Drake listened in on the conversations between the students while he walked.
The Grand Mage Tournant was a very popular event in the empire similar to the Olympic gas for sports, only the Grand magic Tournant was for Mages competing.
It was truly a grand event because it was practically celebrated in the whole empire like a festival. And whoever won the tournant received not only great honor, but also a lot of prizes.
Who didn’t want to be crowned as the strongest mage among their peers.
Each class had candidates that would participate in the tournant with three different levels to the competitions.
Elentary Level for Elentary Class Mages which ans mages from 1 Star to 2 Star level, Elite Level for Elite Class Mages which ans mages at 3 Star level, and Master Level for the 4 Star Mages.
The Empyreans and Celestial Garden!
These two groups made up the core strength of the Elentary Mage Class of Alpha Academy. As for the other students, they were mainly considered as reserves on the bench for support. Although they did have so fa, it would be of no use in the Tournant.
This year’s Grand Mage Tournant would be filled with Elites. Relying purely on an individual’s strength wouldn’t get them far, aning that each Class needed to have the best students taking up the front line for them to excel.
Everyone discussed their opinions with fervor. As the chorus of voices debating and questioning rged with the relaxing music playing in the grand hall, it gave everyone a relaxed and enticing feeling. So people chose to indulge in higher-level business, while others chose to just enjoy the unique atmosphere.
Many old and new students of Alpha Academy could be seen in all around the gathering hall, easily recognizable by their typical tall and burly stature. Each and every one of them was dressed in formal attires, striding in a heroic fashion while speaking softly and elegantly. It looked as though everyone was mimicking each other, exuding the aura of an upper-class socialite.
Drake and his group were soon brought up to the door of a room with a light almost transparent curtain, with a cyan lighting. There were carvings of Dragons, Phoenixes, White Tigers, Black Turtles and all kinds of Divine beasts were engraved on and around the fra of the entrance.
And a stylish writing was inscribed at the top of the door. It read,

"Here we are!" The Wolf Brothers said then opened the curtains and stepped in.
The mont they moved the curtains, clouds of white smoke cascaded down and leaked out into the doorway from inside the room. There was a particular pleasant yet intoxicating sll that seed to cause all the muscles and the mind to relax coming from the smoke.
Drake recognized this sll, it was sothing he was very familiar with from his ti with Queen, and even with so of the gangs he had went up against when he was playing Vigilante as Paragon.
Drake stepped into the room fearlessly with long strides and the rest followed. The light curtain dropped and like a barrier, stopped the smoke from leaking out. The white clouds soon dissipated after a long ti.
Once they were inside this room, it was like they had stepped into a different dinsion entirely, it was like they had walked into an immortal realm with Auspicious Clouds and Spiritual energy flowing around.
Clouds hovered everywhere making the whole place look illusory, and images and sculptures depicting all kinds of beasts adorned the walls, it was as if this wasn’t the ho of a human, but the resting place of a Sacred Beast.
There were cushions and other furniture in this living room, and there were three people seated at a large C shaped sofa in the room with a table in the center. The two at the sides were a man and a woman.
The man on the left side looked like he was about twenty years old, he was bare chested wearing just a pair of shorts, he had long chestnut brown hair flowing down to his shoulders.
There was a scar across his face that made him look fierce even when he now had a serene look. He had his head thrown back over the backrest with his feet over the table. Several scars could be seen on his chest and long arms, it made one imagine how many fights he had been in that made him accumulate so many scars that even healers couldn’t vanquish.
On the right, a Purple haired dark skinned lady who also looked to be in her twenties with sensual curves and firm muscles wore only a Purple Bra and pants, she had a tattoo depicting a leaping jaguar on her belly down to her thigh. She lay there resting on the arm rest with a faint pressure being emitted from her body as she rested.
Drake looked at them both and felt his hair stand on end when he sensed the pressure coming off them, ’These two are very powerful.’ he thought.
’Eye Of Order!’
When the stars swirled in his eyes the data about these two was presented to him.

’What the fuck? 4 million Battle Power!’ Drake exclaid inwardly.
These two were both 4 Star Mages, and they were very powerful ones at that. This wasn’t the first ti Drake was seeing a 4 Star Mage.
Prince Kaizer of the Sullivan house had also been a 4 star Mage. However he had rely been a weak 4 Star Mage, with only 700,000 Battle Power. They were several tis stronger than him.
Initially he had looked down on 4 Star Mages, after he had taken down Prince Kaizer. But now, Drake finally knew just how scary Mages were after joining Alpha Academy.
In just the past few weeks, Drake had nearly died under three separate occasions.
The first ti was against Prince Kaizer, when he had first found out the reflection ability of the power of order. The second was last night against the Early stage Grade 3 Magic Beast Wind Wolf Alpha, and then there was the Peak Grade 3 Magic Beast Golden Crown Tyrant Black Hawk.
He understood that if he had already nearly died against a Grade 3 Magic Beast, then he had only just been lucky that first ti with Prince Kaizer.
Yet now there were two existences who were much more powerful than Prince Kaizer. Drake suddenly felt so pressure descend on him.
At this ti, the cloud of smoke that had been ford in the central position of the sofa swirled a bit then, Drake and his group watched as two red lights appeared within the smoke.
The clouds of smoke ford sothing that resembled a dragons head, the two red lights were placed in position of the dragons eyes exhaled and the White clouds of smoke surged out through its nose.
As the clouds spread the structure of the dragon also broke down and the figure of a large man was revealed, the red lights that were the mans eyes.
"Cool!"
Drake and the twins exclaid simultaneously.
"So that is what they ant by Auspicious Beasts!" Paul smiled in admiration.
"Damn it, why didn’t I think of sothing like this?"
"What are you two talking about?" Sylvia frowned, she didn’t like the intoxicating sll that lingered around the room, so she had a light wind around her blowing the clouds away.
Drake explained, "In the realm of immortals, Auspicious Beasts tend to dwell in places filled with dense amounts of Spiritual energy. And if the place they reside originally doesn’t have lots of Spiritual energy, it is ford over ti thanks to their presence.
The Clouds of Spiritual energy are ford when large amounts of spiritual energy and Karmic fortune converge in one place and condense."
"That doesn’t seem right, isn’t the whole immortal realm like that?" Sylvia interjected.
But Drake shook his head, "The immortal realm might be made out to always look like that but that isn’t true. Actually, the only places that this phenonon occurs naturally at are special places that have spiritual veins underground and places where Divine Spirit beasts dwell.
Spiritual veins naturally form and attract surrounding spiritual energy around them, so wherever there are spirit veins there will naturally be concentration of spiritual energy.
As for the rest of the immortal realm, it’s thanks to the auspicious beasts. Why else do you think its always the mountains and islands that have abundant spiritual energy most of the ti. It’s because they are usually the abodes of auspicious divine beasts. Humans can form spirit lands when they build spirit gathering formations, but it will never be the sa as the spirit land ford thanks to the presence of auspicious beasts."
By the ti Drake stopped talking, the rest of the group were nodding as though they had finally comprehended so mystery of the universe. The Wolff brothers had admiration in their eyes.
"They are the true source." Drake finally added, "The one that designed this place must have done it with the idea of honoring the magnificence of beasts in mind. Isn’t that right?"
"Haha, Yes indeed! Good, very good you are indeed a kindred spirit." At this ti the cloud of smoke that had been enshrouding the middle of the large sofa surged and parted, and the large burly figure of a dark skinned man was revealed.
The man grinned, "You can call Logan."
