Chapter 209: Chapter 209: Ask , the Husband, If I Agree

She certainly didn’t know that Mu Jiaqi was Nangong Feifei’s best friend!

“Take her away.”

Upon the police officer’s order, Gu Qiangwei was quickly escorted out by two other officers.

Behind her, Mu Jiaqi couldn’t help but smirk triumphantly as she watched Gu Qiangwei being led away. She had already picked up her phone and sent a WeChat ssage to Nangong Feifei: Done!

However, just as Gu Qiangwei was about to go with the officers to be interrogated, she turned around to see Qin Sijue leaning against the door fra, his arms crossed, and one leg casually thrown over the other end of the fra, effectively blocking the exit!

“Where are you taking my wife?”

...

Startled by the sudden appearance of Qin Sijue, Gu Qiangwei first looked surprised and then naturally broke into a slight smile.

The leading police officer gave Qin Sijue a once-over, his expression stern, “Who are you?”

“Deaf, are you?”

Police officer: “…”

Gu Qiangwei chuckled.

His entrances were always so arrogantly cool.

In the next mont, Qin Sijue had lowered his long leg and reached out to snatch Gu Qiangwei, who was between the two officers, pulling her into his embrace.

“If you want to take her, you’ll have to ask if her husband agrees.”

His narrow eyes looked down condescendingly at the few officers in front of him, his dismissive attitude irritating to anyone who saw it!

“Sir, please don’t interfere with our official duties.”

“And what if I insist on interfering?” he asked contemptuously, clearly showing no regard for the officers.

“Then we have the right to charge you with obstructing official duties!”

“You want to charge ? Have your chief co in person!”

Hearing this, the officers’ faces changed and they looked at each other.

The man before them, with his intimidating presence and dismissive attitude, indeed did not look like an ordinary person.

And the tone and manner in which he spoke seed to have no regard for their chief at all.

On the hospital bed, Mu Jiaqi, who had just finished sending a ssage to Nangong Feifei, also changed her expression slightly when she saw the man who suddenly appeared at the door of the room.

Who was this man, looking so outstanding.

It wasn’t just his 360-degree flawlessness or his kingly deanor; he was simply the perfect lover every woman dread of.

Since when did Jingcheng have such an outstanding man?

After leaving his piece, Qin Sijue had already walked away with Gu Qiangwei.

He had just turned when, as if suddenly rembering sothing, he looked back, his narrow eyes glinting with a trace of fierceness, and walked toward the bed.

As Qin Sijue approached step by step, Mu Jiaqi’s heart suddenly pounded, her breathing becoming sowhat nervous.

Drawing closer, Qin Sijue suddenly softened the fierceness in his eyes, and instead allowed a subtle smile to grace his lips as he looked at Mu Jiaqi on the bed, “What’s your na?”

Mu Jiaqi was taken aback, but then her heart blossod with joy, and she replied with a hint of affection to Qin Sijue’s question.

“My na is Mu Jiaqi!”

“Occupation?”

“An actress, and these past few years, my popularity has been quite—”

“Did you say Gu Qiangwei pushed you into the water?”

Mu Jiaqi wanted to continue saying that after two years of hard work, she had gained so fa in the entertainnt industry, but before she could finish, Qin Sijue interrupted her.

Yet she was slightly taken aback by the abrupt change in his questioning.

After a mont’s pause, she ca to her senses, “Yes, it was her who pushed

into the water!”

“Good!”

Qin Sijue curved his lips in satisfaction and in the next second, he had already straightened up and walked away from the bedside.

Gu Qiangwei, standing off to the side, had no idea what his abrupt action was about.
