Du Wei finished his steak with relish. He couldn’t help but want another serving. For him, one serving was never enough. He also worried that foreigners might think he couldn’t afford more if they saw him eat only one.

But the queue was very long.

"Boss, can I pay extra for another serving?" Du Wei asked Jiang Feng.

Jiang Feng imdiately replied, "No, sorry."

He refused decisively, yet politely.

Du Wei could only sigh.

"Brother, didn’t you say you wouldn’t eat steak from a food stall?" Du Yuxuan asked with a light laugh, a hint of teasing in her expression.

"Who knew it would be this delicious?"

"This food truck owner really has sothing special."

"I’ve never really had steak like this before."

Du Wei marveled.

"Tomorrow, I’ll hire soone to queue for . I’ve got to have more. Are you in?" Du Wei asked again.

"I want so too!" Du Yuxuan imdiately agreed.

Content, the two left.

Du Wei got into his car, dropped Du Yuxuan ho, and then went to play gas with his buddies.

Life as a second-generation rich guy like him was a bit dull. He would do whatever he pleased during the day and call a few girls to hang out at the bar at night.

Of course, so might prefer to call a few...

While chatting with friends, Du Wei brought up the topic.

"I just went to have steak at a street stall with my sister. It might look simple, but the taste is genuinely good!"

Even now, Du Wei found the mory of the steak mouthwatering.

"Street stall steak? Can it be that good?" one of his friends imdiately questioned.

They were all fun-loving folks who had always had an easy life and bore no malice.

"It’s quite good indeed, made by a very popular stall owner," Du Wei recomnded again.

"I rember now! I think I’ve seen that owner. Pretty young, right? And a top chef?"

"Yes, that’s him! I’m going again tomorrow. Are you guys coming?"

"Yeah, let’s go and taste it."

The group quickly agreed to queue the next day to try the street stall steak.

anwhile, Jiang Feng was still leisurely frying steaks. He had prepared two hundred servings for the day, not a particularly large amount. Only an hour after opening his stall, he had sold nearly all of them.

Then, Jiang Feng and Sun Zhuangfei began to pack up the food truck.

"Boss, is my shift over already?" Sun Zhuangfei felt uneasy earning money so quickly.

"Yes, your shift is over. Do whatever you want with the rest of your day. I’ll pick you up at the sa place tomorrow," Jiang Feng promptly replied.

"Okay, Boss. Thank you, Boss." Sun Zhuangfei packed his backpack and violin case and sat obediently in a seat at the back of the food truck.

Jiang Feng calmly drove the food truck away.

On the road, a few passersby who were heading to eat steak spotted Jiang Feng’s food truck.

"Look, isn’t that Boss Jiang?"

"It seems like him."

"What’s he doing with the food truck?"

"Could he be closing up already?"

"Impossible! Absolutely impossible! What ti is it even?!"

The group looked despondent.

Why would anyone stop making money?

It was barely past six, the busiest ti on the food street.

And he was closing up? How could he dare to close up?

"Boss Jiang, do you have any steaks left?" soone called out to Jiang Feng.

"None left! Co back tomorrow!" Jiang Feng quickly responded.

"Boss, work overti, please! We ca specifically for you. My friend is crying for it!" another voice yelled. While shouting, he pointed at a buddy nearby.

That buddy imdiately nodded. "I’m really crying for it!"

Jiang Feng had long seen through these sly gourts. He had heard too many such excuses.

"I really don’t have any left. Co back tomorrow." Jiang Feng waved his hand and sped up the food truck.

「The next day.」

Jiang Feng set up his stall on the food street as usual.

Soon, a wave of engine roars arose, followed by four or five luxury sports cars pulling up on the street outside the snack area. This scene certainly drew attention, and bystanders stopped to gawk.

"Why would these rich people co here instead of Taikoo Li? What are they doing?"

"Heavens, there are so many rich people! Why can’t I be one of them?"

"Those sports cars might be rented!"

"Even renting them would be expensive, right?"

Many onlookers murmured among themselves.

Du Wei, Du Yuxuan, and several of his friends arrived at Jiang Feng’s stall. The line was still exceptionally long. They joined the queue.

"So many people!" one of his friends remarked.

"This stall is indeed delicious; otherwise, I wouldn’t bother coming. You should try their secret recipe steak. It’s no worse than what you get in Western restaurants!" Du Wei recomnded excitedly.

Everyone was brimming with enthusiasm.

The queue steadily moved forward. A few more tables, provided by the food street administrators, had been added next to Jiang Feng’s food truck. They also hoped Jiang Feng could serve more custors. After all, foot traffic on the food street had increased significantly recently.

The group chattered casually, discussing where to go for fun that evening.

