Upon seeing them, Madam yer’s gaze turned cold briefly before returning to normal, as a calculating smile blossod on her face.
Turning to her friend, she apologetically said, "Dear. I just spotted the in-laws. I am afraid that I have to leave you for a second."
Madam Antonio waved at her, saying, "It’s fine. You go and have a chat. I need to have a small chat with soone over there!" her tone eager to go and gossip.
Seeing her friend like that, Madam yer smiled helplessly before she left the other, knowing that she wouldn’t be bored without her there.
As she walked towards the in-laws who had obviously spotted her and coming her way, her heart was chilled as she thought of the humiliation this family made her family experience in a matter of hours.
Just thinking about all the things Selena and Anna did to her family, Madam yer wanted to strip these people of their masks and teach them a lesson.
However, when she thought of what would happen later, a smile appeared on her face.
It was better to let them get more embarrassed than they are now. Who said that only they could be humiliated?

In a certain corner, a woman in black was holding a glass of wine as she looked in the direction of the host’s mother with a mysterious smile on her face.
Her acquaintance, a handso young man wearing a matching suit, was looking at her affectionately, not shy to show it at all. So, he saw who she was looking at. He couldn’t help but wonder why she was like that.
As a direct person, he directly asked, "Dear, are you interested in Madam yer by any chance?" curious about the other’s interest.
When the woman heard that, she chuckled lightly as she turned her head to look at the other and responded, "I just find her pleasing to the eyes. She had raised her children very well. Just like your mother!" praising the young man’s mother at the end.
When he heard his mother getting praised, his eyes shone. With a glance, anyone could tell how much this young man revered his mother. The woman seeing that smiled, her heart at ease despite seeing that.
Filial kids were indeed the best, especially when they knew how to stand up for themselves.
If he was a 100% mama’s boy, she wouldn’t glance at him. At least he knew how to stand up to that iron lady. Because of that, her impression of the young man who had bothered her so much for nearly a year was good.
However, recalling the familiar and yet unfamiliar face she operated on previously, her eyes turned cold and couldn’t help but narrow as her gaze got fixated on the wolf in sheep’s clothing, pretending to be e gentle person.
Since she wanted to pretend so much, why not expose her mask today?
Won’t this family thank her?

Unknown to Madam yer, who was suppressing her urge to slap soone as she listened to Madam Hilary acting intimately towards her, there was soone else who was planning on helping her family teach the pair of mother and daughter a lesson.
"In-law, I haven’t seen son-in-law or Alice around. Are they perhaps coming late?" after talking for a while, Madam Hilary failed to spot the two people in question she wanted to see.
When Madam yer heard smiled nonchalantly as she answered, "Alice should be busy with the banquet operations and as for Logan ...." She prolonged her sentence while smiling mysteriously making the mother and daughter panic for a mont, "he is dealing with the kids. You know how they are. They would be here soon," she added as she looked at the pair accusatorily.
As a grandmother and aunt, they didn’t even ask for a second about the kids but went straight for the father and aunt. Just how bold were these two?
If it was before, she wouldn’t have noticed a thing. However, she couldn’t help but rember the ti when Briar was accusing Alice of how the other didn’t care about the kids.
It seems that even she, as the grandmother, was concerned about the kids when they ca to the mansion. All the ti, because they were in the capable hands of their nanny, they all seed to forget that they had a responsibility for raising the kids as well.
It wasn’t just a mistake she did alone but Selena and Logan as well. If Logan had spent more ti with the wife and kids, maybe Selena wouldn’t have cheated. But who could stop soone who made up her mind to do sothing?
Anyway, she couldn’t fully bla her family. But these two, she could to her heart’s extent.
And when the two heard that, their expression froze for a second, a wave of embarrassnt washing over them.
Even if they were fools, they could hear the accusations in Madam yer’s tone, especially when talking about the kids.
For a mont, the two looked at each other and knew that they had ssed up.
How could they forget to ask about the kids now?
"Madam yer! There you are!"
Unfortunately, before they could respond, Madam yer’s attention was attracted by soone.
The pair of mother and daughter could only watch as Madam yer left to entertain the other woman after politely apologizing. However, the two couldn’t help but grit their teeth in frustration.
Knowing where they were, Anna knew that she needed to focus, so she said to her mother, "I need to use the bathroom and find Alice. I will be back!" and left without giving her mother a chance to stop her.
Madam Hilary, seeing her daughter fleeing, cursed inwardly for a mont before she sorted out her expression and started making her way to the ladies that she knew.

Anna left the banquet hall and headed towards the restroom while calling Alice. She never expected to be unable to reach Alice for days. She had been on tenterhooks since Friday. For three days she didn’t manage to get through the other. Did sothing happen?
However, judging from Madam yer’s words, Alice was safe and sound and busy with the banquet. So why wasn’t her number going through previously and even now?
She felt frustrated after failing to reach her again.
In the end, she could only visit the restroom and calm herself there for a mont.
Although she had ssed up, she still needed Logan to see her in good condition, otherwise, she would lose against those scheming vixens attending the banquets with the help of their brothers, mothers and fathers.
She mustn’t let anyone take Logan from her.
Inside the restroom, Anna cald herself by washing her hands, feeling the cold water on her hands, made her feel calr than before.
Squeak.
As she washed her hands, the door to the restroom opened. She raised her head a bit and looked at the person who had just entered through the mirror, and her jaws involuntarily clenched.
She recognized the person that she was seeing.
It was soone she didn’t have good blood with. Actually, this person was soone she had recently fought with for a few days. She lost a bit of face in front of this person. She just didn’t expect to find the other at the hotel.
Which scion did she co with?
Her face couldn’t help but show disgust as she looked at the woman in black.
The woman in black had spotted Anna as well. The mont she saw her, a sly smile hung on her face and just when Anna was wondering why the other was acting like that, she saw the other walking towards her.
Seeing that, Anna unconsciously took several steps back as she yelled at the other, "Bertha, what the heck do you want to do?" her voice laced with undisguised wary towards the incoming woman.
Bertha chuckled sinisterly as she walked towards Anna. The person she hated so much, despite the other not having done anything to her.
But that couldn’t be helped. Who made this hussy to be soone her dearest didn’t like but couldn’t deal with?
Did she know how much anguish she made that dearest of hers go through just because of her existence?
On behalf of that person, she was going to teach the other a lesson and teach her so manners.
When Anna saw the person who had beaten her several tis in just a month openly showing that she had ill intent towards her, she couldn’t help but berate again. "Don’t think that you can commit violence and get away with it!" hoping that Bertha wouldn’t do anything stupid.
However, after coming all the way here and shaking off that young lover of hers, did Anna think that she would just back away like that?
If she was soone who feared others easily like that, then would she have picked Lady Helen’s son, of all people, out there?
Anna was tripping!
