Chapter 1354: 443. Tiny Shock_3
Noland Lee, however, stopped Cucumber Slice before he sent out the ssage:
“Wait a second, Cucumber Slice.”
“What’s up, Boss?” Cucumber Slice halted his fingers and didn’t send the ssage.
Noland Lee said:
“Let’s not involve your people. I’ll use the Academy Badge on Strawberry Juice to help her complete the task.”
Cucumber Slice caught on quickly and imdiately understood the situation:
...
“You an there’s a problem with this hidden task?”
Noland Lee simply replied:
“Indeed, there is. It shouldn’t have appeared in the task library, nor should it have been triggered by players.”
Cucumber Slice nodded thoughtfully, without further questions.
Following the GM’s instruction, he re-edited the ssage and sent it out.
Noland Lee looked at the coordinates provided on the task information, his mind recalling the days in the Inner Cosmos.
He and the Assassin Angel once hijacked a batch of top-quality bone material from the underground of Union City to the Outer Space.
The owner of this batch of bone material was the Tomb King.
The Tomb King had ordered a subordinate to take the bone material to Union City and have it sent to a designated spot in Outer Space by the Alchemy Cathedral.
The spatial coordinates of this location matched almost exactly with the spatial coordinates on the hidden task received by Strawberry Juice.
That ans, the Synthetic Engineers sent by the tal Creation Group were probably looking for the bone material, not repairing satellites.
Of course, that batch of bone material wouldn’t be there anymore.
Back then, Noland Lee had altered the destination information on the Vacuum Bubble Emitter, redirecting it to another star system specified by the Assassin Angel.
The Synthetic Engineers could search the wrong place to their heart’s content and still never find the missing bone material.
Noland Lee had a premonition.
By tracking these Synthetic Engineers and finding the superior who issued the orders, and following the trace all the way, he was very likely to co into contact with soone from the headquarters of the tal Creation Group.
Therefore, Noland Lee decided to help Strawberry Juice complete the task using the Academy Badge.
After sending the reply, Cucumber Slice casually opened the third friend ssage.
This ssage ca from the chat group he had with his brothers, Winter lon and Kelp.
The chat group read:
Winter lon: Captain, this is outrageous, seriously absurd.
Kelp: Captain, you won’t believe what the Redemption Angel Group is trying to pull off! Damn absurd!
Cucumber Slice typed a line and asked:
“What happened?”
Winter lon imdiately sent a voice ssage, saying:
“Captain, the Redemption Angel Group forcefully demands that we link the revival Safe Zone to the Space Station. And that’s not all. They actually want us to pilot a ship and harass the Black Hole Magic Academy.”
Kelp imdiately added:
“Captain, the Redemption Angel Group said, as long as we’re bold enough to strike and charge, they’ll reimburse all experience and funding expenses. Tsk tsk tsk, not gonna lie, these terms are way better than what the United Bureau offers.”
Reimbursing experience expenses… Cucumber Slice pondered for a second and asked:
“You an they will deliver Magic Beasts to you for you to harvest experience?”
“Exactly~~”
“Isn’t that exhilarating~~ Damn, I feel like I’m about to rocket up levels~~”
Winter lon and Kelp reveled in the fantasy of harvesting experience.
But Cucumber Slice felt sowhat embarrassed.
He knew very well in his heart.
After signing the data tracking permission agreent, GMs could see his chat ssages.
The GM was currently playing the role of the Master of the Black Hole Magic Academy.
Talking about harassing the Black Hole Magic Academy right in front of the GM, wasn’t that like asking for a slap in the face?
Sure enough, GM’s nonchalant voice echoed in his mind:
“Don’t worry about that. The AI controlling the Angel Enterprise Alliance is exhibiting so irregularities, but it’s still under control. The AI of the Black Hole Magic Academy is independent and of a more advanced version, fully capable of handling all threats from the Angel Enterprise Alliance.”
“That’s a relief…”
Cucumber Slice quietly breathed a sigh of relief, then imdiately grimaced at the content of the upbeat voice ssages in the chat group…
Stop sending them, will you? The GM playing the Dean is watching right now!
