Protected by the “Veil of Different Worlds,” Kitty transford into a Spectral Ghost of electronic warfare on the battlefield.
It traced the communication signals of the supervising officers, forcibly severing the energy-like threads of communication and breaking the wireless connection between the supervising officers and their ships.
One mont, the players were sweating it out dealing with the supervising officers, and in next, they found the control of their ships back in their hands.
Without ti to think, the players pushed their ships to the limit, charging fiercely toward the Fleet Commander’s fleet.
Several supervising officers piloting Artificial Angels, seeing the loss of communication with their ships, personally took control of the pilots to head toward the rebellious ships in an attempt to intercept them.
Cucumber Slice and his two companions locked onto the ddling supervising officers with their ship’s firing systems, unleashing volley after volley of cannon fire, while simultaneously accelerating into the roar of their engines toward the supervising officers.
Facing the interception by Cucumber Slice and his companions, the supervising officers raised their long spears, tips forward, firing rows of laser beams.
The majority of beams were aid at the ships surrounding the Fleet Commander, with a few targeting Cucumber Slice and his companions.
Cucumber Slice was the first to reach the gap between the supervising officers and the rest of the players.
He positioned his ship sideways in front of the supervising officers, making as large a target of himself as possible in an effort to block more laser beams.
Winter lon and Kelp, following suit, also placed their ships horizontally like Cucumber Slice, blocking the supervising officers.
“Boom, boom, boom—”
Round after round of laser beams ca hurtling toward them.
The supervising officers displayed exquisite shooting and piloting skills, controlling the Artificial Angels to easily carve arcs through space, diverting the laser beams past Cucumber Slice and his companions.
A few bright flas burst from among the player ships surrounding the Fleet Commander, revealing a slight flaw in their encirclent, but it was quickly filled by additional players arriving.
Seeing that placing his ship sideways was ineffective against the supervising officers, Cucumber Slice went all out with firepower, directing a barrage of fire at the surrounding Alliance ships that had yet to grasp the situation.
Without needing Cucumber Slice to elaborate, Winter lon and Kelp naturally understood his intention and likewise attacked the “innocent” targets around them.
In order to stop Cucumber Slice and his companions, the supervising officers had to divide two Artificial Angels to deal with them, inadvertently easing the pressure on the players attacking the Fleet Commander.
“Brothers! Ignite!”
“Ignite!”
“See you at the United Bureau!”
The players completed their encirclent, and bursts of huge fireballs erupted from within the ships.
In less than two seconds, the Fleet Commander’s battleship was engulfed by a massive, resplendent azure blue super fireball.
[Task Success! Your team of players has killed the Fleet Commander!]
“Done!”
Cucumber Slice clenched his fist and waved, excitedly shouting in the chat channel:
“Winter lon, Kelp, retreat! We’re also going to ignite our ships and die back!”
“Roger!”
“Haha! Fireworks ti!”
The three activated the ship’s explosion program.
Ti passed, but the expected explosion scene didn’t occur.
Instead, the control console in front of Cucumber Slice and his colleagues seed to co to life, opening its abyss-like maw and gobbling them up in one bite.
“!!!”
Noland Lee’s eyes widened as he detected the sudden presence of the tal Ancestor Dragon on Cucumber Slice and their ships.
But, it was already too late.
