Capítulo 1409: Chapter 1410: No Longer an Employee of M Group

Suddenly, Ma Pianpian started crying. A few clear tears fell mournfully, her teary eyes blurred as she stared at Qin Feimo, “Brother Feimo, did you know? My sister always said how much you cared about her while she was alive, but now it seems to

that, in your heart, she’s no more than optional, dispensable.”

Qin Feimo seed to no longer care about what she was saying.

He couldn’t even figure out what was happening to his own heart; his affection for Ma Qianqian wasn’t as intense as before.

Perhaps it was because the dead can’t co back to life? Or was it because his fondness for Qianqian never reached the level of love?

Exactly what it was, Qin Feimo seed to have no answer in his heart.

“Whether she’s important or not doesn’t require your wild guesses.”

“Will you defend Feng Jinglei? Will you avenge my deceased sister?” Ma Pianpian pressed him further, seemingly determined to pin everything on Feng Jinglei, to make her completely lose any standing in Qin Feimo’s heart.

A woman’s intuition told her that he had truly fallen for Feng Jinglei.

The dead can never co back to life, her sister was a thing of the past, so it was not surprising for him to like another woman again.

But she could never let him fall for Feng Jinglei. For him, she had even sched against her own sister, so why should Feng Jinglei have an opportunity?

Faced with Ma Pianpian’s pressing questions, Qin Feimo, though surprised and shocked by the outco, even incredulous, was only half-convinced by the ‘truth’ she spoke of.

“If it was truly Feng Jinglei, naturally I won’t let it go. But if it was soone else, I will definitely make that person pay the price they deserve!”

With that, he turned around, seemingly not intending to stay any longer.

Seeing him turn away, Ma Pianpian finally breathed a sigh of relief.

He didn’t say anything else before leaving, at least he still didn’t know she was the mastermind.

Since he investigated and didn’t uncover the real truth, it showed the only first witness at the scene then was her, and even if Feng Jinglei claid she didn’t call out to Ma Qianqian mid-step, Qin Feimo would find it hard to be convinced, as no one would believe him.

Ma Pianpian was secretly pleased with this plan, yet she overlooked, though no one could testify if what she said was true or false, soone could testify that Feng Jinglei only rushed out of the villa after the accident happened.

Of course, this witness was currently not in Jingcheng. That was Old Master Qin and Wei Qing.

Seeing him turn away, Ma Pianpian lowered her head, taking a light breath.

Then, Qin Feimo’s cold, deep voice rang again, “Oh, I forgot to tell you, starting now, you will no longer be an employee of the M Group. Go back to where you ca from.”

Ma Pianpian, who was inwardly smug, was startled to hear these ruthless words and raised her eyes sharply, seeing Qin Feimo about to open the door and leave.

“Qin Feimo!”

He paused at the door, but didn’t turn around.

Ma Pianpian gazed incredulously at his indifferent back, “You, you’re going to fire ?”

Qin Feimo was silent, the answer already clear.

“Why? Is this your way of showing love for my sister? To treat her biological sister like this!?”

To Qin Feimo, the word love seed sowhat unfamiliar. But it was undeniable that, upon learning Ma Qianqian was the girl who saved him as a child, he indeed developed feelings for her.

At this mont, Qin Feimo suddenly turned around, his icy eyes gazing at the woman who still couldn’t move, lying on the bed.
