Shi Che wasn’t admiring the picturesque scenery before him; his dark eyes were fixed solely on Ling Chuxia, and then he nodded in agreent, "It is very beautiful."
His voice, naturally low to begin with, seed to drop even further in the quiet of the night, laced with hints of magnetism, exceptionally pleasing to the ear—and exceedingly tingling to the heart.
Ling Chuxia glanced at him unconsciously, imdiately eting his deep-set eyes. Unlike their usual depth, they now dazzled with a floating luminescence. His handso features, far from diminishing under the cloak of night, were instead enhanced by the shadows’ allure, drawing one in involuntarily.
The two of them locked gazes, as if a magnetic force sprang up between them, pulling them slowly closer together.
Soon, their lips touched, the warmth and softness of the contact sending shivers through them both, then, unable to wait, they eagerly sought to delve deeper into each other’s beauty.
Shi Che’s arms wrapped tightly around Ling Chuxia, while she leaned into his embrace. He bowed his head, she looked up; they kissed each other earnestly, with no trace of desire, but with a kiss of pure simplicity.
Under such a beautiful nightscape, they held each other, kissed each other, and conveyed their feelings to one another.
The following day, as the first ray of sunlight pierced through the sheer curtains into the room, Ling Chuxia’s long eyelashes fluttered, and then her eyes opened slowly.
She squinted slightly, unaccustod to the brightness, and it took her a while to fully open her eyes. As she lifted her gaze, she caught sight of a handso face close at hand.
Illuminated by the sunlight from behind, he seed bathed in beams of light, encircled with a radiance that rendered him stunningly beautiful.
Even though she had been waking up to this handso face everyday for over a month, she still couldn’t help but feel a little dazzled every ti.
What a seducer!
Ling Chuxia complained inwardly, then lifted herself up and, cupping Shi Che’s face with her hands, called out, "Shi Che, wake up, wake up~ The sun’s already shining on our backs!"
In fact, Shi Che had been slightly conscious when Ling Chuxia woke up, but he kept his eyes closed. Now, hearing her call out, his dark eyes slowly opened, his voice low and husky, he humd faintly in response.
Such a deep and soft voice, yet so sexy.
Ling Chuxia’s heart skipped a beat as she inwardly cursed him as a seducer once more.
"Get up quickly, we’re going to Pulomansi!"
Ling Chuxia had suppressed her excitent all night long; she wished she could sprout wings and fly there imdiately, to see the boundless stretches of Lavender and the sea of purple blossoms.
After Ling Chuxia’s several prompts, Shi Che finally opened his eyes. His dark pupils still retained a bit of drowsy laziness, a trace of a smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. As if he hadn’t heard Ling Chuxia, he asked in a leisurely fashion, "Did you sleep well last night? Are you well-rested?"
Ling Chuxia, eager to get out of bed and set off, didn’t notice the peculiarity in Shi Che’s question and nodded vigorously, "Yes, I had a great rest. We can leave now!"
Shi Che smiled and asked once more, "Are you sure you’re well-rested?"
"Absolutely, I am full of energy and all charged up!" Ling Chuxia nodded emphatically, her voice full of certainty.
Shi Che’s dark eyes fixed on Ling Chuxia, observing her rosy cheeks, his smile deepening. He parted his lips slowly and uttered one word, "Good."
Then, just when Ling Chuxia thought he was about to get up, he rolled over, pinning her beneath him.
