Claiming the Throne of Gods, Starting from the Rebirth of Nezha Chapter 322 - 313: Finale2
Within the light orb, scenes can be seen: the marketplace of Chentang Pass, the walls of Xiqi, the Mount Tai of Yin Jiao’s Divine Enthronent, and won weeping in the midst of war. These scenes are not static; they flow, change, and simultaneously present different possibilities.
On the day Xiqi City fell, Ji Fa might have died or might have escaped; Yin Jiao might have revitalized Shang Tang or might have failed and died; the old woman whose bracelet was stolen by a soldier may have despaired and died, or might have survived.
All possibilities exist simultaneously.
"Four-dinsional prototype." Tathagata slowly stood up, the Dharma Image behind him beginning to automatically gather Buddha Power, "You’re too bold."
"I have to be bold." Nezha’s voice was calm, but cold sweat was already seeping from his temples, "In a three-dinsional world, there’s only one path; if you take the wrong one, you can’t turn back. I want to give this human world more choices."
Before finishing his words, he loosened his grip.
The light orb did not fall to the ground; it hovered in mid-air and began to slowly rotate.
With each rotation, it grew larger, and the surrounding scenes twisted along with it — rocks began simultaneously existing in multiple locations, the wind blew from all directions at once, even ti began to confuse itself: Tongtian Sect Leader saw the motion of drawing his sword just begin and also saw the sword already sheathed again; Tathagata heard himself say "Amitabha Buddha" and also heard the words not yet spoken.
"Seal it!" Tongtian shouted fiercely, and the Four Immortal Slaying Swords finally unsheathed, transforming into four sword lights slashing toward the light orb.
The sword light hit, yet didn’t hit — at the mont of contact with the light orb, they split into countless sword shadows, each cutting toward different possibilities. So shattered the light orb, so were swallowed by it, while others bypassed it... all results happened simultaneously, aning nothing actually happened.
Tathagata joined his palms together, the Thousand Hand Dharma Image simultaneously forming seals, with tens of thousands of Buddha lights surging toward the light orb like a tide.
However, upon entering the light orb’s range, the Buddha light began to flow backward, to reverse itself, and even self-cancel — under the rules of the four-dinsional space, attack and defense can exist simultaneously, cause and effect can be reversed.
Only then did they realize that Nezha was unable to control this thing at all.
He was rely "releasing" it.
The light orb continued to expand, now the size of a house.
Buzhou Mountain’s ruins began a true collapse — not shattering into stones, but fragnting into every possible state of fragntation.
So rocks floated in mid-air, so sank into the ground, so simultaneously existed in multiple locations.
Tathagata and Tongtian exchanged a glance, both seeing the gravity in each other’s eyes.
They could leave.
With the power of a Saint, tearing open space to escape this dinsion-ascending region wouldn’t be difficult.
But the problem is, once the light orb is fully released, the entire Fengshen World will be drawn into the fourth dinsion, a result that seems almost irreversible at present.
"Does he intend to bury a whole world with him?" Tongtian gritted his teeth.
"No, it’s different from our teacher’s dinsion-ascension" Tathagata shook his head, "He wants to give the world a chance."
When the light orb expanded to the size of a mountain peak, Nezha had already fallen to one knee.
He bled from all seven orifices, his body’s surface showing densely packed cracks — the price for forcibly bearing the rules of the fourth dinsion. He integrated the reincarnation attribute of Netherworld Venerate’s cells into the Saint’s Small World, yet with his Cultivation, he simply wasn’t capable of sustaining this degree of energy drain.
Thus, he sought out these two individuals.
"You two..." Nezha lifted his head, blood flowing from his eye sockets, "Help ... stabilize it!"
Before finishing his words, he spat another mouthful of blood.
Tongtian and Tathagata simultaneously took action.
Not to attack Nezha, nor the light orb, but to continuously channel their mana into the void surrounding the light orb — they were attempting to stabilize this erging four-dinsional world, like propping up an expanding balloon with supports.
It wasn’t because they wanted to help Nezha but because they had no choice.
If the light orb lost control and exploded, the dinsion ascension process would beco a catastrophic dinsional collapse; the entire Fengshen World could be shredded into fragnts, or fall into lower dinsions, turning all existence into thin planes.
This is another kind of Two-dinsional Foil.
Tongtian Sect Leader’s Four Immortal Slaying Swords were inserted around the light orb, transforming into four Heaven-Reaching Sword Pillars to forcibly define the boundaries.
