In a dark room.

Only the light of the lamp was present here. It covered the space of the room.

However, that was enough to see what the place looked like.

An armchair.

A scroll rack and a hearth—of course, the hearth had been turned off long before.

And, sitting on that armchair, Kevin spoke in a normal voice.

"Get him up."

The old man with white hair quickly nodded before his master and flicked his fingers.

Imdiately, a stream of green mana scattered from his hand and fell upon a figure who was already unconscious.

As ti passed,

the man slowly began to regain sensation and woke up.

With dimd vision, he struggled to sit up, but he couldn’t—his wrists and feet were chained.

He glanced upward to look around and asked in a blurry voice:

"W-Where am I?"

...

"Nothing special. Just my room. Now, we’ll settle that matter—together, right?"

Kevin still had his eyes closed, gazing at nothing.

"Urgh..." Tyrone could only grimace and groan in discomfort, rolling his eyes in another direction.

...

Then, half an hour passed in silence.

No lies—just truly being here.

"Such blasphemy! He’s doing sothing terrible to our CLAN!"

The elder butler clenched his fist in anger, thinking about what Haley had done.

Then, instantly, the elder butler turned to Kevin with an urgent voice.

"My young master, we must report this to the managent of the Clan Council."

"They will punish that traitor, even if he’s the grandson of the Mythic!"

"I’m certain they won’t overlook such an inhuman act!"

...

Silence.

"Tsk! Everything is really too complex and tangled."

For the first ti, Kevin showed discomfort on his face over this matter that Haley had caused.

Yet, one issue lingered in his mind.

"Hector—is he alive? Or anything... do you know him?"

Kevin asked while glancing at Tyrone.

"Him? You know him? So... everything he said was true!"

Tyrone lightly shook his head in regret, as if he should have said this to Kevin sooner.

But at that glance, his face twisted for a mont. Then he quickly lifted his eyes to Kevin with surprise and asked:

"Why do you think I know him?"

"Nothing much. You’re holding the tracking coin I gave to him."

Kevin answered simply, shrugging his shoulders from a distance.

"I figured he must have passed it to you."

...

One side of Tyrone’s face began to twitch the mont he thought about the sack Hector had given him.

"He tricked ! Fucking bastard."

Tyrone clenched his teeth in fury, cursing Hector silently.

And now, he understood all the strange things that had happened since he left this fucking prison.

Why was he caught just days later?

That damn sack had the tracking coin.

"I swear, I’ll make you pay for this!"

Tyrone muttered under his breath, bowing his head to avoid Kevin’s gaze—even though Kevin was barely even looking at him.

...

"Alright! Now, I know the matter we have to deal with!"

Kevin slowly stood up and stepped away from the armchair, turning to the elder butler with so orders.

"Prepare a fancy, big coffin for . Then, we’ll head straight to that prison!"

Confusion ran through the butler’s mind as he heard what his young master was saying.

"Coffin? But... What is that for? What about the rest of my suggestions?"

Kevin kept his eyes closed and walked to the door of his room.

"Just a promise. As for your suggestions... I think it’s too late for any of that now."

Yes, Kevin had made a promise to Hector.

If Hector was killed by Haley’s hands, Kevin would prepare a grand coffin for Hector.

Of course, he did unexpected things to end this way.

But he had prepared, just in case.

As for the elder’s suggestion, Kevin understood better than anyone—through Tyrone’s story, he believed Haley had already erased every trace.

If he reported anything to the Clan Council, it would only end badly for him.

Especially now, given the state of his Clan.

His clan was sinking into chaos, torn by inner disputes and struggles.

And all of this had begun a long ti ago, ever since the Mythic of their Clan left to fulfill his fate.

"It sucks to have such a fucking grandson... I think he’d go completely mad if he ever found out about him!"

Kevin clenched his teeth as he quickly walked down the hallway of one of the castles of the Wolfe Clan.

It was the first ti he expressed his anger—but not just for anything.

And so everything continued on... until one day.

"So, this is his experintal prison!"

The elder butler furrowed his brows as he took in the scene before him.

"I can’t believe it... this is terrible."

"He built it right next to the Clan’s sacred forest! That’s a holy place of our CLAN."

"Even I wouldn’t dare step foot in there—yet now, he’s doing sothing so unacceptable, right here!"

...

Kevin said nothing. He simply adjusted the sword at his waist while staring blankly into the distance, as usual.

Then, he turned his closed eyes toward the elder butler, giving him a wordless signal.

"Yes, I’ll do it."

The elder butler cald himself and shifted into a ready stance.

A few seconds passed.

The atmosphere turned sharp and cold.

Ti itself seed to pause when the elder butler held his breath.

"They’re there, young master."

He exhaled slowly, his eyes fixed on the decaying, moss-covered wall ahead.

The wall itself was nothing special. What the elder butler sensed was what lay behind it.

Without hesitation, he stomped down with force.

A shockwave pulsed across the dusty, humid ground.

The earth trembled—then the wall before them began to split in two.

A hidden space slowly ca into view.

It was vast and eerily empty, as if nothing should have been there...

But no illusion could hide from Kevin’s eyes.

After all, his right eye was a high-ranked Artifact—one that possessed the vision of third-person omniscient

And the mont the prison’s gate cracked open, his mana surged forward—crawling into every crevice of that forbidden place.

"Got you."
