Noland Lee stood up and walked past Vipa’s guestroom to the control room where Hadley was.
At that mont, Hadley was observing the distant sailing ship with his Magic Mirror Lens.
It was a brightly lit Magic chanical Ship with various colored light points flashing constantly, its displacent far exceeded their Magic Yacht, and it even had a speedy Magic Speedboat with it.
Due to the Mist Threshold, any overspeeding behavior on the sea surface is unwise, as it would be considered a provocative act by the Charnel family’s patrol ships on the sea and be sunk on the spot.

“What the… what is this? Jarvis. I’m not seeing things, am I? There’s a huge notebook that can be disassembled at any ti, and every page is a Life-and-death Duel Application Form?!”
“Yes, is it strange?” Noland smiled indifferently:
“As a First Rank Wizard who can initiate life-and-death duels with anyone, carrying a notebook full of application forms with is perfectly reasonable, isn’t it? What’s so surprising about that? “What else? I’ll duel anyone who displeases .”
