The director was sitting there making a phone call, and everyone around thought he was crazy. Otherwise, why would he think he could invite Jensen Sterling as a special guest to their show’s final night?

After connecting, Caron began: "Hello, I’m Jensen Sterling’s agent."
The chief director’s tone imdiately beca cheerful upon hearing this: "Hello, we are a talent show. I am the chief director of ’Shining Stars.’ We are about to finish the show and would like to invite Mr. Sterling as a special guest to our final night."
Upon hearing the director’s words, everyone sighed inwardly.
Wow, the director really put a lot of effort into the show, knowing he would be rejected yet still making the call. This spirit is truly... touching.
Caron was busy with work, and upon hearing about the talent show, subconsciously wanted to refuse.
What business do talent shows have calling? Jensen obviously won’t attend.
Just as he was about to refuse, the words "Shining Stars" caught his ear, making Caron pause his pen.
Wait a second, isn’t that the talent show Mia is in?
"Alright, please hold on, I’ll ask Jensen," Caron said.
The director imdiately replied, "Okay, okay."
After hanging up, the director kept staring at the phone, feeling like a flower was about to bloom from his gaze.
The people around: "..." Well, this clearly looks like a rejection. They all knew Jensen Sterling would never co to their show.
One by one, they began comforting the director: "Director, it’s okay. Jensen Sterling is so busy with work, it’s understandable that he has no ti to co to our show."
"Yeah, he hasn’t participated in any variety shows, it’s not just our show that can’t invite him, other shows can’t either."
"Indeed, director, don’t be upset. Look, our show is already so popular, the final night will be fine even without Jensen Sterling."
"Right, at worst we could invite so other trending celebrities. Although they won’t match Jensen Sterling’s popularity, they won’t fall too far behind either."