Tathagata’s Thousand Hand Dharma Image ford a Ten Thousand Buddha Formation outside the sword pillars, erecting yet another layer of Buddha Country Pure Land to seal the dissipating four-dinsional waves within the formation.
Both were desperately outputting mana.
Tongtian’s forehead veins bulged, the Four Immortal Slaying Swords wailed — this dinsional pressure, even the Innate Treasure couldn’t withstand.
And the light orb continued expanding.
Now it resembled a transparent bubble, within which countless Fengshen Worlds simultaneously evolved: in so worlds, Shang Tang persisted eternally, in others, the Zhou Dynasty endured, in so there was no Fengshen War at all, in others all celestial beings beca mortals...
Every world represented a possibility.
Nezha gazed at these worlds and suddenly laughed.
He rembered the old man selling flatbread, Yin Jiao’s lonely death, the woman weeping amidst war — if the world had more possibilities, would they live better?
He didn’t know.
But he wanted to try.
As the light orb expanded to its limit, a figure appeared in the sky above Buzhou Mountain.
It was Hong Jun.
He didn’t look at Tongtian, nor at Tathagata, not even at the light orb that was about to engulf everything. He only looked at Nezha, looked for a long ti, then sighed.
"I calculated for a thousand years." Hong Jun said, "Calculated the Fengshen World would have a variable, calculated a new dinsion would be born, calculated all of this would trigger a chain reaction... but I didn’t calculate that you would be the one to trigger it all."
Nezha wanted to speak but could no longer utter a word.
His body was disintegrating, consciousness beginning to scatter.
Hong Jun raised his hand, a bit of blue light flew from his fingertip, rging into the light orb. That blue light was not mana, nor rules, but a piece of "information" — Earth’s coordinates, Earth’s history, Earth’s countless possibilities.
"If we’re going to ascend dinsions..." Hong Jun said softly, "let’s do it together."
In the mont the blue light rged into the light orb, its interior scenes changed. Fengshen World and Earth’s scenes began to intertwine and rge — Yin Shang’s army faced the Qin Terracotta Warriors, skyscrapers grew beside Yuxu Palace, highways appeared outside Chentang Pass...
The two worlds began rging on the four-dinsional plane.
Finally, the light orb stopped expanding.
It stabilized like a giant, transparent bubble holding countless worlds inside, hovering in the sky above Buzhou Mountain’s ruins.
Tongtian and Tathagata continued to channel mana continuously, maintaining its existence. They couldn’t stop — if they did, the bubble would explode, yet fortunately, the Power of Saint was nearly inexhaustible.
Hong Jun walked to Nezha’s side.
"The power of Netherworld Venerate fills the new four-dinsional world, like Pangu, I dislike it."
Nezha smiled: "Netherworld Venerate, like Pangu, is already dead."
Hong Jun laughed as well: "So this past hundred years, you’ve been planning this matter. How long might it take?"
"I don’t know."
"Three hundred years, perhaps." Hong Jun calculated with his fingers, "In the blink of an eye."
"Will the Singer Civilization co?"
"Probably as before, they’ll send executors, once they appear, whether in their weak bodies or strange spaceships, it poses no real threat to . What’s alarming is their long-range concealnt abilities and space destruction capabilities; they can practically destroy star systems directly."
Nezha fixed his gaze on Hong Jun and confird one thing: "You can create star systems."
"Haha, creation is different from destruction. While the power of creation is wondrous, it also can’t stop impending destruction. On the other hand, you forsake your internal world, equivalent to abandoning the hard-earned Quasi-Saint Cultivation. Now your realm is fallen, likely no more than the Taiyi Golden Immortal Early Stage."
Despite this, Nezha’s physical shell remained terrifying, almost at the highest level below Quasi-Saint. He said: "Worst case, I’ll just retrain from scratch; in a new world, new rules, I’m confident I won’t be inferior to anyone. Even if I can’t recover, it’s no big deal."
"Perhaps everyone will need to retrain."
Hong Jun narrowed his eyes: "So that’s it, new world rules, different from before, you an to turn all cultivators into mortals, Nezha."
"Haha, ultimately, I couldn’t deceive you."
"You almost fooled . Even with the Mind Reading Technique, I didn’t discover it. But world rule deduction inevitably has its logic, I’ve seen many four-dinsional worlds, stripping my cultivation with this is not easy."
Nezha replied: "I didn’t say anything about stripping, rely that in so tilines, you might just be a mortal."
"Infinite possibilities?"
