Rus had already woken everyone up and discussed cooperation with them so when they were stopped, Cedric and Juliet took care of things and smoothly entered the Royalty area and flew towards their ho planet/moon.
All the moons were extrely big, a hundred tis bigger than the Sun. The spaceship moved to the military base where high ranking soldiers were already waiting for them and a big soldier army.
Captain Bling had sent a video recording of Rus after he transford to the military base just in case he didn’t make it and he didn’t. The door of the spaceship slowly opened and the crewmates walked out one after the other, the soldiers aid their energy guns at them. Once out of the spaceship, they knelt down with their arms in the air. After all the crewmates had gotten out of the spaceship, no other person ca out.
An old general was present at the base, he had a few wrinkles, so grey hair and a compote white beard.
[We’ve already received information about you, co out now or we’ll destroy the ship together with you!] shouted the general with an authoritative voice.
Step! Step! Step! Step! Step!
The sound of heavy steps resounded in every soldier’s ear, making the soldiers very nervous. Then a man appeared on the spaceship’s door wearing cool looking clothes that Captains usually wore when eting nobles of their country. The clothes even ca with a red cape. With his cold and crimson eyes, perfectly matching his clothes and skin, Rus looked more like a king than anything else.
The soldiers almost threw their weapons aside and knelt in front of Rus. Even the old general was moved by Rus and almost bowed to him, an act of highest respect among the Red Humans. Rus walked till he reached the ground and looked calmly at the old general.
"You wanted to see , here I am."
"..."
The old general was speechless. The handso Rus then walked towards him and patted his shoulder.
"Prepare a banquet and invite all the nobles, those who don’t show up will be executed with imdiate effect. Since when did descendants of Earth live on the moon, we’re planet beings, our rightful place is there and that’s where I’ll lead us!" said Rus and walked past him and entered the headquarters of the military.
"General! General!" shouted one of the soldiers.
"What...?" replied the old general, a bit absent minded.
"What are your orders?!"
"Retreat back to your hos and co back in the evening wearing your best dresses and suits! We’re holding a banquet here at the military base! Hahaha! How I’ve longed for this day!" hysterically laughed the general with glowing eyes.
"YES SIR!"
...
"Baron Ruby, you actually ca, how unexpected."
"Count Falvo, I actually didn’t want to co, you know how
and crowds don’t mix but with the military threatening to execute us, how could I not co? What I don’t believe is that the Grand Marshall actually approved the execution order." answered Ruby, a gorgeous Red Human with black circles around her eyes.
"Look, Earl Zubbo is also here, Marquess Silas, Duchess Dier is also here. Oh my goodness, Prince Charles is also here!"
"Forget about him, even the Crown Prin... Q-Queen Agnes is here! She’s actually here personally with her husband, King Heath!"
"Who the fuck prepared this banquet that even kings and queens have to attend? Or were they... also threatened by the military! Doesn’t this an that the army is revolting?! Who’s going to stop them?!"
"Ruby, say less before that foul mouth of yours leads us both into trouble. Let
fucking get away from you, I don’t even know why I was chatting with you, goodbye." Falvo then ran away. The reason why Ruby didn’t attend social events was because she had a big mouth and a loose tongue, saying whatever ca to mind without thinking about the consequences of her words.
Soon, the huge hall decorated luxuriously was filled with noble guests and all of them pretended to be enjoying themselves when in actual truth, they weren’t.
"Thank you all for making it to the banquet at such short notice. I’d now like to welco the person who organised this banquet, Rus."
