So, despite the fact that I could attack from a distance using my specialty as a ranged attacker instead of charging in, I attacked the boss monster as I normally did. Because of that, I was hit by the boss monster unnecessarily.

Anyway, it was regrettable that my frostbite attack didn’t inflict any tangible damage on the boss monster, but I pulled back as much as possible and kept attacking without caring about the damage. So, I stopped attacking and focused on avoiding its counterattack even though my health was high because this was likely to be a protracted battle.
