Chapter 200: The Beginning of Confusion (2)
Anyway, I didn’t really feel the need to upgrade Ice Shield and Ice Prisonfor now, but I wanted to upgrade level 5 Ice Field and level 4 Ice Storm to level 7.
But I needed skill points for this.
However, I used up all my skill points to obtain Blizzard, so I could not do anything about it.
But I had another option. I could delete a skill. And I had one saved for this purpose. It was level 5 Ice Rain.
Ice Rain required three skill points to obtain, and it could only stay at level 5. On the surface, it was not a very attractive skill, but I felt quite satisfied after using it myself. Obviously, I received buffs from the icy terrain generated by Ice Field reinforced with Multiple Thin Ice, as well as the 4 Sacred Permanent Snow Spirit accessory set, so it was no surprise that my Blizzard annihilated all the monsters in the surroundings.

So, while hunting, I ssaged Director Sok right away.

Even before that, the Mirae Guild was friendly to the Myongjin Guild.

That evening Chairman Yon t Myongjin Group’s Chairman Sangman Hong at one of the hotels affiliated with his company in response to the latter’s request for a eting.
Yon hoped deep down that Myongjin would not only join hands with Mirae, but also co under Mirae’s wing. Of course, he didn’t have any high expectations for this because there was no reason for Myongjin to do so right now.
However, since Daesung and Kusan ford an alliance, Chairman Yon felt it was necessary to keep aligned with Myongjin, so he welcod Chairman Hong with open hands.
Then, they cut to the chase. Chairman Hong told him about the level 1200 privilege.
Although Chairman Yon was smiling at him after hearing about it, he was crying deep down because he already knew about it.
But he could not express it to Chairman Hong at all, for if he told Hong who gave him such terrific intelligence without anything in return that he already knew about it, he might give the impression that Mirae was keeping secrets from Myongjin.
Besides, it was doubtful that Hong would believe him if he said that he had only co to learn of it one day ago
“Oh my God… this is ridiculous…” Yon said as if he was hearing this for the first ti.
As a matter of fact, he was in a situation where he had to act in front of Hong.
Now, it seed that all of the ti and efforts that Mirae invested to recruit Myongjin would co to waste considering that Myongjin had just “revealed” the information about the level 1200 privielge to them. Now it seed that Mirae was now in debt to Myongjin instead. Chairman Yon was so frustrated that he wanted to cry. He felt it was so unfair and ridiculous.
However, he was the head of the Mirae Group for a reason. He pretended to be very surprised by Chairman’s Hong’s ntion of the level 1200 privilege as if he knew nothing about it.
While the two chairn were having a conversation, sothing unusual was taking place near the Taj Mahal, India.
