“Yes.” Cipolla nodded.
“Abandon Earth and sever all contact with Earth,” rilun instructed. “Within three days, Earth’s territory… is not to have a single Black Moon citizen.”
Cipolla was stunned. “Give up? Teacher, can I ask why?”
“Developing Earth’s civilization only involves trillions of cosmic dollars in wealth,” rilun said, “but if we continue developing it, it will attract Lunardo’s hostility.”
“Prince Lunardo?” Cipolla knew about Lunardo’s sightseeing trip to Earth.
“Does our Black Moon civilization need to care about Lunardo?” Cipolla whispered.

“What? Abandon completely? Everyone within Earth’s territory is to leave in three days?” Captain Ennor listened to the order in disbelief. “Grandpa, we’ve invested so much. To give up now…”
“This is an order from the top.” Cipolla said coldly, “Execute anyone who disobeys the order.”
Captain Ennor’s heart trembled. Order from the top?
“Yes! I’ll give the order imdiately,” Captain Ennor imdiately replied.
Cipolla nodded slightly at him before the projection dissipated.
Captain Ennor’s eyes turned fierce. The order cos less than half a day after Prince Lunardo’s departure! That foolish Xu Jingming offended Prince Lunardo and caused to give up years of investnt. Thankfully, I’ve earned quite a bit over the years. At the very least, it wasn’t a loss!
“Pass down my orders. The Black Moon civilization’s garrison and all the corporations in charge of extraction will evacuate in two days. Those who disobey the order will be imprisoned,” Captain Ennor ordered his subordinates.

Captain Ennor’s family had already suffered a huge loss from the ergency relocation, so he was naturally in a bad mood. Moreover, he was certain that he wouldn’t be interacting with Earth’s civilization in the future. Why would he play nice with Secretary General Angus?

People from the Black Moon civilization are withdrawing. Xu Jingming’s gaze landed on Mars in the distance. Demolitions are also happening on Mars with no regard to the costs.
There were many large bases built on Mars. They had many interconnected instrunts that could be moved or dismantled! They also packed up everything that could be taken away in a short period of ti.
He sure is fast. The Black Moon civilization began to withdraw the day Lunardo left, Xu Jingming thought to himself. Lunardo really doesn’t wait overnight when exacting revenge.

In just two days, the Black Moon civilization’s garrison and excavation personnel had all withdrawn from Earth.
