Ji Xinxin was instantly stunned, unsure if it was Xiao Zhao’s shouting or the words he had yelled.

Her eyes trembled with surprise, and her mind went blank for a while before she could find her voice again. She opened her mouth incredulously, word by word, "You said, Shi Che didn’t sign the divorce papers, Shi Che and Xiaxia are still married, not divorced?"

"Yes," Xiao Zhao nodded vigorously, continuing, "So, Miss Ji Xinxin, please let see Young Madam."

They really hadn’t divorced...

Ji Xinxin unconsciously took two steps back, shaking her head in shock. How could this be? Hadn’t Xiaxia said she divorced Shi Che, and that bastard was going to engage Ling Yunshu? How could it be that Shi Che hadn’t signed now?

Ji Xinxin remained silent, and Xiao Zhao was incredibly anxious, pleading, "Miss Ji Xinxin, please, let et Young Madam."

He had watched President Shi and Young Madam’s marriage all along, although he didn’t know why they ended up at this point. However, he could see that President Shi truly loved Young Madam. Only she could make him happy, allowing him a mont without having to wear that heavy mask. He really didn’t want them to part ways like this.

Ji Xinxin looked at Xiao Zhao’s anxious face, slowly coming back to her senses. She sighed softly, shaking her head, "It’s not that I won’t let you et her, but... you’re too late."

Xiao Zhao was shocked, his eyes widening, "Miss Xinxin, what do you an by that?"

"Xiaxia has left, I don’t know where she’s gone!" ntioning this, Ji Xinxin couldn’t help but feel dejected, "I’m just about to go out and look for her!"

"What? Young Madam left?"

"Yes, she left a letter, and she was gone by dawn."

"..."

-

Xiao Zhao, carrying the letter Ji Xinxin had given him, rushed to the hospital without even catching his breath. When he entered the ward, his legs trembled, and he gasped heavily for air.

Shi Che imdiately stood up, his dark eyes flickering past Xiao Zhao, directly towards his back. Then, realizing no one followed behind him, he could not see the figure he was hoping for.

A slight hint of undisguisable disappointnt appeared in his eyes. He lowered his eyes to hide his emotions and spoke in a slightly heavy tone, "She didn’t want to co?"

Xiao Zhao breathed heavily for a while before calming himself. He took a few deep breaths before speaking, "President Shi, it’s bad, Young Madam has left."

Left?

Shi Che’s expression sharpened as he looked at Xiao Zhao sharply, "What do you an?"

Xiao Zhao imdiately handed over the letter in his hand to Shi Che, "This is the letter Young Madam left for Miss Ji Xinxin. Miss Ji Xinxin said that when she woke up in the morning, Young Madam was gone, leaving only this letter."

Shi Che’s dark eyes fell on the letter, his eyes trembling as he slowly reached out, took the letter, and gradually unfolded it.

The elegant handwriting, word by word, appeared before his eyes, as if hearing Ling Chuxia’s voice whispering in his ear.
