Chapter 1164: 363. It also has a core.
The Assassin Angel’s voice disappeared from Noland Lee’s mind, and their conversation ca to an end.
Noland Lee looked towards the grey mist figure floating not far away, feeling very curious about the real entity of the “Escape” core of the plane.
He cast the Deconstruction Technique, and reaped a row of question marks and a string of numbers.
[System Information:]
[You are about to initiate Deconstruction on “????”.]
[Based on your character level, you can consu 3.2 trillion Energy Points, making the degree of deconstruction reach 10%]
...
[Do you confirm to proceed with the Deconstruction?]
The system did not prompt for Harmless Deconstruction, which was similar to when Noland Lee tried to deconstruct this space.
Noland Lee pondered for a mont and slowly drifted towards the other.
The core entity of the plane stood in place, extending its “right arm” towards the approaching Noland Lee as if to shake hands with him.
Noland took the cue and extended his right hand to clasp the end of the other’s “right arm”.
One by one, extrely unfamiliar yet comprehensible characters entered Noland Lee’s mind.
These characters looked like saw-toothed rings, differentiated by the type and number of teeth on the rings.
Each uniquely appearing character conveyed a rich diversity of information to Noland Lee.
Undoubtedly, the language used by the “Escape” core of the plane was far more advanced than any wizard language Noland Lee had learned; not only was it precise, but each character ford a complete paragraph by itself.
In a short amount of ti, dozens of characters were stuffed into Noland Lee’s mind, equivalent to dozens of pieces of information being imparted to him.
“I am the ‘Escape’ core of the plane, as referred to by the Assassin Angel. You may call ‘Escape’ or any other na. The na isn’t important to ; all that matters is that you are referring to …”
“After a long passage of ti, I can once again bask in the Luminous of the Primal Fire in the Barren Universe. I have presented my conditions. As long as you open a plane channel for in the future, I will help you escape from the cage of the Star Palace…”
“This is my first contact with the Assassin Angel. Before this, I had t a few other Angels from the Supre Star Palace. The Assassin Angel is far easier to communicate with than those other Angels.”
An enormous flow of information shuttled through Noland Lee’s mind, conveying its anings to him all at once.
Noland Lee felt a slight swelling in his brain, sowhat overwheld, but still managed to grasp and understand most of the information flow.
The “Escape” core of the plane referred to the “Fire of St. Dillan” as the “Primal Fire” and the “Inner Cosmos” as the “Star Palace Cage,” likely due to differences in perspective.
A unique stream of information was identified by Noland Lee, causing his mind to stir slightly.
“Your soul is very special; why is it so clean and clear? Where do you co from?”
Noland Lee’s gaze sharpened; this was the second ti he had heard soone comnt on the purity of his soul.
The previous ti it had been Osmisgard Duskgiant who spoke similar words.
However, the Duskgiant had not asked him where he was from, whereas the “Escape” core of the plane did ask.
This made Noland Lee realize that the “Escape” core of the plane must possess a lot of knowledge about soul clarity, far surpassing the Duskgiant in wisdom.
Noland Lee pondered briefly and then asked in his mind:
“Is there sothing different about my soul compared to other life creatures? What does its clarity signify? I co from the ‘Wizard’ core of the plane, but from what you imply, a soul as clear as mine shouldn’t originate from a ‘Wizard’ core of the plane, right?”
Considering the extraordinary nature of the being before him, Noland Lee asked all the questions that ca to his mind in one breath without much care for the order of the queries; he simply asked whatever occurred to him.
Surely, given the cognitive consciousness of the other, it would definitely understand Noland Lee’s questions.
Indeed, it did.
Almost the mont Noland Lee’s words ended, new ring characters appeared in his mind, conveying several pieces of information.
“No. You are not a creature from the ‘Wizard’ core of the plane; I am certain of it.”
“If a space is controlled by a core of the plane, then the souls of life creatures born within that space will bear the imprint of that plane’s core.”
“When the core of the plane is ready to leave that space, all souls with the core’s imprint are collected by the core of the plane and taken away together. This action is called ‘Recycling of the Soul’.”
“Using your ceremony, I saw the oceans, earth, and life creatures in the cage. You are different from them. Your soul doesn’t have the imprint of the ‘Wizard’ core of the plane.”
“The ‘Wizard’ core of the plane cannot recycle your soul.”
“However, this doesn’t an you don’t need my help. The apocalyptic disaster in the Star Palace Cage is a catastrophe you cannot withstand. The fact that you won’t be taken away by the ‘Wizard’ core of the plane ans that you will be left in the cage to face the disaster. You need the aid of other entities to leave the cage and escape the disaster, like .”
“There is more to your strangeness. I did not see the light of the Primal Fire in your soul.”
“You seem to be able to enhance yourself without directly contacting the light of the Primal Fire. What is the source of your power? What grants you the capability to improve?”
“There are secrets behind you that even you are not aware of; this could potentially be the work of another plane’s core. Based on this reasoning, I suspect that you might not need my help to survive the upcoming calamity.”
