As Ling Yunshu spoke, her gaze silently observed Chuxia, watching her worried expression. Frustration surged in her heart but she forcefully suppressed it and continued, "Actually, Madam’s condition, it’s not his fault. Madam’s health has been... But you know, although Shi Che doesn’t show it, he really cares about Madam in his heart. He can’t help feeling guilty."
"I can’t leave for now; I need to look after Madam. Now that you’re back, could you go and comfort Shi Che?"
"?" Ling Chuxia’s hands tightened even more. "Can I really do that?"

Ling Chuxia turned around and slowly shuffled towards the ward, step by step, as Ling Yunshu stood watching her receding figure until she entered the ward. Then she took out her phone and dialed Xiao Chen’s number.
"Hello, Yun Shu."
As soon as Xiao Chen’s voice ca through, Ling Yunshu cut straight to the chase, "Prepare a clean set of clothes and shoes for and also... a kind of dicine."
"What dicine?"
Ling Yunshu’s red lips parted slowly as she pronounced the na of the dicine. Xiao Chen on the other end fell silent for a mont before finally speaking, his voice frighteningly deep. "Yun Shu, what do you need that dicine for? Are you planning to... give it to Shi Che?"
"Don’t worry about what I am doing. Just prepare it imdiately; I need it now!"
