Chapter 35: Chapter 35: Anti-life Monarch
Lucius didn’t imdiately respond but cald himself down, allowing his cold temperant to take over.
"What do you an by Avatar?"

[As long as my Law is masked and you don’t reveal your identity as my Avatar, you should be fine for a while. But once your identity is discovered, you’ll be hunted down for as long as you live.] said the figure in a sombre tone.

[Although I said you’ll inherit my Law, it’s not a complete Law but a Law Fragnt that I managed to send away before I was completely sealed. It’s power has also weakened over the years and has dropped all the way down to the Principle level.] said the figure as his body started to shrink and change into what looked like a piece of glass, dark green in colour.
[Don’t resist. Allow the fragnt to fuse with your Soul.] a voice sounded from the fragnt. Lucius did as he was told and didn’t resist when the fragnt entered his forehead and disappeared into it. It then reappeared inside Lucius’s conscience where his Soul resided and began to fuse with his Soul.
When the fusion began, Lucius started to receive mories of the scarlet eyed being, at first, he could read through the mories of this person but as more ti passed, the mories slowly began to overwhelm Lucius’s Soul and soon, Lucius’s Soul was completely overwheld by the mories.
If anyone looked at Lucius’s Soul state, they’d be shocked to see that it was completely black and extrely unpure like it carried all the filth in the universe.
[Hahaha! It worked! I finally got the perfect body to possess! Hahaha, with this body, I can definitely go further. Once I devour my Original Body and Soul, my chances of obtaining Godhood will be close to 100% and then, I shall dominate the cosmos!]
’What’s going on? Hey, what have you done to my Soul! This wasn’t part of the deal, aren’t I your Avatar?!’

’Stop! You don’t know what’s goo...’ Lucius’s Soul was devoured before he could even finish speaking and with that, he was dead.

When Lucius opened his eyes, they were scarlet coloured and released a dangerous glint.
[Congratulations to the Cult Master for obtaining the perfect host and successful rebirth!] The ten people respectfully greeted Lucius who now looked like a vicious and cruel person.
"I’ll be in closed door training and no one is allowed to disturb . No matter if the sky falls or the ground cracks open, don’t disturb !" said Lucius coldly as he walked deeper into the underground cavern. His cave was dug very close to this world’s core and after he entered, the boulder closed behind him.

check this body’s internal structure.’ thought Anti-life Monarch as he checked his new body.
"Oh my goodness! So many Innate Abilities! Acid Saliva, Toxic Breath, Poison Blood, Piercing Gaze, Heavy and Boundless Aura, Unbreakable Will... this is probably a lie but the rest are true. What a harvest!" exclaid Anti-life.
CROAK!
"And you? Why didn’t you escape even after knowing that your master has perished, am I missing sothing? Maybe I should look through the boy’s mories even though it’s beneath soone of my stature." said Anti-life while holding Rainbow.
He then started to look through Lucius’s mories but nothing interesting was happening.
’If I continue like this, I’ll get bored before I even get to see sothing interesting. Let’s speed things up a little.’ he said inwardly as he increased the speed at which he looked through Lucius’s mories. It was like watching a fast rewinded movie.
While watching the mories, it suddenly beca dark and Anti-life imdiately stopped speed running the mories.
’What happened here?’ he thought as he waited for sothing to happen, he didn’t expect to wait for hours before sothing happened. The image that appeared after the darkness was of Lucius swimming in water before darkness descended again.
’What? Again!’
And just like that, a repetition of scenes where Lucius would be in water for a seconds before descended occurred over and over again. Seeing that the darkness didn’t represent anything interesting, he continued to rewind at an even faster speed because the sa thing kept happening.
’What the fuck is this?!’
Anti-life completely stopped looking through Lucius’s mories since it was only darkness. What he didn’t know was that it was exactly these darkness scenes that represented Lucius’s secret. Every darkness scene represented the ti Lucius would spend while dead.
’Forget it, let
just improve the Innate Talents that have affinity with my Law Fragnt.’
The Law Fragnt then broke into three pieces, two pieces were equal in size while the third piece was very small. The two bigger pieces assimilated with the saliva and breath while the smaller piece ssimilated with Lucius’s blood.
’With my current Toxic Breath, I can turn anyone of the sa level into the walking dead. As my strength improves, I’ll be able to create an army of the walking dead. That day shall mark the return of the Plague Monarch.’

Few hours later, Anti-life was ditating in peace inside his cave aboard when he suddenly opened his scarlet eyes.
’What happened? Why do I suddenly feel a sense of dread? Is there an outside threat? Has soone discovered that I’ve been reborn?’ Many questions appeared on Anti-life’s mind but with no answers to those questions.
Then sothing completely idealistic occurred, Lucius’s Soul which he had completely devoured started to grow from within his own Soul and it was growing stronger by the second. And it wasn’t just the Soul growing stronger by the second.
"IMPOSSIBLE! APOSSIBLE! I DEVOURED YOU! I KILLED YOU SO HOW ARE YOU STILL ALIVE?! YOUR BODY IS NOW MINE SO STA... YOUR PRINCIPLE... IS THE SA AS MINE BUT STRONGER... BUT THAT’S NOT POSSIBLE..."
’What’s impossible is you trying to possess my body. I did try to warn you but you didn’t want to listen. If you want to bla soone, bla yourself.’
"YOU... JUST WHAT ARE YOU?!"
