Posthouse
When Xie Zhinuan returned, she called Saini and Yin Suwen to the kitchen, where the three maids from the posthouse also ca over to help. Xie Zhinuan planned to make stead pork with rice flour, simr a pot of porridge, and prepare a few cold dishes to make do for the al.
She scooped a bowl of Spiritual Spring Water into the water tank, then started washing vegetables and cooking.
They say gentlen keep away from the kitchen. Li Hengyi was soone who never entered the kitchen. He was entertaining the three pets outside, tossing play balls that Yuanbao had sohow found, throwing them out, and the pets happily bringing them back.

Slling the aroma, he knew the water used for cooking today was different.
If he could tell, so could Li Hengyi.

When Xie Zhinuan ca out, she was holding a ripe, red tomato and offered it to Yuanbao, “Want so?”
“Yes, thank you, Miss Xie!” Yuanbao grinned and took the tomato.
Xie Zhinuan turned and went back to the kitchen to continue her work.
Holding the tomato and about to bite into it, Yuanbao suddenly felt the piercing gaze of an arrow on him, causing a cold sweat to break out along his spine.
He hurriedly looked up and saw Li Hengyi’s deep gaze on him.
Swallowing nervously, he cautiously approached and asked, “My lord, would you like a tomato?”
“Wasn’t it for you?” Li Hengyi said with a mocking tone.
“I don’t really like them!” Yuanbao said softly.
Li Hengyi held out his hand, “Bring water!”
Yuanbao imdiately fetched water for Li Hengyi to wash his hands and respectfully offered the tomato.
Li Hengyi took it and elegantly took a bite.
The tomato was ripe and juicy, sweet and delicious.
Li Hengyi ate it in small bites while the three pets watched him eagerly, also wanting a taste.
Li Hengyi laughed, “Yuanbao, go to the kitchen and check if there are more. If there are, bring out a few. If not, have soone buy them!”
“Yes!”
Yuanbao imdiately went to the kitchen and saw a basket of tomatoes in the corner, “Miss Xie, can we eat these tomatoes freely?”
Xie Zhinuan, stirring the porridge in the pot, said indifferently, “Leave a few for , the rest are up for grabs!”
