When they ca back up again, Ji Yunxiang was brought over, but she was unconscious.
"She was acting too noisy, so we gave her a little sedative. She’ll wake up after so sleep," William said, "Miss Ji, you can take her away now."
William gestured for her to proceed.
Ji Wei hadn’t expected William to be this straightforward and cooperative. She smiled faintly, "Alright, I won’t stand on ceremony."
At this mont, a variety of boats had gathered around the luxury yacht, creating quite a spectacular scene.
After letting Ji Yunxiang go, William didn’t feel like he’d suffered any loss. In fact, he seed rather cheerful as he sat near his chair, picking up his glass of red wine again.

The speedboat carried Ji Wei and the others far away, and soon, the ships surrounding the yacht began withdrawing in an orderly manner. The wide ocean surface was revealed once more, with no remaining hindrance.
William gazed at the speedboat, its silhouette growing smaller until only a tiny red dot remained on the vast water, a sinister smirk playing on his lips.

He raised his glass in Ji Wei’s direction, his azure eyes glinting with an unusual radiance.
Inside the speedboat, Xi Nanfeng eagerly sought validation: "Ji Xiaowei, did my bold and fearless shout just now scare the hell out of that stray mongrel? Didn’t I look heroic and powerful?"
Ji Wei awkwardly tugged at the corner of her lips, "Heroic, truly... heroic."
Xi Nanfeng ran a hand through his hair, "Who the hell was that mongrel anyway? How dare they kidnap soone from the Ji Family? Good thing I was inspecting the docks nearby earlier, or I wouldn’t have gotten here so quickly."
"Thank you, Second Young Master Xi," Ji Wei said with a faint smile.
"Don’t be so formal with ! My brother’s woman is my wom—" Xi Nanfeng blurted out before quickly realizing the implication was wrong, fumbling to correct himself, "Uh... what I ant was my friend. Helping friends is what I should do."
"Alright, I’ll treat you to a al soti."
"No need to be polite," Xi Nanfeng said with a wave of his hand. "If Old Mo owed a favor, I would surely make him pay dearly at dinner. But for you, it’s different."
Ji Wei smiled lightly.
Though Xi Nanfeng’s words seed careless, he was quite loyal to his brothers. This had been evident since the ti in Japan.
After landing, Ji Wei handed Ji Yunxiang over to the officers who had arrived and cooperated in giving a brief statent.
She then called her grandmother on the phone.
Ji Wei spent so ti comforting her grandmother on the call, only hanging up once she was sure the elderly woman felt reassured.

Ji Wei’s eyes widened in surprise. Seeing Xi Nanfeng’s awkward expression after asking, she quickly understood and smiled, "Second Young Master Xi, are you thinking about a gift for Miss Qin?"
Xi Nanfeng nodded stiffly, his expression sowhat unnatural.
"Girls like all sorts of gifts—jewelry, flowers, chocolates, or pretty clothes and handbags," Ji Wei explained. "But Miss Qin likely doesn’t lack any of these."
Xi Nanfeng had thought the sa. Qin Sixue was, after all, a wealthy heiress, and ordinary gifts wouldn’t hold much significance for her.
"It’s best to choose sothing unique, a gift that only you, Second Young Master Xi, can give," Ji Wei suggested.

Picking out a gift was definitely not his style.