At that mont, Du Yuxuan noticed a new item on the food truck’s nu:

Pan-Seared Chicken Cutlet: 30 yuan per portion.

"They’ve added chicken cutlets today! I want to try them!" Du Yuxuan was pleasantly surprised. She had read about Jiang Feng’s story. She knew that when he ran his stall, he often introduced new, non-repeating dishes. This was simply perfect for soone with decision paralysis.

"Wow! Chicken cutlets! I’ll have one too!" Du Wei chid in.

The group soon reached the front of the queue. That’s when they saw a ssage that nearly broke their hearts:

"Limited to one portion per person due to limited quantities. We hope for your understanding."

A roadside food stall, actually imposing purchase limits! And a limit of just one portion! That’s outrageous!

"Boss, can each person only order one portion?" Du Yuxuan asked softly.

Jiang Feng replied with a light smile, "Yes, that’s right. Each person is limited to one portion. There aren’t many steak or chicken cutlet portions, so I’m trying to let those queuing behind also get a chance to taste them. Please understand."

"Alright then." Du Yuxuan was montarily torn.

The steak was delicious. But the chicken cutlet also looks tempting. Her decision paralysis was kicking in again.

However, with other custors urging from behind, Du Yuxuan finally decided to trust Jiang Feng’s culinary skills and ordered a portion of the Pan-Seared Chicken Cutlet.

This Pan-Seared Chicken Cutlet was different from the usual fried chicken cutlets. After being marinated, it was placed on a hot griddle to be pan-seared. The chicken cutlet had to be cooked thoroughly, from the inside out. Once the chicken cutlet was pan-seared to perfection, it was ti to make the white sauce. Butter, minced garlic, and minced onions were sautéed until fragrant. Then, rosemary was added along with milk and a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce until it was rich and smooth. The sauce was then poured over the chicken cutlet, and the Pan-Seared Chicken Cutlet was complete.

It was still a simple cooking thod. But the flavor was excellent.

The chicken cutlet was a single large piece, resembling Orleans-style chicken. Pan-seared in butter, the chicken was hot all the way through.

Soon, Sun Zhuangfei brought a plate of Pan-Seared Chicken Cutlet to Du Yuxuan. In the disposable plate, the chicken cutlet was covered with a savory white sauce, flanked by two lettuce leaves and a few cherry tomatoes.

Simple, yet aesthetically pleasing.

"Let try a piece!"

Before Du Yuxuan could take a bite, Du Wei imdiately snatched up a disposable fork, speared a piece, and popped it into his mouth.

Instantly, a delicious aroma wafted from the chicken cutlet. The chicken cutlet was made from high-quality chicken thigh at, and its texture was superb. After Jiang Feng’s ticulous cooking, it had transford into a dish worthy of rave reviews.

Du Wei’s eyes lit up. "This chicken cutlet is delicious too!"

Du Yuxuan also tried a piece of the chicken cutlet, her eyes widening in astonishnt.

The two of them had now beco genuine Jiang Feng fans, deeply impressed by his culinary skills.

"This boss is really sothing! Everything they said online is true; he indeed makes everything delicious!"

"From now on, I’m sticking with him! No matter what he makes, I’ve got to support him!"

"Count in too! I want to go!"

"Sure, no problem."

At this ti, portions of steak were being served. Du Wei’s friends also got to taste the steak prepared by Jiang Feng.

The steak’s texture was perfect. It was satisfyingly chewy yet incredibly tender, practically lting in the mouth. The sensation of the juices flooding the mouth was simply impeccable.

The group couldn’t stop praising the steak.

Seeing everyone enjoying themselves so much, Du Wei felt montarily smug.

"This steak is so delicious because I’m the one who picked it, isn’t it!" Du Wei said smugly.

"The flavor is indeed excellent! This stall is sothing else!"

"No exaggeration, it’s genuinely amazing!"

"The stall owner is incredibly skilled! With his culinary talent, he could easily open a Western restaurant!"

"He’s already a top chef!"

The group was thoroughly enjoying themselves. Eating and chatting, they quickly polished off their steaks.

The serving is still too small.

But there was no helping it. Jiang Feng’s stall had purchase limits, and to buy more, they would have to queue again.

"This boss really has character!"

"He’s not running this stall to make money; it’s purely for fun!"

The group was now thoroughly satisfied. They still wanted more and even contemplated paying Jiang Feng to set up his stall and cook extra for them.

Du Wei said, "Forget about it. I asked yesterday, and it’s not an option. I found out later that he’s personally worth over a hundred million, and from what I hear, it’s not family money."

"We can’t afford to hire him."

Hearing Du Wei’s words, the wealthy second-generation friends were struck dumb.

He’s so young and already a self-made man of such wealth! Truly incredible.
