Chapter 58: The Unbelievable Blade-washing of Dual-Moon!

"Qian Jin," the woman, who had been sitting beside Fabreidis, suddenly called his na, and the voice sounded so ethereal that it almost dropped Qian Jin into a mist.
"Hello." Qian Jin gently nodded before turning to Fabreidis with a look of investigation as if he were saying, “I’ve been here for a whole morning, and you haven’t introduced yet! It made a rude person because I don’t know how to address her!"
"Oh, forgive !" said Fabreidis, "This is my daughter, Goz Jane."
Goz Jane ? It explained noting but only caused bewildernt because the na sounded nothing like that of Fabreidis!
"My daughter. She took her surna after her mother," Fabreidis casually added the explanation, and from his expression, it was clear that he was already used to this "I-do-not-understand" situation!
Jane Goz slowly got up and walked over to Qian Jin, with the usual lazy but elegant feeling, like she was floating rather than walking!
She suddenly flipped the long sleeves of her white dress and there appeared two cold flashes! By instinct, Qian Jin quickly moved backwards with a pound on the table! But he stared at the two small cutlasses like a chanic robot!
The bodies radiated cold and shinny light under the sun, which exemplified their high-standard production! But the blades...
Yes! The blades were exactly the sa as those of Skyreed! They were in a fake death!
"Can you fix them?"
Qian Jin shrugged as he took the weapon to appreciate it. The two cutlasses were made with great sophistication, and they would be a one-strike-kill if used in a sneak attack!
What a great opportunity! Just when Qian Jin wanted to find out it whether it was for the blade-washing skill he had mastered or Skyreed itself that caused it to turn out to be much stronger than before, those cutlasses could be the guinea pigs!
"Yes." Qian Jin nodded. "Your weapon is smaller, but they are more difficult to repair. They may take a little more ti than Skyreed did."
"Dual-Moon." The woman looked at Qian Jin.
Dual-Moon? Qian Jin glazed for a mont and ca to realize that she was telling him the na. They had a na called Dual-Moon, instead of being naless.
“Oh, Dual-Moon it is."
Qian Jin shrugged and walked away to the yard without much concern.
Fabreidis went over to Goz Jane . While looking out to the courtyard, he asked in a whisper, "Jane, if he really fixed Dual-Moon..."
"Then I will be keeping my promise," Jane Goz said in a calm voice, "I’ll marry him."
"He is younger than you."
"I know."
"You sure?"
"Yes, father."
"I see..." Fabreidis checked his daughter and sighed. "Dear, I thought we only ca to Oakland to keep our Warrior Weapons accompany us for the rest of our life! Who would have predicted this should happen!"
Applying the skill for the second ti, Qian Jin suddenly ca to realize that he had beco more proficient! It felt just like the "skill upgrading" in Endless World!
However, the result contradicted the speculation Qian Jin had just made! The craftsmanship went into the forging of Dual-Moon was not as skilled as that of Skyreed, so it costed less ti despite the smaller size!
Chilling flow once again rose from the Slide-Cloud Stone, and the dead Dual-Moon was once again revived!
Two dead Warrior Weapons ca back to within a single day! Fabreidis started to doubt if he had been in a dream! The ecstasy was tumbling down all the remorse in past days!
He was quite sure that resharpening a weapon was far more demanding than the first ti to sharpen it! It would normally take a few days, or even ten days, for a Forging Master! Let alone to revive a quite dead one! It wouldn’t even surprise him if a month was needed!
However, it happened to be this young man, Qian Jin, who spent less than a day to create such a miracle! Two sets in a row! Fabreidis really began to suspect whether he was in a dream because he heard his daughter spoke with a happy voice unheard these years, "Dual-Moon cos back stronger than before..."
Holy crap! It was not just Skyreed; Dual-Moon had beco stronger, too! "Oh, you must be kidding !" Fabreidis was more convinced that it was a dream! But the pain caused by the pinch in his thighs brought him back to reality!
Having heard what Jane Goz had said, Qian Jin stared at his own hands at a loss. It should all be owed to blade washing. The book did not ntion anything that a Slide-Cloud Stone could improve a weapon!
The secret must be kept! It occurred to Qian Jin that he might be put in danger if his skill were to be known! He might be captured, locked, and forced to do only blade washing day and night!
At the sa ti, Fabreidis observed the young man with exaltation; he secretly made up his mind that he must get Qian Jin into the Warrior Union no matter what!
Even if he wasn’t a Forging Master, the sharpening skill he got would spare the Warrior Union a lot of trouble from the Blacksmith Union!
Warriors were an umbrella for all human, but sotis, they had to act in accordance with the will of the Blacksmith Union! Every warrior hated this!
But with Qian Jin on board, the situation would be greatly improved—Fabreidis believed.
Most importantly, Fabreidis liked this young man! Fabreidis had liked him since the first ti they t in Franklin’s shop! The instant Qian Jin forged a [Level 5 Refined Iron] for Wilfred, he knew this young man carried a bosom of a great warrior! He was determined to drag Qian Jin into the Warrior Union, and to cultivate him to be the most extraordinary!
What Qian Jin did today only consolidated his plan!
The Warrior Union was a free union that not a single mber was ever forced to join or quit. This was, in fact, the general guiding principle, and no one was entitled to change it!
That was to say, if Qian Jin did not have any intention to join, then Fabreidis could do nothing about it, which bothered the elder a lot! Although the union sounded prestigious, it was subjected to many other unions, and compared to those celebrated Bloodline Warrior Families, it did carry less attraction!
The only advantage was that most mbers were so tightly united that people there lived and worked like a family! Anyone who ca across a hardship would receive the most help! It was just for this spirit that the union had co so far!
